My whole family goes to UA which is a total of six cars for the last fifteen years. I've been happy every time with the quality of work and the speed at which it's been performed. They did both recent oil changes with 6 quarts plus oil filter. They changed an actuator solenoid in 8 days. They test drove 3 times and apparently did NOT check oil level. I picked up vehicle and came home and there it was overfilled again. I had to have a quart of oil extracted by local mechanic. There is something definitely wrong about this. I have no confidence in this dealership. Car was in service from 3/23/2026 to 4/3/2026. Then taken to second mechanic for extraction of oil. Received the car back on 4/7/2026. This vehicle is 2024 Chevy Trax.
