I was in a needy moment, and I came in with two used tires that I just purchased, as well as purchasing two used tires from them and having them install all four on my Toyota Highlander. Highlander. Everything was great, but after driving away a little later I realized my car was pulling solidly to the right when it was perfect alignment when I went in. So I gave him a call, they said bring it back in. Let's swap left and right and see if it pulls the other way, which it did. Back in the next day and they rotated front to rear and now my car drives perfect. We think there was a issue with one of the plies in one of the tires, but the tire looked in perfect condition. Came here for a brand new set price was really good so it was worth the drive all the way from Elk Grove. Only few things I seen I did not like they didn't finish jacking up the car all the way and just started removing the tires and leaving it unattended which led to them falling off the vehicle hitting the ground face flat when the other side of the car was being jacked up. Happen not once but twice. I just shook my head and when tightening the guy just shot the lug nuts with the gun without properly getting a few threads in hopefully it's not stripped and over torqued. 0 stars. Watch out for double charges. I had to get a tire replaced so I stopped in. I like going to support the small independent shops. They got my tire changed quickly and when I went to pay I put my card in, entered my pin, the guy behind the counter said the transaction didn't work. He asked me to do it again, so I did. This time he said it worked. Couple days later I noticed 2 charged for the tire. Both charges had gone through. I called the guy and he insisted the first charge never went through. I waited 2 weeks, gave him the benefit of the doubt and still nothing. I had to go to my bank and report the extra charge. If they ask you to reinsert your card for any reason, you better go double check your account. read more

My family used this shop from 2017 until 2020, and while it was run by Miguel we would have recommended it. It is now under new management, and just from the encounter I had with the males working there, I will not be employing their business. I went in to have a tire repaired since it was under a 55k warranty when I purchased in 2020. They told me they were under new management since that purchase, and only honored the warranty for the first six months they were open. I had showed them my receipt, to which the man read and replied, "This is from 2020. We are in 2022." No shit. They wanted to charge me $50 for a nail repair, while being condescending and rude. No thanks, I'll take my business elsewhere. Two months prior, my husband went in for two new tires. The same person "helped" him. He brought out the most expensive tire, and when my husband asked him about something cheaper, and they talked cost, he said, "Why are you rolling up so late in the day expecting such a deal?" Saw all the great reviews and wanted to have work done by these guys. Arrived at the shop at 8:05. No one there. Waited til 9:15, called, gave as much time as I could. Now I don't have time to go to another shop. Totally unprofessional, would waste your time counting on businesses hours 11/06/18 Gave these guys another chance. Brought a vehicle in for tires. Ab dul, was very easy to deal with and the service is very efficient. They carry Goodyear tires in limited tread variations and a couple Faulkens and some offbrand. They charge about the same price as Walmart, but I was in and out in 35 minutes. I would have bumped it to four stars but they never said anything about my tire pressure sensor being bad, thought it was just my leaky old tires. Now I have to live with the lights blinking for 60,000 miles. Arggg read more

About a year ago I took my challenger intonthis place to have some pirelli 275s put on all 4 tires. I was not aware that 275s would not fit under the front end of the car without rubbing. The rim and tire was resting on the control arm and even with spacers it just wouldnt work. The owner happened to come in and saw the issue. He probably had pity on me because he suggested that I just out some smaller tires on the front end. Now I have hellcat rims in that car and they are not staggered. After the car was outfitted with some 255/20s the rake of the car looked amazing. It handles great andbo can see over the steering wheel a lot better .
