This is the 2nd time I've had my lips blushed by Leiloni. 1st time about 5 years ago. My lips turned out better than ever. She really takes her time to make sure you love the shape and the custom color. She has great prices and often on a Groupon- if you use this discounted method realize she has to pay Groupon, so leave a nice tip if you like her services! She has a not-so-nice on the outside studio. It is conveniently located but you enter from sidewalk on the very busy loud traffic Watt Ave l, after you call or text her that you have arrived for your appointment so she can unlock the door or tell you she'll be there in a minute. I have had good results with eyeliner, brows and lip over the years in the North Bay-Wine Country. I never used a special offer before but last week I wanted to support local businesses since I am newly relocated. In my area before I used promotional offers to build clientele for new services when I expanded my esthetic business to include lash extensions so I know a wide range of promotions are good business for everyone. I found Leiloni and thought she seemed like a successful independent artist on her own. 4Ever Beauty was immediately reachable the first call I made to her studio office. She was also very accessible via text, accommodating my interest in services and consultation. I booked online for the service and had the consultation before we decided on specifics for the best plan. She displayed the actual pigment vial for the blonde tone which would obviously not result in any warm tones since I requested a neutral blonde color. It was perfect! I had permanent makeup on my brows twice by a professional, requesting no weird fade out but the second time left a pink residue pigment unfortunately. That requires me to conceal with makeup many years and I debated if I was repeating that result. I concluded that just the "powder effect" shading lightly over the faded tint was the best I could do unless I did a separate attempt for removal. I found 4Ever easily and parking near entrance and the atmosphere was great for the specialty services, white, private and spacious. I had a relaxing experience, enjoyed the music, and the professional manner conducted throughout my appointment. It went quickly and less painful than my other brow services. I know that there are health requirements for certification for premises to perform permanent makeup so any studio advertising would be compliant. The best part of meeting Leiloni is how professional, confident and relaxed she is which sets the stage to get a serious permanent makeup. It's meant to last and is more of a statement than any makeup you can apply. I would come back for other services, and have this in mind. For my services I chose the teeth whitening spray tan combo and it was worth it! My tooth got 4 shades whiter!!! It still is pretty white! I won a raffle on Instagram for an eyebrow micro blading session. I was nervous because as I'm quickly approaching the big 40, my eyebrows were getting gray and thinning. Leiloni brought my brows back to life!! I had originally gone to another microblading artist (I use the word "artist" loosely) who also happened to be in Sacramento. Not only did that artist do a lousy job, but she cancelled when it was time to do my required touch up and never rescheduled. Leiloni did my brows a week ago as of today, and when I tell you they are perfect, I kid you not and they're not even completely healed!!
