Got new wheels and 2 new tires for my 2020 Mustang GT. Owner was very friendly and informative. I impressed with the owner and the shop and the wide variety of wheels. They also do wraps and other great things!

Got a flat tire on my way home from work. Stopped by the local Firestone who didn't have the tire size I needed for my Tesla. They called Sean and he said he had one in stock! Such a good dude! He changed out the tire for me in no time. I was extremely pleased with the quick service and pricing. Would highly recommended!

Pulled up to purchase two Michelins for my GS350, I hit a pot hole the night before and I called Sean ahead of time and he set me up and within an hour I was already back on the road. Him and his team were very professional and I look forward doing more business with Sean. I can't say how much I spent but I'm happy, everybody happy lol

My poor car first tire service ever turned into a nightmare.

Xtreme Wheels & Tires put new rear tires on my 2021 Lexus. The next day all sorts of brake-related ABS warning lights go off on my dashboard. I take it back to Xtreme Wheels and he plays clueless, showing me my TPMS stems read "good". Had to take it to Lexus where it sat for 3 weeks. Turns out, Xtreme Wheels pulled or yanked on the wiring harness which pulled pins out of the connector causing a weak signal to/from that wheel. This negligence and mishandling of Xtreme Wheels turned into $1100 expense which they refused to acknowledge (surprise). Unqualified and unskilled workers tried to blame it on "puddles of water" getting up inside of my wheel. Really? Since when can wheels/tires not handle rainy weather? After $1100 and being without my car for a month, I was offered the cost of the tires back which was $410and never mind the other $1100 I had to pay to repair the damage to my car- no thanks. Small claims court it is.

My car had a screw driver that ripped the tire and they gave me a great price on replacing both back tires. They were able to get the tire ordered and installed in 1 day and even cleaned them. Definitely coming back.

Headlights restored looks great y'all need some service done this the spot !!

Involving and promoting other shops in your review while making accusations about our work is inappropriate and unfair, especially when those businesses were not part of the original transaction. Because of the tone and conduct in your messages, you will not be meeting with me or any of my staff on Monday or at any other time going forward. I will not tolerate being spoken to in the manner you have been addressing me. If you believe you have a warranty concern related to XPEL products, I am happy to refer you to another certified XPEL installer who can assist you with evaluating or processing any potential warranty claim. That would be the appropriate path moving forward. I wish you the best and hope you are able to resolve your concerns through another certified shop." keep in mind he's the one who contacted and showed up first . to multiple shops after I chose his competitor(s) haven't seen this man since 2024. Not even asking for free work or anything warranty related. After he did this whole act he must be called out especially as an adult business owner with a law degree like himself. My response; Michael Justis This response is exactly what I expected. Instead of addressing the workmanship concerns, you're choosing to label my feedback as malicious and shut down any opportunity to actually review the issues. What's inappropriate is refusing to stand behind your work when a customer raises legitimate concerns after spending around $7,500 on a full vehicle wrap and related services. My intention was simply to have a professional conversation and give you the opportunity to inspect the areas I mentioned. Multiple installers have already pointed out the same issues with visible edges and areas that were not properly tucked. That's not an accusation--it's a quality concern. Your decision not to even look at the vehicle or discuss a resolution speaks for itself. I will continue addressing the issues with another certified installer as suggested. Take care.

Kyle and Victor are truly amazing people who go above and beyond to help others, especially those in need. Their business model is built on genuine care and integrity: they do their best to help every customer, and it shows. People are literally towing their cars from places like Fairfield and Vacaville because this team is so trusted, honest, and reliable. Word of mouth like that doesn't happen by accident! What stands out most is how patient and knowledgeable they are. They answer every question thoroughly, without any pushy overselling or unprofessional tactics. No sexism, no pressure--just straightforward, respectful help. Whether you're driving a luxury car or something more modest, they treat you exactly the same, with dignity and kindness. If you can't afford full service, they'll happily help you source parts and give solid DIY advice so you can handle it yourself. That's rare these days! They're incredibly responsive, quick replies, never lazy, and always eager to help. I especially appreciated how they pull all the cars inside for safety during closing hours. When we needed a rental car after our accident, they immediately connected us with the Enterprise location right down the street and made the setup easy. Plus, they even have attorneys who step in to make sure insurance companies pay out fairly when you're the claimant. That level of support took so much stress off our plate! From start to finish, every part of the communication and service was top-notch. If you're in the Sacramento area (or willing to travel), do yourself a favor and go here. Kyle, Victor, and the whole team--thank you for restoring not just cars, but faith in honest business. Highly, highly recommend! He has taken good care of my last Honda accord and current Mazda CX5. The first time I brought my car in to fix an engine light issue with my oxygen sensor on my Honda accord, he helped recommend a better brand and was honest and helpful. I now have brought my CX5 to him multiple times already for his expert opinion on different issues and for regular maintenance. He's always very responsive, easy to get a hold of, and willing to share his knowledge and expertise. Recently, I brought in a long list of items to be fixed from the dealership, and he was honest in what he thought needed to be done more urgently vs not, and his prices were also much more reasonable. He was kind enough to help me as well with replacing my car battery and windshield wipers. If you're looking for a trusted honest knowledgeable mechanic who is also very friendly and easy to chat with, Victor is your guy!

He inspected them and showed me how each one was clean, dry, and completely fine. He then inspected the rest of the engine compartment and the undercarriage and showed me that it was all in great shape. Finally, he noticed that a previous mechanic had removed the plastic shroud for my front wheel wells and failed to install new clips to secure the shroud afterward. I had wondered about the gap he noticed for years, but I didn't realize it was anything other than wear and tear. He replaced the clips for no extra charge. I know it seems like a small thing, but to me, it speaks clearly to Roland's character: I believe he genuinely cares about doing right by his customers and taking good care of their cars. When I asked him about some issues with electronic parts on my car (e.g. a digital dashboard display), he let me know that his area of focus was mechanical service and advised me to take my car to an electrical auto shop. I was grateful that he knew the limits of his expertise, communicated them clearly, and stuck to them. I felt his quoted price was quite reasonable, and even after he performed more work than requested (still within about a 1-hour time slot), he stuck to his original price quote. I am very happy with the service he provided and the price I paid! I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

After 40 minutes of painfully watching him attempt to force things open. I politely asked him to stop as it was obvious he didn't know what he was doing and broke a few components off my housing. I tried calling him to let him know of the damages. He denied responsibility and said he was only at my house for 5 minutes. He told me to never contact him again and failed to respond to the before and after photos I sent. Do not trust this shady business. What went from a lb easy replacement of a 100A that I could have done myself but did not have the time to do so, resulted in several hundred dollars of parts in addition to more for labor due to gross incompetence. The steering wheel has a vibration at about 50 MPH and it feel like your hitting the rumble strips. I contacted GMC Elk Grove where I bought it and spoke to "Cristian" the service rep and explained the problem. He said the transmission just needed to be flushed out and a special transmission oil is put in to alleviate the problem. My truck is out of the 5 year 50,000 warranty, but the truck has only 28,000 miles on it and is in new condition and is regularly serviced at 5000 miles at this dealership. He could only offer a, "I can just let GMC know and they decide if they'll honor the repair, without a charge". I had researched and found this is a known problem by GMC however, not enough complaints for a recall. As I explained I am a loyal customer that bought the vehicle from their Elk Grove Dealership, the condition and low miles on my truck, but still offered no relief not even a let me talk to my manager to see what we can do. I asked him why should I continue being a loyal customer if there is nothing in return from them. Of course no response. I told him I would not be bringing my truck back for anything in the future. Cristian could care less and didn't even try to save my business. I contacted LS Pros and spoke to Bill and met with Dan the owner. As soon as I told him about the problem they said they have done several repairs on this very issue and that they even had a flier posted in the shop depicting this exact problem. He told me that there was actually a fix for this as opposed to just flushing out the transmission and putting in a special transmission oil. I took it in and sure enough the fliers were posted in the office. This shop receives all GM product bulletins and they have both been past employees of GM and they really know their stuff. I received the truck back the next day and I noticed the fix right away. I have found LS Pros to be honest , fair and in most cases cheaper than the dealerships. So, no more Elk Grove Dealership for me. I have made arrangements to have my truck serviced and repaired at LS Pros from here to Eternity! Great job guys! Your integrity is appreciated!

One year later and my wife is smirking at me as she observes two large boxes (containing carbon fiber pieces for my car) being delivered onto our front porch. After securing the parts, I knew exactly who I would contact for installation services...Imperial Works! If you have read any of my past reviews, you know that I'm fond of their customer service and overall expertise. Since my work schedule was pretty crazy, Jenny made an exception by allowing for me to drop my car off the afternoon prior to the day of my actual appointment (thanks Jenny & team for your flexibility). After Wesley inspected the parts to ensure that everything was complete, I handed over my keys and headed off to work! Late afternoon the next day, I received a text that the installation had been completed and my car was ready to be picked up. As my Lyft driver dropped me off in front of the establishment, I observed my sexy car sitting pretty with her new front lip and side skirts! Before processing payment and handing over my keys, the always personable David, explained to me the process and tools needed to safely secure the parts to the car (a big concern considering how dangerous it would be if a part were to fly off while on the road). To further elaborate on the measures taken to ensure a quality installation, David also explained that they used their own fasteners for the installation; versus using the sometimes mediocre fasteners that are shipped with some car accessories. The attention to detail and customer service is truly what keeps me coming back. Sometime next year (Lord willing) I plan on paying Imperial Works a visit to have my car vinyl wrapped in a color that closely resembles BMW's San Marino Blue (thank you Joe for patiently answering my silly questions pertaining to wraps)!
