I am sorry to say that I can't recommend 5 star cleaning. Sam is nice and friendly, but after I paid her over $500, I had to go and clean everything again. I texted her a couple of times with no response back. I wanted to resolve this privately, but I have waited for too long. Initially, she told my husband 4 hours, and she would be done. It took her over 8 hours. If she had experience, she would have given a more accurate time estimate, looking at the size of our home. I wiped certain areas around the house, and it was black. My contractor and husband both saw it immediately after cleaning and said it was NOT clean. They had to wipe the floors again because of marks. Sam came out today, twenty minutes ahead of schedule, which I found very professional, it left her plenty of time to get prepared for the job ahead. I seldom write a review although this one needs to be written. I needed to have our home cleaned as best described as Post construction cleaning. We had painters coming in to paint our walls and needed all the Dust and Mold spores removed. Not to mention the bathrooms and bedrooms cleaned. When I called, Samona returned my call almost immediately. We talked through what we needed, which in my mind wasn't typical. I asked Sam to wipe down all walls upstairs with an Antimicrobial solution as well as clean out all window tracks by vacuuming and then more microbial solution. She showed up at 9:00 AM with a smile, her shop vac, as well as an array of cleaning tools and products. She worked until 9:30 PM that day with one break only to eat a late lunch. My home smelled fantastic and was as clean as we have seen it upstairs in months.
