Amazing job on eyebrows! I went here for the first time two months ago, and met the one and only Sandy (the person that people would review about). I am someone who has hair on my eyebrows but no natural shape, and Sandy fixed that for me. This woman was so friendly and nice. I called her to make a same-day appointment, which was very easy to do. She asked how I wanted my eyebrows, I think if I wanted it to be more natural or thinner. Once she finished threading my eyebrows (which IW as surprised didn't hurt as bad as it normally does), she gave me pointers on like little spots that I probably tweezed too much. She also gave me pointers on how to do eyebrow with eyebrow pen in the future. Sandy was so easy to work with. I would definitely go again and get my eyebrows done there. The cost of the threading was $12, which is, personally, a little more on the expensive side, but the way she advised me and comforted me made it feel like it was worth it. read more

I had a very pleasant experience coming in as a walk-in during my lunch break today. I hadn't made the time to get my eyebrows threaded but I was lucky enough to come in at a time where the eyebrow artist and owner was finishing up with a client. I literally waited no more than two minutes before being seated. She asked if I wanted my eyebrows done, to which I said yes, and also asked if it would be possible to get my upper lip and chin area done. I was given the impression that it was indeed an inconvenience and that she was planning to take her lunch break around then, which made me feel guilty and not necessarily happy after I said I don't need to get those done today and she insisted she thread them anyway. Regardless, I was happy with the results and wouldn't mind returning. I would just recommend not making clients feel uncomfortable when they kindly ask for a service to be done. The place is nice, clean and calming. I especially like the logo design. My face wasn't even red after this, which it usually is at other place I go to. Perhaps it depends on the type of thread used and the method in which the hair is threaded. The entire visit took no more than ten minutes. It cost $24 dollars for everything. My first couple of experiences there were great but my last couple have been awful. Sandy used to be so kind/nice and I could call and make an appointment and she honored it. Lately, I'll call to make an appointment, then I'll come in and that time won't be honored and/or she'll be really distracted. After my last visit of having to wait 25 mins despite having an appointment, and then coming out with very visually obviously asymmetrical eyebrows, I think I will look elsewhere for my eyebrow needs. She also doesn't honor the loyalty card. read more

You need to come here for all of your brow/ hair removal needs. Sandy has been threading my eyebrows for about 4 years now and every time the shape and care for my brows have been consistent. She's very neat, caring, gentle, and will listen to the shape that you want. It's also very easy to get an appointment and they'll be accommodating to your schedule in whatever way you need.
