    I received a text message stating that the technician was five minutes away, so I put on my coat…read moreand went to the front to wait. As I was looking out the window, I saw the truck arrive. While I was walking outside and locking the gate, the driver pulled away. My neighbor and I had to chase the truck to get it to stop. When I explained that I had just come outside, the technician stated that if the customer is not already outside with the vehicle, they do not have to wait. This was especially concerning given the dangerously cold weather outside. When I pointed out that he had not waited the stated five minutes, he said he did not have to deal with this, returned to his truck, and threw the battery tester inside. I then asked about jump-starting my vehicle. He returned with the jumper cables while discussing the situation on the radio, jump-started the car, and immediately left. His behavior throughout the interaction was unprofessional and dismissive. This was the second time in one week that I had to call this company. Earlier in the week, another technician told me my battery needed to be replaced, said he had sold his last one, and sent me 30 minutes away to an AAA location--only for me to be told they did not have the battery. A second technician later told me the battery did not need to be replaced. Today, my car would not start again, and the technician left without properly testing the battery at all. What is most disturbing is the company's response afterward. Their email showed no concern that the technician misrepresented what actually happened, nor any concern that--during severe weather--I was left unsure whether my car would start. In a situation where someone is vulnerable and asking for help, there should be basic care and accountability. Instead, their only concern was that I posted my experience online, not making the situation right. For clarity, the technician, George, called at 2:28 PM, stating he was five minutes away, and again at 2:34 PM. I went outside immediately and saw him pulling away while I was locking the gate. I returned the call at 2:40 PM before contacting AAA. Based on these timestamps, it is mathematically impossible for him to have waited ten minutes, as the company claims. My neighbor was also outside and can confirm he was not there for five minutes, let alone ten. Due to repeated misinformation, poor coordination, lack of concern for customer safety, and unprofessional conduct, I strongly recommend avoiding this company if possible. Their email is below: "On Saturday, January 24, 2026 at 05:32:47 PM CST, Christopher Gammoh nolimitsroadside@yahoo.com wrote: Hello, we were outside for more than 10 minutes. We have a 10 minute whole time due to high call volume! If the customer doesn't come outside, we have to go onto the next one. Luckily your neighbor caught the truck! Our trucks have a tracking system and camera footage You were mean to our driver and we do not tolerate that especially in the cold. We are here to help you not take attitude for no reason. Thank you for bashing us all over the Internet. We will be in contact with AAA and placing your membership on flag thank you and have a great evening!!"
