I spoke with Nikki who was SUPER helpful and asking me questions about Angela; she made suggestions, and I left it in her hands. What resulted was a $76 bouquet with tax ended up at $80. She told me she would call me when they were ready to be picked up. The following day before noon, I received a call from Nikki telling me they were ready. I headed down and found a beautiful and elegant bouquet that included lilies and roses; it was absolutely perfect for Angela. She was very informative and extremely nice ....with that being said shes extremely gossipy about other clients . Wedding date was set for March 2020 and we've made payments every month until recently sometimes even given more a month. Fiance called her telling her that we needed to move the date. Unfortunately due to circumstances that were beyond our control it had to be moved. She had no problem with it we even told her that we wanted to look at venues in California since we now had more time . She said she would get back with the proposals the following week. I reached out to her in hopes to lower our monthly payments Only temporarily since i had given more money in the past. No response ...2 weeks later we get an invoice for the full amount. I reached out via text asking her to please call us. I received a text no phone call (very professional) . I would assume paying close to 700 a month a phone call can be made. Fiance calls her an explains current situation to what he receives a nasty response ....giving attitude and blowing him off ...her response "i see what i can do" ! Mind you our wedding is still 17 months out now and we are ahead of schedule on payments. Working in customer service your client comes first! We waited friday for her to see what we can agree upon ....friday past... Saturday past.... Sunday past ....Monday Past .... Tuesday midday i received another Automatic reminder stating if i dont pay by today the money given will be forfeited and contract cancelled.. funny how she has yet reached out ...fiance emailed again asking her why she hadnt reached out and that we just wanted our money back. Emails were sent back and forth with her continuing to be ugly (for no reason). Long story short we are taking her to court ! I have the time and i truly believe evil greedy people like that will eventually get their time. Also please know the only thing she did was book appointment 2 separate times for venue viewings and reaching out to get a contract and that was it ! And she wants to keep over 6,000 not even getting back to us on the venues we requested info. On...noone should ever go through what I'm currently going through. The added stresses she has caused me is unreal. The lack of communication ... the lack of sympathy ....truly unprofessional. Brides please be careful !!!

I showed her a lot of pictures, she showed a lot of enthusiasm, so I decided to just trust her judgement for the final details on our bouquets and centerpieces (based on what looked best at her suppliers that week). OMG was that the right decision! She only does one full-service wedding/event per weekend, and you can definitely tell with the level of attention you get. I even emailed her a question Friday night -- before our 10:00 AM Saturday wedding -- about having boxes to transport our centerpieces after the reception, and I got a reply!
