Going to Flexi is always a great time. The atmosphere is super welcoming and the energy is great. Bianca is incredibly talented and you can tell she truly loves her job. Her artwork is out of this world and she is so patient with every wild challenge I bring her for my nails. The designs aren't the only thing that I love, I also love how durable the nails are. I'm super rough on my hands and the Halloween set lasted me 5 weeks. Most of my sets last anywhere between 4-5 weeks. If you're looking for a great salon with talented artists this is the place to go. I always go to Bianca but all the nail techs there are just as talented with the care they put into their nails and with how professional and kind they are.
One star because I can't give them zero. I wouldn't allow my worst enemy to walk out with every nail looking lumpy and all different lengths.
Hanna is the freaking best thank you She's a true artist. Never had my nails look so clean and they are still so strong and healthy after many visits. Forever coming back here
This place was clean, everyone was nice, they take appointments first, and they accommodate walk-ins. My daughter and I had our first visit here and we will definitely be coming back.
I saw lily for a new gel-x set! She listened and did exactly what I wanted! I enjoyed the energy at the salon and loved her upbeat attitude, I had a lot of fun and also received amazing service!
Things I liked about this place: - my mail tech did an incredible job with the French tip and my toes look perfect - the color selection was large - no wait Things I disliked: - my nail tech removed my previous dip powder by soaking my nails which is harmful to the skin and left patches of the previous polish all over my hands - my nail tech never once had me rinse my hands of any of the previous powder she filed off - the gel is peeling and it has not yet been 24 hours Overall I am very disappointed. I paid $75 plus a generous tip for a manicure I need to immediately fix and spend more money on.
I found Flex-I Nails on Instagram because where else do you find the best nail artist in town? Their post were excellent and regardless of treatment the outcome always looks great. Unfortunately most experiences here have fallen short. Our first visit the tech over sprayed an ombré French tip. The tech didn't try or offer an acetone pad to remove the excess paint from the skin; forget the paint that got on my black blazer. The third visit was with Tracey who originally said "you should get gel X nail tips because your nails are too short". I politely declined since gel X never lasted on my nails and stuck with gel polish. She asked what color I would like; throwing..... yes throwing the gel swatches at the table. I had a feeling she was upset about not receiving the up charge service I said nude but saw a cute pink and she let it be known that I was not choosing a nude. I just ignored the statement altogether. Only to find myself having my hand thrown to and fro, she used the drill to remove gel polish that my nail started burn (still charged for the soak), cut me from deep cuticle removal, did not wait for the polish to cure in the black light, and even set the pedicure water so unexpectedly hot that my skin was red from the brief moment it was in it (refer to photo). She charged each individual service instead of the discounted rate 40.00 for the nails and 40.00 for the pedicure instead of 68.00 like on their booking service. Overall I just never want anyone to experience that and have to pay for being mistreated. On the bright side there are great techs both Amy and Dennis are incredible! They use the drill to penetrate the previous treatment, file, soak, and remove with ease and no damage to the nail enamel. Both treatments were a gel mani and pedi. They properly cured the nails always lasting 3-4 weeks. Again if you don't care that you are paying for a "spa treatment" than anyone is great except for Tracey.
The service was amazing! Nails turned out amazing and i can't stop staring at them. I showed my nail tech a picture and he did an amazing job recreating it. Before he started he let me know the price which was appreciated. This place is definitely on the pricier side but the end product was worth it.
I came here to get my nails done and at first I was a bit skeptical. The staff (whom I think are the owners) were sooo very friendly. They made me feel very comfortable. The lady made sure to do my nails the way that I had asked. Since I had previously gone to a different nail shop who did what they wanted with my nails (I was not happy) and charged me a lot more than they did. I would have recommend. It is a very small space, but comfortable.
Made an appointment here & I'm super happy that I did! I normally get press ons, but wanted something that would last longer. Everyone was super nice and Amy paid attention to detail. It's kind of pricey, but the quality is great!
This was my third time at flexi and I love the posh and hip service. This kind of self care isn't cheap but absolutely you get what you pay for. I have enjoyed my gel mani's and pedi's before. This particular time I got the gel-x and classic pedi. I stepped out of my comfort by adding some length and rounding these corners out with an almond shape, thanks to Francine. She knows how to keep me fresh. She pays attention to detail and is so warm and welcoming. I have no doubts that everyone is just as professional and kind. This is my spot!
This has been one of my favorite nail salon salons for the past seven years, whether I have an appointment or not, all the artists are so great! They never disappointed! Safe to say that if you need a place to just walk in and get your nails done you'll be totally satisfied. The vibes are so nice, they always have good music, so many colors & all the artist know how to do designs. Lisa is my GIRL! And so are so many other people ! Charlie is absolutely amazing! Personable and super friendly. Walked in on Saturday around 5:15 PM. Was greeted and was asked if I had an appt, which I didn't. Was told that there is a wait if I'd like to sign in. I actually didn't ask how long the wait was, but turns out, i waited maybe 15-20 mins at most. Super reasonable. They are closed on Sundays per the hours on the door. Today, they close at 7 PM. So it was nice to be able to get in. Walked in and alllllllll the chairs at every station was occupied. Randomly Yelped this place and it wasn't far from the location I was just at. Maybe 10 mins down the road from where I was at currently. Quaint little plaza, I saw there was a pho shop, tropical smoothie, maybe a sandwich shop (can't remember) but ample parking. Good music and good vibes all around. All the techs seem to have built a rapport with all their clients. So that was nice to see. I can see why this nail salon is pumping. It is a bit of a drive for me, but I definitely don't mind popping in (making an appt of course) to see Charlie. I ended up getting the "I Love Me Pedicure" package. He was nice enough to ask if I wanted sangria which I politely declined. That's a nice touch of service tbh. I didn't take any pictures as there were too many people in the salon. So I didn't want to implode on people's privacy. So I didn't. My pedicure came out great. $40 and tipped in cash. TBH, I will come back again. Huge color selection. read more

The best!!! I've been going to Lily for almost 4 years now and she's amazing. As is everyone in there truly! So nice, clean and professional. I've come to Flex-I Nails Spa & Wellness twice looking forward to a new trendy look for my nails, and I have to say, they have great nail artists here; whatever you ask for, they will not disappoint. The atmosphere is inviting, relaxing and classy; it adds a luxurious feeling to pampering hour. I noticed they never a good clientele, so I always show up around 10:30AM with no appointment needed, they take care of me and leave me feeling pretty. I've always had long natural nails, so it's pretty common for me to do either manicure with gel, dipping or acrylic on top of my nail. At Flex-I Nails Spa & Wellness I've only done the acrylic. Unfortunately, their product is not good quality. I noticed both times I've done my nails here, their product feels like it burns my nails and fingertips at the moment the of being applied to my nail, and the feeling lasts until an hour after. I also noticed the set only lasts a week before they start getting detached from my nails, so i don't think I'll visit any time soon unless my set is being made for an event. It's no business for me to spend $175 (tip included) on a set that's only gonna last 1 week. read more

I've been going to flexi for a year now and i've always had a good experience. Lily has always done an amazing job and i leave every single time happy and in love with my nails. Thank you for your amazing work and always a funny experience when I come in. I work a lot with my hands and I get them done usually every 3 weeks, i've never had an issue with my nails falling off or breaking. They last the 3 weeks and stay looking great. read more

I loved the vibe & my pedicure is flawless! The woman who did my pedicure was kind & the perfect amount of talkative. The woman who did my manicure was a bit more standoffish, but not so much so that it was terrible. I got dip with tips & when she filed the tips, the plastic bits came off & she started peeling them from my nail. Unfortunately, she didn't come close to getting all of them & I didn't realize this until I was halfway home & picking them off myself. The cuticles still being there doesn't bother me, to be honest, but the plastic is driving me a bit crazy. read more

On the outside my nails look beautiful. I got white bunny dip and I really like it the only thing I didn't like was that they didn't prepare the nail before adding the dip. (Meaning: they don't clean your nails, file your nails, or even clean up your cuticles). This was very disappointing because I feel like that's the basic manicure that should be included everytime you get your nails done. I also got my eyebrows done but I don't recommend it if you have sensitive skin because my skin reacted pretty bad and I had some bumps that didn't go away for days ! Also they didn't even tweeze the left over strays so would not recommend. As for the location it is very nice and clean so that's pretty good. The people are also very kind and talkative so that's a plus. read more

My experience here was great. The staff was nice and my nails came out looking pretty. However I did have a problem with my dip lifting, Lilly offered me $10 off my next manicure to makeup for it. Not much but it sufficed. Just be sure that if you experience any dip lifting to give them a call immediately. One of my nails broke off completely which was not fun. Update: I had gotten my nails done here a second time and experienced the same lifting about 1 week and 1 day after application. I have decided to take my business elsewhere as a result. Would not recommend if you are looking for a dip manicure. This is the second time I have broken a nail and this time it was within a week. I wait a long time for my nails to grow out so it really sucks that due to the quality of dip here, I keep losing nails. read more

First things first...the place is busy. But that's a good thing because that's the best indicator of good work, right? With that said, I'd highly suggest an appointment. I stopped by for an appointment on a Friday evening but they had fallen a little behind schedule due to accommodating some walk-ins. One staff member started work on my manicure while someone else finished up to later work on my dip. I will give credit that they make every effort to be efficient even when faced with being behind schedule--which is deeply appreciated. I explained that the delay was pushing me behind schedule for my evening plans. As soon as I finished my sentence, they sprang into action to figure out who could do a dip manicure the quickest. Jennifer claimed that she could get me on my way in under 15 minutes--and set a stop watch to prove it...Their sense of humor and great attitudes helped me forget that I was running late. I imagine most go to get manis/pedis as a form of self care and relaxation but on that day, I needed speed. And Jennifer managed to give me a dip better than most in 12 minutes. My little baby nails were taken care so quickly--I can't imagine that she'd be even better if she wasn't trying to get me out. If you're a regular, they'll know you by name, will be conversational and make you feel like you're at home. Grateful to have such a quality place so close. read more

I have been to flex-i three times and it has been a great experience every time. I typically only get pedicures because my job is strict about nail colors, but at two of my visits I got the dip powder and loved it. At most places, I feel rushed and find my nails to be poorly manicured. However, at Flex-i everyone is extremely personable and both Minh and Jennifer have taken their time in doing my nails. Recently, I did the ombré dip powder for my wedding and Jennifer did an amazing job! I highly recommend this place as they will remember you! read more

it's been about a week and a half since my soak off and my nails have never been in such awful condition. there are black specks forming on most of my nails and I have no clue what's happening to them. they are extremely fragile, constantly breaking with the slightest pressure, and my nail tips have white vertical lines forming, again I have no clue why. whatever formula you guys are using cannot be safe for nails read more

I don't know the name of my nail tech but he did a great job, the price is definitely higher than most it was an extra $25 for French tip on acrylics, $5 for shape and $5 for something else. still love them just was not expecting to pay $85. Thank you for great customer service, definitely a I'll be back ! read more
