I've been here several times in the past. The pizzas were always light and fluffy crust with great toppings. This time around, the dough seemed to be under proofed. It was tough and not as flavorful. Ordered two pizzas today as well as breadsticks. The all meat pizza have very little meat and looked like it was ground up with a grinder. The crust was so thin and stale. The sauce also tasted nasty. The other pizza had pineapple on it that had tiny little remnants. We also got breadsticks, which were OK. However, the sauce look like nasty tomato juice. Nothing like marinara. Whatever happened to the quality? I will never eat there again, and I will tell everybody to avoid this place. This is another find while spending time in Utah. I came across this option while looking through GrubHub. The first thing I noticed while looking at their menu was the price of their items. This place really had some reasonable pricing for what you get. I was pleased to say the least. I opted for delivery to my hotel. The delivery was prompt and everything came packaged properly. What can you say about pizza and wings except for the fact that I thought the pizza was very very tasty it was a "meat lover style" pizza. The wings were not crispy which indicates to me that they may have been baked ...and not long enough but nonetheless they still tasted pretty good. I also ordered a dessert pizza which is a big baked cookie and I thought that was really phenomenal. Food was so delicious! You get a bigger bang for your buck. We tried the chicken bacon ranch pizza which was so good! Pizza crust is nice and thin but so perfect. We also tried their wings, the man salad, and Alfredo chicken pasta. Wings were a little pink on the inside but hand great flavor. I preordered my food an hour and a half prior to delivery. I called after it was ten minutes late and the person on the phone couldn't tell me if the food had left the restaurant. Of course there is excuses and no responsibility taken for the late food. I waited another twenty minutes, for a total of thirty minutes late, before the delivery finally came. Now I live seven minutes away from the south location, where I had placed the order. Say the driver took Main Street, so ten minutes from the location. I'm thinking that the time shows my order was at the restaurant when I called. I would've given two stars but when I called, there seems to be lack of honesty and integrity. Another clue is when the delivery driver gave me a ten dollar coupon for the delay in my order. They knew it was really messed up. I appreciate the attempt to make it right but there is a point. My kids don't understand the reason for the delay. The kids were hungry when it was supposed to be delivered. Kids lack understanding and patience. There really was no excuse. This establishment lacked organization, planning and leadership. The food was on the cold side and was meh. I cannot recommend this place. There are plenty of pizza options in Cedar City. I just wanted to take a minute and write a review for 5 Buck Pizza. I have been to this restaurant probably about 4 or 5 times and my experience has been consistently good. Every time I come here I get pizza and its always full of flavor! I have also always had a good experience with the staff, they are always kind and personable. When given the decision between Little Cesars and this place, I would chose 5 Buck Pizza. The pizza is very reasonably priced and they have a lot of seating inside, I like that they have booths against the wall so that you can have a private meal! Guess not many people review places that mostly serve delivery and takeout customers. But this place is a solid deal in this college town. They always have good deals and actually cater quite a few events in town throughout the year. They really seek to make their own menu that is unique along with offering all the basics. I'm very surprised to see any negative reviews about the staff or their food. I been coming here for 4 years. I order or eat in at least once a week simply because their pizza it's the best in town. The price is the reason I originally came in but the quality of their ingredients is what keeps me coming back every Friday. The staff is always very helpful and polite I always get service with a smile even if they are extremely busy with large orders they always manage to bring my food in a timely matter to my table. But they always say 15 mins then when you show up they say it'll be just another minute sorry we had a really big order. I do a considerable amount of traveling with business and have eaten WAY TOO MANY delivery pizzas and I have gotten used to being mildly disappointed by what was usually delivered. I have not been more pleased with delivery pizza in ages. I got the Ulti-Meat pizza and was completely impressed. Big chunks of meat, not overly sauced, and perfect amount of cheese to make an awesome pizza. Delivery was quick and friendly. You folks need to get your delivery menus out to the local motels. I've eaten their food for a number of years as a student here, and it's not that bad. The pizza is decently made with a competent blend of cheeses. The only problem I have with the pizzas is that, on occasion, it will taste a little acidic. I don't know what brings this about, but the gamble is worth it in my opinion. The 5 Buck Root Beer is also a pretty good tasting Root Beer. I recommend it to people who like to try the different subtitles in the Root Beer flavoring between brands. The wings aren't that great, however. While they have decent flavoring, they're not nearly as large as other places, and I often find that they stick to the pan they give it to you in, causing some of the succulent chicken to be inedible, glued to the serving dish. The staff are nice enough. They do their job of taking orders and delivering it to your front door. I don't expect them to be all cheery, happy, and friendly, but they offer a smile when they bring me my food, nonetheless. The only issue I have is that delivery times vary when the food will get here. It will always arrive hot, but sometimes the food gets here within 30 minutes, sometimes it takes about an hour. I do wish the EAT24 staff would fix it so the pizza price online was, indeed, $5 so you can just order two large one-topping pizzas without having to get at least $0.02 more on your order, I also wish they would list "The Beast" on their online menu. However, I can still recommend 5 Buck Pizza if you're a university student or a low income family and want inexpensive pizza delivered to your home. read more

Had the worst ordering of my life. We ordered for calzones and a salad we were delivered three cousins and a pepperoni pizza I called to tell the store that they got the order incorrect. The manager and give him with Chris at the time and for me that since we ordered through one of those things like 24 eat we had to go through them to get satisfaction after arguing with him about backing up what his vendor mistakes are he then put me on hold to call the vendor and then turn around and tell me they had the same thing that it was delivered which was wrong so we had the missing cows on Main and it finally showed up on delivery about an hour and a half after the original delivery I highly do not recommend this place anymore I would run as far away from this place as I possibly could read more

Awesome affordable pizza. We just moved to town from Arizona, we had a go to pizza place there. That pizza place is not in Cedar but was happy to find this pizza joint. It's not a fancy pizza place by any means, it it's quick, easy, and affordable. The dough is made fresh too, this you can taste, and the crew gets things done when asked. They could do better in acknowledging a customer when one comes in. It takes just a moment to recognize a customer and it goes a long ways with us to feel like at least you are aware. I love the pizza here and I get it all the time. It's cheap and it's convenient for a broke college student. I also love it because they take my works meal tickets!! I'm taking two stars away because I have a service animal and was kicked out of their providence location because she wasn't marked with a vest.(which isn't required at all according to the Americans w/ disabilities act) I called the Main Street location and the supervisor their helped me out and called the owner and together they remedied the situation. I'm just having a hard time with how rude Danielle (the worker that told me to leave) was. She was short, unaccommodating, and she seemed proud to be the girl in charge that got to kick someone out. Even after I showed her the laws that state I don't need a vest for my dog, she stood her ground and was very bullheaded. After waiting outside for my pizza to be brought to me I was told that I should leave my dog at home. I've never felt discriminated against up until now. It's an experience I won't forget. But good on management and the owner for correcting her and giving me a gift certificate. I will always enjoy the pizza and I'll probably just avoid that location.
