The beers are mostly domestic with only one micro brew selection but there were plenty of national brand choices. The food was home made and not bad for bar food. I had a Pittsburgh cheese steak sandwich that I thought was good. I ordered it with a side salad instead of fries as I had also ordered the loaded Pastrami fries which came with cheese, pickles and mustard on top. It was a bit too rich and heavy for my taste and the flavors didn't really work well together. Maybe without the mustard I would have liked it more. Well, there claim is pretty legit. Very legit. It's an unassuming place with unassuming prices that buy you great food and friendly service. Seriously, like way back when friendly service and prices. We had the hand cut fries, a patty melt and bacon jalapeño burger--both with side salads--and a drink...all for $35. The burgers and fries were great.
