I ordered the Sinugba Chicken and my husband ordered the Adobo Beef. We definitely upgraded our plates with the lumpia and the pancit because if you know, you know. It is nice to see a lot of additions to their menu including breakfast items (silog) and beef soup (nilaga). Both the pork belly bowl combo and tapsilog (beef) were really good. I found this on Yelp. It's quite far from thr strip but the good reviews intrigued me. Upon arrival, it is in a busy area with lots of surrounding restaurants and shops. I came on a weekday so there was a lot of parking. The restaurant is spacious and clean! The worker was very friendly and helpful. We ordered a tocilog and added longanisa. We also ordered a pork belly bowl with the pancit and lumpia add on. It was so nice to be able to opt to add those items on and not have to order them separately! We LOVED all the meats. The quality was top notch. The pancit and lumpia were also very good. I would love to give them a perfect score but I unfortunately can't because of their rice. Pinoys are known for hot, soft and fluffy rice. Theirs was more like long grain or even Basmati. It made the rice taste old. We ordered different items, ranged from pancit to egg rolls plus the plates with various combos. Mine has bbq pork, egg rolls and rice. Eyes bigger than my mouth, didn't finish my food. I've always wanted to try this place and I'm so glad I did. I got the sisig combo with lumpia shanghai swapped to garlic rice. My son's got the longsilog. We tried their lumpia and caramelized pork belly. The lumpia is thumb sized and filling Is authentic. The outside is a dough verses egg roll wrapper material. But overall it is a tasty lumpia! I really appreciate how quick the service was and how fresh the food was as well. Sisig- 3/5: the flavors are there, but I prefer my sisig sizzling and a crunchy. It did quench my craving and I appreciated the serving size and how it paired really well with the rice. Beef adobo- 4/5: I really liked the thinly sliced beef and the soup that was generously poured over the rice. Halo halo-3/5: did its job, and was the perfect treat after dinner. I went with the Adobo Beef, Shaved Rib-eye (over White Rice), "Happy" Style which is includes Pancit, and Lumpia. The Adobo has great flavor. Their Pancit which is rice noodles with veggies is really good and I love their Lumpia. With the Happy style you get 6 pieces of Lumpia to dip in the sweet chili sauce. It was a good amount of meat and fat on it. And the sauce was sweet and savory. It kind of reminded me of the sauce on a char sui. I loved the charr on it as well. 10/10 The sisig was also yummy. But I must say if you're not a cartilage fan, this dish is not for you. The meat was flavorful, but I do wish there was a crisp to the pork. That's the only texture that was missing for me. The pancit was a bit bland, but if you eat it with all the meats it balances it out. The Shang hai lumpias were tasty with the sauce, the only thing it got soggy on the bottom because of the steam/hotness from the pancit. The staff and food was great!
