Saturday stroll down City place in Doral came cross 4D Gelateria and decided to try their gelato. The staff was friendly and offered samples of many flavors. I ordered a two scoops waffle cone with exotic Passion fruit and decadent Nutella gelato for an explosion of amazing combination of flavors. Cute little store with inside and outside seating. I chose to seat outside as weather was nice and warm and perfect for some refreshing gelato. read more

Ran into this Gelateria on a casual Sunday troll at Doral City Place. Lovely decoration inside with seating inside and out. They serve a variety of flavors of gelato and fruit sorbets and samples are provided to help you narrow down your choices. We went with the black cherry white chocolate flavor and Nutella. Both iconic flavors and they tasted amazing. Great flavor overall but not the best gelato as not as creamy as it needs to be. Love the special engaging touch with the extra prize you can win when you get to spin the wheel at check out. Nice small little spot to satisfy your sweet tooth with great customer service as the employee and owner was very nice and accommodating. read more

My husband and I were craving a hot chocolate this past Saturday so we decided to go to 4D gelateria to try the hot chocolate. They have no pricing at all on the menu so we just ordered it. It was a small little cup and it was $10 I'll find out outrageous. Way to expensive for Doral. read more

Mmmm ice creams in Miami are a must!!! This impecable and new store is located in City Place Doral, small but good enough to enjoy a gelato with your family. With tables outside the store and a small and very comfortable area to seat inside too. The people working in here are friendly and helpful. With more than 16 different flavors all of those gelatos looked so good. My nephews got the chocolate ice cream and I tried it. They were so good, as always, their gelato are sweet, creamy and served on a crunchy tasty cone. My dad got a cappuccino served on a beautiful cup and they loved the taste. Delicious for sure but a bit pricey. $15.49 of two regular gelatos!! Now like I said tasted good. The portion was ok, The shop was nice with indoor and outdoor sitting. Family friendly as they offer "tastes" of what you might order which is a nice touch. Sitting indoors is a little on top of each other but it is a small shop. The staff was friendly and service was very quick. There queuing theory needs some work as almost everyone who came in tried to enter by the cash register and that is actually the last stop after you pick out your frozen treat. So if you are down in City Place and want some "good for you" frozen treats this is the place. The menu is quite extensive with some hot items as well as some quite extravagant frozen concoctions. Gelato here is definitely above the average, always lots of flavor options and the store is always clean and well kept. It's a bit more expensive than the average but the quality is great. Strangely enough they also make a great cappuccino here and sell various other items. read more

This is by far the worse, customer service in town, If you want to be mistreated, come to this place there are good at that. First I ordered a Baccio icream and the guy who was getting my ice cream ready didn't gave me a chance to ordered with a different flavor, so I've paid $6 for a ice cream with a option to choose. Second I ordered a "cappuccino " and they gave me a cold regular cafe con leche late, I asked what's the difference between cappuccino and late they said none, but I see a price difference, guess on who's favor yep you're wright.....THEM...... This place is disgusting. They are not following proper covid protocols- the worker there mishandled food with his bare dirty hands, and I saw him picking up a dog water container from the floor, threw out the water, and proceeded to handle food. Unbelievable. Disgusting. read more

The site employee does not wear a mask or gloves. He picked up a container where a dog who was accompanying a customer was drinking water and with his hand, without gloves, put it into the garbage can, and without washing his hands he continued serving customers and having coffee. This place represents a serious danger to public health. The employee is rude and arrogant and does not have notions of hygiene and proper handling of food. I asked him to return my money because I could not eat the food that he handles without hygiene and he refused. I continue to serve and serve ice cream without washing my hands. read more
