First of all, Jeremy was kind, funny and professional. Their staff is also diverse and professional. The place is extremely clean and they are even thoughtful enough to have snacks and coffee. But the kicker for me? How thorough the inspection report was. TBH I knew it had been having an issue for years as I had to 'jiggle' it to get it to turn since forever. But I drove to a grocery store and upon leaving it literally would not turn. I got a ride home and found Christian Brothers. They called a tow truck for me. They gave me a courtesy ride from my home back to the car so I could give the tow truck driver the keys (fat lot of good that did but still). Front wheels totally locked up but the tow driver knew how to handle that. Once at CBA they gave me a courtesy ride home as well. Next day they gave an estimate. Great communication through calls and texts. Car was fixed following day. They gave me a list of other recommended repairs. As someone else said, not the cheapest but the best. If you're looking for a sub $100 fix, look elsewhere but if you want people who are professional and helpful, go here. I will return.

They are always very nice and professional, and we trust their work--which is so important when it comes to the folks that are fixing your vehicles. Their GM Chris goes above and beyond, and has gone out of his way to find and pick up parts for us, or give someone a lift after dropping their car in the shop. They're honest about the work that needs to be done, and there have never been any surprises. They just expanded into the unit next to them and are finishing up some renovations for the office and reception area--just a testament that these guys are both doing good business and reinvesting that money back in the business.

Have been going for many years and appreciate the genuineness displayed by Darren.He has had some really good employees also; Chris comes to mind. Dealing with an issue with my tires that involved 2 replacements. I knew Fontaine's had not dealt with tires in the past, but was worth a call. After speaking with Darren I called a few tires places. The engine light came on the code said water pump they replaced the water pump, but they charged me for labor again 3days after they put in the second water pump the engine light came back on. I took it to another BMW mechanic scanned the code said water pump malfunction. I told them you guys look into it. See what's going on. Fix it and let me know they removed the water pump that was put on the second time and told me it's an after water market pump it's so cheap. It doesn't even have a name or serial number on it. It was not compatible to the 740 BMW this company is putting aftermarket parts and cheap parts on your vehicle.
