Laura did a great job in our 860 square feet condo. I asked her to focus on Bathroom grouts/tiles, kitchen cabinets, stovetop, and floors. She went above and beyond with our bedrooms, dusting and vacuuming. We came home to perfectly made beds and dust free areas where we would normally miss. We forgot to ask her to do our ceiling fans and dust under the bed, but next time we'll be sure to ask as Laura was kind to ask us but our fault for not mentioning it. Pro tip, if there are specific areas, be sure to let her know and I'm sure she'd be happy to help. I reached out to multiple cleaners via Yelp and Laura had the best price, so my husband and I decided to give her a try. We wanted our condo cleaned before Lunar New Year and have no regrets with reaching out to Laura. She was responsive and flexible with scheduling. We were quoted $170 for 4 hours, but prices might vary depending on size of home and how much cleaning is needed. Also, make sure you include tip! Laura is a hard worker and deserves it. The first time we used her service it was OK. Not amazing but pretty ok for the price. I would give her 3.5 stars. I used her service today and it was pretty bad. But first I do want to thank them for sqeezing me in last minute. With that said I don't know if it was a good thing or a bad thing. The cleaner showed up 40 mons late without proper cleaning supplies. No mop, no vaccume. Just plastic mag full of house cleaning supplies. It looked like she wasn't prepared to work today, so she stopped by the Walmart across the street. She spend an hour cleaning 1 bathroom I had just cleaned the night before. Super disappointed in my experience with this company. I work from home and requested two people to make it faster and avoid background noise during calls. One person showed up. And she was there from 9 am to 3 pm. Nearly my entire work day was spent with banging and vacuuming in the background. At 1:10pm, I heard the vacuum running in the living room, but it didn't sound like it was moving. I walked into the kitchen to let her know I had to leave in one hour. I found her drinking orange juice from one of my wine glasses, which are kept on the TOP shelf of my kitchen cabinet. Are you kidding me?!?! I'm absolutely okay with someone having a drink, but to not ask?? SO RUDE. And to use a wine glass?!?! And she nearly dropped the glass when I walked in on her, she was so shocked!! I told her I was leaving in an hour. So at 2:55 pm (one hour and 45 minutes later), I had to tell her to leave the house. And she wasn't done. She mopped the kitchen with a dirty mop and there were streaks everywhere! I had to remop the entire kitchen. There were streaks all over the counters and refrigerator. There were streaks all over the bathroom mirrors. When she was collecting her things to leave, she included 2 bottles of my cleaners from under my sink. I'll assume that was an honest mistake. Just to clarify, this is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house that was cleaned 4 weeks prior by another company. My point is that it wasn't super dirty. For 2 bedrooms, I said to only vacuum and do nothing else. She spent nearly 45 minutes in each room. In our office, I said to only vacuum and nothing else. She spent over 30 minutes in the office. The kicker here is the vacuuming. Hind-sight is 20/20. She turned on the vacuum in the main bedroom and was cleaning for nearly 2 hours. She turned on the vacuum in our office and was there for over 30 minutes. When I caught her in the kitchen, she also had the vacuum on in the living room....again just running. I have absolutely NO DOUBT that she went through our things. The purpose and reason I have yet to understand. In our office, all sorts of papers were moved around my desk, and she was just supposed to vacuum a 5'X7' area rug. Bottom line, this happened 6 weeks ago and I still feel violated. I don't think I will ever hire another cleaning company after this experience. I was too trusting. I was forced to take work calls outside because she was taking SO LONG. Which left my home open and available. I'm happy for those customers that had a positive experience. I'm sure there are some employees that do a great job. The ONE person they sent to my house did not do a goo job, did not respect my time, made me feel uncomfortable, and caused me to be weary of all house cleaners. read more

Laura is great. I have been using LHS for a few years now. She recently cleaned my place for the 1st time since the Pandemic started and it was money well spent. After doing my best to clean the past 12+ months, it's nothing compared to the clean that Laura does. Sparkling. She's easy to communicate with and comes on time. Best part for me is that she finds ways to get in my gated community without having to call me to let her in. His name is Ryan C. I have your correspondence with him right in front of me. The last time we spoke on Yelp messages, you said you would contact him once you were back in town but we never heard from you again. ---------- Our new home needed a good clean after some renovations so we scheduled a service with Laura Home Services. We paid $300 for their cleaning services and planned to move in our furniture later that day. Unfortunately we found that the home was in no condition to be moved into. The floors were found to be incredibly dirty and our windows, kitchen cabinets, and bathroom cabinets hadn't been touched. My mother and I spent the next several hours vacuuming and mopping what they had glossed over. When my husband greeted the cleaners on his way out of the house earlier in the day, he didn't see a mop so he asked if they brought one to clean the floors and they said they brought a Swiffer. A Swiffer. I messaged the owner of the business the next day and she said what we needed was a "deep" cleaning service. She said she would find out what happened and call me back in a few days when she gets back to town. Never heard from her again. I feel like we did not receive the proper service for what we paid. We clearly stated on the phone that we needed a cleaning service on a new house, that even had no furniture, because we had renovations done. If what we needed was really this "deep" clean instead of whatever they did instead, we should have been told beforehand.
