I came in as a walk in because i had an event that night that I needed my nails done for. Thankfully, they managed to work me in and told me not to worry. Sara did my pedicure, a French tip with gel and I'm so impressed how they came out while being so gentle as well! Then Jodi (I love her ) she was nice, caring, and also helped me with picking a design that would be beautiful but not to costly. I got an almond shaped acrylic gel with some gems. In the middle of her doing my nails, I said I was hungry and she told me to order food from next door and she'll pick it up for me!! Like I've never had that happen before, I was shocked. I came here to get a luxury mani and pedi with hot stone massage and paraffin dip for my hands. I had a really good woman named Kayla helping me who was wonderful. She did a nice job of making my really beat up nails look feminine which is hard to do given I type all day, workout regularly and garden. I liked her so much I came back a few days later for a lower leg and foot massage which helped my tight calves. I totally recommend her and this place. I get a pedicure once a month here and each and every single time I am always satisfied regardless of the nail tech servicing me. I train heavy and always have thick callouses that I believe are impossible to remove but somehow they all cease to amaze me with their great service. I highly recommend this place to anybody needing a nail treatment. The only criticism I would add is that the place smells heavy with acetone nail polish remover and could give you a headache (thank goodness for masks). read more

The service here was great since I moved here to Orlando I been searching for a place that does just a GOOD MANICURE nothing extra just a manicure and I think I finally found it. They are extremely sweet and if you are waiting they make you seat on a massage chair while you wait for the first time I didn't mind waiting over 30 min for a manicure it was worth the wait and the lady did a good job ! I came in to get my nails done with a friend who had recommended and who loves Hawaii Nails and Spa. The service I received was a full set of acrylic nails with gel polish. Linda was my nail tech, and I am so happy with my service. She did an amazing job on shaping my nails and applying the polish. She was also so friendly and welcoming into the establishment, and you can tell how much she cares about all her clients. DO NOT come here. the lady made my cuticles bleed. wasn't apologetic in the slightest and was just concerned that my nails were too short. kept hurting me, did a terrible job didn't clean up and the job is so messy. the staff is completely rude and doesn't know how to treat customers. worst service ever received and the insincerity and the demeanor in which they treat customers is insane. let my nails be a warning. do not go here. she also kept picking at my cuticles with tweezer and it hurt so bad. This review is for the guy in the first seat closest to the door of the manicure station. I wanted a acrylic fill in with gel polish with each nail a different shade of nudes. I told him what style or design I wanted to do on my nails and how much and he gave me a price and I said okay & he proceeded to do my nails. When he was doing my nails, he pushed back my cuticles and then went around them with the drill but each time it did I could feel the drill cut my cuticle and I would pull back my hand and need a minute because it would hurt. & he would just say it's my cuticle or the way the previous person did my nails like NO my nails and my cuticles did not hurt the last time I got it done which was 2 weeks prior. I was sitting here thinking about the quote is beauty is pain & I was like no! I never had so much pain from doing my nails! He was just so aggressive!!! & When he asked me to go wash my hands without soap, I could literally see the CUTS on my cuticles/skin and I was BLEEDING! I was mad but I kept calm and told myself i wasn't going to snap. I'm just never going to come back. I sat back down in the chair for him to do my nails then he proceeded to tell me that the style that I wanted would be $3 extra each nail. Im on a budget (which included the tip amount) and didn't want to spend more than I need to but again I was mad because WHY WOULDN'T YOU TELL ME THIS WHEN YOU STARTED DOING MY NAILS!??? I asked for pricing and showed you the design and you wait until you're about to paint my nails to tell me. Then I had to figure out what I wanted to do next & he was RUSHING ME!!! Then when he started I asked him to change one nail and he said he COULD NOT BECAUSE THEN HE WOULD HAVE TO START OVER!! I AM LITERALLY PAYING YOU FOR THE SERVICE!! I believe he said that because they were going to close but THEY ARE THE ONES THAT SCHEDULED ME for that time and he kept talking about why he couldn't do it (which he could he just did not want to) like sir you already said no, why are you still talking about it!? then I paid and left. I get to my car and I realize that there's little bubbles in the gel polish on my nails & my nails were HURTING. & it's now been 2 days over a week and my nails stopped hurting 2 days ago, that same day a nail broke. Most horrible nail salon experience of my life. The woman who did my pedicure and manicure was beyond horrible. The pedicure was actually fine, but it went way downhill after that. I asked her if she would be doing my fill as well and she said "yes, because the other guy can't do it because you guys came in late." I believe it was a little after 5pm at this time and we had made appointments for our services, so I was confused. However I ignored the snide comment and asked if she would be able to do a blue ombré dip nail to which she replied no because they don't have blue dip powder which seems odd but okay. I asked if they could do pink and white and she says yes. Then she changes her mind and says no because she can't do it but will do something cute instead. At this point I should've left but I was going out of town the next day and needed something and agreed to give her creative direction. Big mistake! So we move over to the manicure station and she proceeds to fill in my nails and starts telling me how next time I come in I'm going to need a full set because my actual nail is coming off of the acrylic and I could get an infection. So I say well could we do the full set now and she proceeds to say no we don't have time. She finishes shaping the nails which look horrible and I ask her to fix one and she tries but it still looks bad. She begins painting very sloppy and the polish was clumpy and my friend points it out to her. So she gets upset and takes off the polish and redoes it and it still looks clumpy and I say maybe it's just the nail polish can we put another color on that nail please. She says yes and I finally realize that maybe I should leave the salon with no color rather than with very sloppy nails. So I just ask her if she could take off the polish and I'd be on my way. She gets very upset starts talking bad about my friend and rushing with the electric nail file to remove the polish, in which she cuts me twice and makes me bleed. So at this point I just ask her to stop. I go up and pay for my pedicure and just the fill. I walk outside and realize what a terrible experience I had and walk back in and ask to speak with a manager who hardly wants to listen and also pushes my friends phone away when she tries to take a picture of my nails. He finally ends up refunding me my 15 bucks for the fill. I even left a review on their Facebook and they replied by pretty much not trying to claim that nail tech as someone that usually works there and said they'd hope I'd visit again. As someone in the service industry the whole experience from start to Facebook reply was horrible. I definitely do not recommend this place and would never step foot in there ever again. read more

The first time I came here for a pedicure it was amazing. The massage chairs were the best I'd ever used. Today however was one of the worst pedicures I've ever had. Cold water, massage chair didn't work at all, switched to a different chair & that massage didn't work either. So I went through my Pedicure with NO massage chair - which is one of the best parts of getting a pedicure! THEN, halfway through my pedicure, the lady leaves me to do an appointment she had. She was gone for 15-20 minutes, while I sat in cold water. Also, I had such horrible cell reception in their salon that I couldn't use the Internet on my cell. I don't understand why salons don't have wifi? When I went to this salon today I was planning on having a $35 spa pedicure and also a manicure. The service was so terrible that instead I only got the basic $20 pedicure and no manicure, just so I could get the hell out of there. I just moved to Orlando & thought I had found my salon. I just got home from having my nails done. My bf went to the dentist at the other end of the complex so i decided to get my nails done while he was there. My nail tech today was Linda and she was absolutely wonderful! I bite my nails very very short but she had no problems getting the tips on securely. I have small hands as well and I need my nails to be put on more on the thinner side and she did an amazing job with that too. She applied the gel polish better than anyone ever has. I usually find a couple spots that I'm picking at as soon as leave because they are messed up but there is not one imperfection in the polish or the nails. I think I have found my new nail salon!! I would definitely recommend Hawaiil Nails and would strongly suggest that you make an appointment with Linda! read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I came in and the man who greeted me was very nice. I chose to do a mani-pedi in white. As soon as I sat in the pedicure chair, my technician told me White would not lit good on me and I was too dark... that is Extremely rude and offensive. I overlooked it. The water for my pedicure was extremely hot and I asked her if there was a way to lower the temp and she rolled her eyes and kept trying to shove my feet in the hot water. Then she was painting my nails her brown her kept getting on my feet and in the polish which is GROSS. A hair got stuck in the polish when it was drying and I pulled it out to show her. She then got angry with me and said why did I mess up her work and had an attitude the entire time during my manicure. She was rough with my hands and pulled very hard at my cuticles. My manicure looked like a 5 year old did it. There was bubbles in the top coat uneven paint and the topcoat she put on was super yellow. I have done a white manicure at other places and it has lasted forever. Here my manicure looked nasty after 3 days!!!! It was super yellow and my entire index finger paint peeled of in the shower. She also kept asking me when would I give her a tip. This was my first time here and NEVER coming back. read more

DON'T! I went and got a mani-pedi here because my friend posted a picture and her nails looked cute and I said would let me go check this place out. All I can say is that anybody who goes here on a regular basis has no idea what a real mani pedi is. Cuticles were not done, Instead The Nail Tech was picking at it with her own fingernails. The spillage of nail polish on my finger was then scraped off by a nail file rather than using polish remover acetone. I think I said ouch at least three times. This is definitely a bottom of the barrel place don't ever go. read more

It was my first time coming here. I went as a Valentine's gift from my boyfriend. I asked for ombré nails. Not only was it horribly done (you can literally see a straight line defining the colors, no blending whatsoever) but the nails shape, length, and fullness were embarrassingly inconsistent and not what asked for (multiple times I asked for natural looking ombré, coffin shaped, and natural / thin). The lady I had was also extremely rough on my hands and it ended In a painful experience. I then had a pedicure as well and was left with half painted nails, paint on my skin, and my feet itching. I'm extremely concerned of the hygiene of this place and their tools. I went home and had to disinfect my feet to stop the itching after watching them use tools on my hands and feet that had debris of other people's nails. I was going to call to have my nails redone but have decided to spend extra money elsewhere to ensure it'll be done properly. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!! read more
