I am here a few weeks ago to see if my wheel could get repaired. i was beyond excited. once fixed it was sent back many times to the wheel repair gentleman because he kept half assing the repair. later the next day i found that i dont have my wheel cap. had to drive back to get that. then i noticed my rivets and my customized wheel cap missing. when i called i was told its not a big deal. i was beyond upset. ive had these wheels for 5 years with no problems. many tore changes and even new tires and brakes and no issues. I explained that for me to mind one part and to covers and make many trips out weighs the costs of me getting the repair done. so overall super upset. knowing what i know now i would have just ordered a new wheel. read more

I'm a return customer here and I trusted them with my truck the other day I have Toyo open country off-road tires on the rear of my truck and I tried to buy two preowned off-road tires from the guy. I told him I wanted off-road tires he made to charge me for my tires before he showed me my truck and which she had put road tires on the front of my truck when I have off-road tires on the back and so now I didn't know, I could refuse the tires at the point of sale, but he basically tricked me into taking these tires home and my truck looks ridiculous. This is how you treat your return customers!? This is not a good business practice. This is unprofessional and I hope you guys go out of business doing business this way. You're supposed to treat your return customers with some dignity, respect and honesty. You don't take advantage you're the way you just took advantage of me. If I knew I could've returned those tires immediately. I would've told you to put my old tires back on my truck and I would've gone somewhere else happily This little guy ripped me off man and I've been pissed about it ever since like I'm steaming over how they did me , if u go here watch ur Back make them show u the tire before they mount it they play the Smokey mirror game here bunch of con artists ! I got a flat and they were the only tire shop open within a 2 mile radius, I called them and a man picked up the phone I told him I'm looking for a tire and he asked what size as I was telling him the size he started talking in Indian to what I assume is another person I kept saying hello hello but no response. I hung up and then tried to call again and I kept on getting that the line was busy. I called about 10 to 15 times in a span of 20 minutes to the same response. This was very frustrating and I ended up towing my car to my house. Even if they were giving out free tires I would not recommend this place to anyone. Very bad service to ignore me read more

Thank you so much Waheed! Backstory, I got a flat tire around 2pm, took it to Big O tire in midtown and they replaced it with a brand new tire. I drove my car back home at night and the tire they had replaced blew out! It was a very scary situation. I had to get my car towed and it was taken here to Autoban. Waheed informed me that the valve stem was NOT replaced at Big o tire which is a standard thing shops do when placing a brand new tire. That made my tire leak and blow out on the freeway. (I reported Big O tires to the BAR) Waheed then gave me a very good price to get all 4 tires replaced with brand new tires. I went by this establishment to get an estimate for rim repair.The individuals behind the counter were eating when I entered. One guy looks at the other pointing at me. The one guy with the food finally puts his food down after some time and asks what I want. I explained to him what I needed as far as an estimate. This individual looks at my rim and starts to give dollar amounts, I asked if he could give me a printed estimate and was told no. My question is, how are you still in business? These people are unprofessional and rude. I have one word for these guys, useless. read more

On November 29th I went to Auto Ban Tire and Wheel shop to fix curb rash on my rims. The owner understood what I needed. Therefore he fixed the rashes on my rims. However, when the owner proceeded to test fit my rims back onto my truck, he SCRATCHED the rims by rubbing the rim on my truck. Causing damage not only to the rims he had just "fixed" but also the body of my truck itself. As you can see in the pictures.. I have circled where the damage is. I went out of my way and still paid him for the job he had done, but i told him I would talk to my insurance and return. At that point he told me to just go to the dealership and buy a special marker to paint the scratches, THAT HE HAD CAUSED. When I got my estimate, he refused to work with me. He didn't even want to pay me half of the estimate, which I was willing to work out with him. If you get any work done at this shop just be AWARE of their work and business overall. Took my car here for an alignment and oh my. Took 2 hours the first time around I drove out drove 500ft and my ABS and traction control turned off. I ran the codes with my scanner and the cause of the code was extremely poor alignment. I came back to get it fixed they fixed it to where abs and traction control does not disable itself but the car pulls a bit left now. Honestly save your money and go somewhere else. Once the holidays are over and everyone opens. I will go get it redone they might have good deals on used tires but DO NOT COME HERE FOR AN ALIGNMENT!!!!!!!! read more

DO NOT GIVE THESE THIEVES YOUR BUSINESS. I came to repair a tire, the man told me it was not repairable. I went with it and agreed on a used tire. THE WORKER COULD NOT TAKE OFF MY wheel lock, and told me he could NOT INSTALL my newly purchased tire. He charged me for the tire but NEVER PUT IT ON!!!! I wanted to give a local shop my business and went against my better judgement. I called after leaving the shop and asked for my money back, since the TIRE WAS NEVER INSTALLED the man said "he is not the owner" and cannot refund me EVEN THOUGHT the receipt or store signage said NOTHING ANYWHERE ABOUT THE PURCHASE being "nonrefundable". I think he is lying and was the owner, I called again and my call was ignored. YOU TOOK FOOD OUT OF MY CHILDREN'S MOUTH'S THIS WEEK!!! YOU WILL NOT GET AWAY WITH THIS.
