First visit was during covid. They require you to make an appointment a head of time . I made an appointment the same day, and they called me once I was 2 minutes late , not sure why since there was about four nail techs sitting around and no customers except me throughout my entire mani and pedi service. Either way, the service was great. I returned back for a second time. I guess this was my error. This time I received a nail tech who wasn't really able to fully communicate with me. I requested for a certain shape for my nail and received a square shape. Typically it wouldn't bother me as much but this was for my wedding. Yelpers , The experience I had here wasn't up to par to put it mildly. The entrance and inside is a nice white color leaving you with of feeling of awe and peace. An inviting sense. So you can guess I was excited to just sit down and relax. I chose the $45 service which included a massage and leg detox (I think that's what it's called). I happily entered my feet into the water and sat pleasantly as she scrubbed the dead skin off my feet. Unfortunately, after scrubbing the first foot, she cleaned the scrubber in the water which, as you can imagine, was now dirty. She told me to put my foot in the dirty water as she cleaned the other. I wasn't pleased..... The massage was more of a rub than anything and I honestly felt like I wasted my money. The conversation was fun, but, in short, more still needs to be had in cleanliness and massage if the service is going to be offered. We started with my Cucumber & Melon pedicure. My gosh! That was AMAZING! You get a timed message with a stone as well! I was very impressed and the price was reasonable $35.00! Grant it, I added gel coat so it was a slight bit more, but still a great price! Then we did my nails and Leo did so good, my nails were really going though it... I mean THROUGH IT... my nails had to be re-glued on... yikes! He shaped my nails perfectly the way I like them and took his time to apply the color. They came out exactly as I hoped for! Where I used to go they charged me almost $100.00 just for my nails and my pedicure, now I'm paying less and saving more. Horrible experience! Awful customer service! My nails were all different lengths, extremely wide, I chose a bow design from one of their swatches and mine looked nothing like the swatch. Mine was huge, round and just looked weird. Within a couple of days I've lost two nails, and the others have gel chipping. I'm going out of town and won't be able to get back in to have them fixed even if I wanted to let them, so they're offering me nothing. Photos are before the 2nd one popped off. Update: after the owner reach out to me and accused me of lying in my review I would like to elaborate. She DID offer to fix the service yesterday, unfortunately with red hot and boom I was not going to be able to make it and I am now out of town. I have been going there for some time. I have spent lots and lots of money there. I went to do my toes. I already had my hands done and wanted to match. I have been using the summer beachy styles. simple and cute ombre. the nail tech couldnt do it. The sup and tech were frustrated and in the end I didnt get the style the agreed to do. I was told by the tech that she would discount it because she couldnt deliver. The sup demanded full pay. I was treated horribly and he called The cop. needless, to say this is how they treat a customer that has spent lots of money there. I wouldnt recommend them. If you don't like your nails you're stuck with them. The sup even lied to the police. I have never been to a business that are so unprofessional and unethical. if they cannot due a basic color with artwork you should not advertise you can. I am visiting from out of town and came here for a mani/pedi before my friends' wedding. It's not much to look at- I docked a star for ambiance, but it's probably the best mani/pedi I've had in recent memory. First of all, you get a lot of bang for your buck. For just a basic mani/pedi combo (no gel, acrylics) it's $35. Where I'm from, a mani/pedi hasn't cost $36 since 2009. A hot stone massage and paraffin heel dip are also included in that price. At the end, while I was waiting for my nails to dry, the technician gave me a short back massage which I saw all of the other technicians do for their clients as well. Still not able to find a nail salon I'd be willing to return to without hesitation. I would give this place 5 stars if it were just based off the manicure and pedicure I got. But the service and friendliness of the staff was definitely lacking and at times just rude. I made an appointment last week for me and my friend but had to cancel so called them to cancel both and the girl said that there was only a reservation made for one person. Luckily we were planning to reschedule. The next appointment I made was for 3 people at 6pm. Unfortunately my friends weren't able to make it so I told the owner when I got there and had just found out; but he made it a bigger deal than it had to be and stated how next time to let him know ahead of time because he had to turn so many customers away (like relax it's 6pm and you close at 7 and there was only one nail technician free anyway). He was also the one that removed my previous dip mani, and I have had to postpone my nails (which I do every 3 weeks) so these had been on for 5 weeks. I told him that I probably shouldn't do dip because my nails were pretty thin and he made a comment about how well that's not because of the dip it's because you haven't taken care of the nails....it's because of the dip because you file off the nail bed when you remove it regardless of how long it's been on. Then, I chose white for my toes; which normally they paint one toe and ask if you like it, but I wasn't paying attention when she did the polish and noticed after the first coat and asked why it was beige and she said that was the color I chose, and I said no I chose white. She made a comment in Vietnamese and stormed off and another girl came to finish off my pedicure. Now onto the pros. The pedicure was really good and well done. It included a massage and a hot stone massage. The manicure also included a neck and shoulder massage. Overall the quality of the mani and pedi were excellence but the service is something I've never had to deal with at other salons. read more
