I partially drove over a parking block and got the car stuck. I called around to 3 different local tow companies. I texted John at Sanchez pictures of the pickle I was in and they quoted me $75 and said they would be there in 20 mins, they arrived in less than 10. They were also literally half the price of Veteran's Towing. They sent a normal tow truck and also a flatbed truck and were super careful lifting my car off the block without causing any damage to the undercarriage. It was pouring rain and they analyzed every move before they did anything. John even called me on my way home to check on the car and make sure it was driving OK, amazing customer service, especially for a tow company. Will definitely use them again if needed. read more

My favorite thing about this company is the integrity of the employees. I had what could have been $240 worth of damage according to several mechanics. My car wouldn't start a year ago in my parking space. I was quoted a price by another company then called Sanchez. Not only did they quote a lower price, but were there w/in about 20 minutes. The OWNER was driving that day & we talked about the possibilities for what could be wrong w/ the car. We dropped it at my shop & what he said was wrong...was wrong. They do KNOW vehicles, yo. This weekend I got into a fender bender. Had to call a tow truck 'cause my bumper was bent against the tire. I called Sanchez & another miniscule (in comparison to AAA wait times) 20 minutes later & the truck was there. By request, the driver totally saved my butt by getting it off the road & to a place we could move the bumper away from the tire...so I could drive it over the weekend & not pay a rental fee or leave it useless at a body shop until somebody could get to it. Then he advised I go to Midwest Auto in Northlake for a quote. --And they were way better (price-wise and offering me all options in how/what to replace) than a standard shop would have been. I was desperate and searched YELP and saw they had great reviews!!! Well, the reviews were spot on. I was given an ETA and they were early. I needed a jump as my car battery was dead. John jumped my car, gave me suggestions on where to have it replaced. When he left he called a few minutes later and found a place that had my battery with free replacement. I could not have been more pleased and impressed by this company. I have their business card in my wallet and car. I highly recommend Sanchez towing!!! Amazing! I had to have my car towed from Rosemont to Gurnee. They were there in under 30 minutes, they're rates were WAAAY below everyone else I called. They were honest down to the mile when it came to my final bill. They would not leave until they were sure my car was left in the proper spot at the mechanic that was closed for the day. My car was stranded at work they came super fast picked it up drove it 35 miles and I asked if he can get it in the garage which was not an easy task considering the size of tow truck and half my garage being occupied by my wife's junk. Not only did they quote us for cheaper than anyone else, not only did they arrive in a timely fashion, but they also had AWESOME customer service. My husband didn't get the name of the guy who came to our rescue, but he was very impressed by how helpful he was. He got out of his tow truck, looked at our car, and told us what he thought was the problem was...which was unnecessary, but so helpful and considerate. Definitely recommend these guys. I was on my way into the city to DJ a wedding when my tire completed shredded. Pulled off on side, but it was a dangerous spot around a curve. Cars were flying by, and they had no time to get in other lane before they saw me. My spare was flat (my own fault), but I would have been too scared to change it anyway with being in a dangerous spot on the expressway. Quickly Googled towing on my phone. Called these guys. They sent a guy out immediately. My wife came in the meantime. I threw my DJ gear in her car. Needed to leave to get to wedding on time, but was hesitant leaving my wife. However, the guy was awesome, said he would try to fill up my spare, would try to change the shredded tire right there, and would follow my wife safely off the expressway and even to the tire store. I felt peace about leaving, so I did. He even helped me get back on the expressway with all the traffic. I got a call from them about 30 min later saying the tire had been changed, the car was taken to a local Sam's, and the guy followed my wife all the way to Sam's to make sure she got there safely. Can't even tell you how grateful I am for Sanchez Towing. My wife was safe, I got to my DJ gig on time in the city, and my car was taken care of in a busy and dangerous part of the expressway. This past Labor Day weekend, I was heading home from work on Friday & my car died. I coasted to the nearest gas station & was referred to them by Maxim towing (they only tow semi's). As others stated, they were quick. The driver (John) asked what was wrong, told him that the belt broke & he took a look. He said he had a friend who could probably fix it. I hesitated and said no. Being a woman, I 've been down that road before -- $600-$1,000 later I'd have a nice shiny belt, a host of other problems, and a mad husband. But..... I took a chance. I was so surprised, grateful, and amazed!!!, For the cost of the belt, labor and the tow - I was driving home by 6:00 pm. Both the towing service and the Shell station on North Avenue in Northlake where the car was fixed were OUTSTANDING!! HONEST!! & TRUE TO their word. I could not have been happier.
