We went in a few months ago and they said she had to be 13 (she was just a couple of days away) but the girl was super sweet and we understood. Fast forward a few months and we go back. The girl working (brianna) says "does she have an id?" I said no, she's 13. She said "oh is that the age she can do a spray tan? I'd have to check...what about a school ID?" I said "well a school ID wouldn't have her age, and the girl last time said she could tan when she turned 13". She said "you need to bring her BIRTH CERTIFICATE..."To get a spray tan? Are you kidding me? Also the fact that she wasn't even sure what age she needed to be and said she had to check with her manager but then never did.... There was a line behind us and my daughter was already embarrassed so we left. We've had no problems at European Tan or Sun Center. I would go there instead!

European Tan has the worst customer service I've encountered. After being promised a 10-day…read moreunlimited sun bed trial for $25, I arrived to find no account set up and staff unaware of the offer. The manager, Bella, provided a 7-day free trial and said CEO/President at European Tanning Inc, George Papadapolis would follow up. After reviewing my original call, George agreed to honor the 10-day trial by adding 3 luxury bed sessions to my account. However, on my next visit, only the 3 sessions appeared. When I contacted George, he had removed the 7-day trial, ignored our agreement, and insisted the 3 sessions for $25 was a great deal. When I followed up again, he canceled the remaining sessions (I have yet to see a refund or refund email) and told me to pay full price. At the very least, the 7-day trial should still be honored. Until European Tan improves its customer service and ensures consistency in its offers, I wouldn't recommend going there.

Their key card admission is fast and they get you in and out in no time! Blake deserves a honorable mention!! He is friendly, knowledgeable and always asks how my day is. He also answers the many questions I have and seems interested in getting me the most use out of their many services... I requested three months in a row to have membership cancelled- the phone number wasn't working for a few weeks- the owner claimed there was no way to email the cancellation form, which is impossible- if a business has a form typed up through any forum it is ALWAYS available to email. I was double charged on the 10th of the month when membership is supposed to come out on the first- I finally just had to change my card number altogether because Kim will not stop charging me. Add insult to injury my financial institution informed me that it is NOT a recurring charge- meaning she is pushing those charges through manually. She is knowingly taking peoples money for no reason.
