I sat in the managers (Julio) office on March 17th, 2023 and placed and order for an item from Behlen Country. He said 6-7 weeks. At 7 weeks I called only to find out he never placed the order. So on May 2nd, he had Gary get in touch with me and Gary said he would place the order and it would be about 6 - 7 weeks. I just called on June 5th to check on it and Gary never placed the order. Claimed I said I didn't want to wait 6 weeks. Told him he was out of his mind. I have 42 animals waiting on that item to arrive so they can have additional living space. Why in the He!! would I say no to the order. These people must be smoking some the wacky weed. The store has set our ranch back now 12 weeks and it will be even further back by the time we find another business that can get this item for us. I will NEVER spend another dime at Bomgaars if at all possible, and especially at this location. Both of these idiots need to be on the unemployment line.

This is a large agricultural equipment dealership (it was formerly Longs Peak Equipment but sold out this Spring to the 4Rivers chain) and has a lot of larger equipment on display outside with a lot of smaller equipment inside. The store is located at 4322 Highway 66 in Longmont, just East of I-25. The weak part of my experience was communication. The tractor was promised to be delivered "by Saturday morning at the latest", but it didn't show up and I didn't hear anything. When I called I discovered they had absent-mindedly prepared the wrong tractor for delivery and were now working on the correct one. Then they called again the following Thursday after the tractor was loaded on their trailer and wanted to deliver immediately, but I wasn't home. They came out that afternoon after I got home and delivered, so all was well. They delivered my new tractor and hauled away my old one for $50 total, which is a bargain, and except for the shakiness in delivery schedule my experience with them was very good.

I honestly can't remember a single trip or transaction with 21st Century that has gone completely smoothly. I've dealt with repeated issues as basic as them struggling to find my business account between the parts and service departments, service quotes going significantly beyond the anticipated budget for issues you would expect a John Deere dealer to identify or anticipate based on the machine's serial number/VIN, and most recently, something as simple as having incorrect business hours posted--resulting in a completely wasted trip. None of these things individually would justify a 1-star review. Mistakes happen. But when nearly every interaction seems to involve another avoidable issue, it becomes a pattern. For a dealership representing John Deere and serving customers who depend on their equipment for their businesses and livelihoods, I expect better organization, communication, and reliability

I am left with loss of hearing and constant ringing in my ears. Jax refused to help me or take accountability for what they did to me. Jax is just another heartless business that has no accountability.

The carburetor and fuel system was cleaned and various adjustments were performed. The tech who performed the work went over what he found and explained things to be aware of as this was my first snowblower (that I had purchased used). The cost for the tuneup and all the parts replaced was quite reasonable and overall I'm very happy with the service. The best part - my snowblower now starts with a single pull!

And I'm still trying to figure out how to work everything and I didn't have the manual so I called him up and he spent whatever he could with me on the phone making sure that I'm OK. Then he said call me anytime I'm here to help! I don't think customer service gets better than that. But again I was surprised! Melissa is the person on the back end that does all the credit apps and she too was super helpful and patient. Made sure I was getting everything I should and saved me a ton of money with Kabota insurance and a great deal on the extended warranty. It does not get better. That is the place to go!
