Plan B Burrito - salmon and crispy fried onions. Hey it without spicy mayo.
    Katie B.

Idea Sushi is a component of the BG Food Cartel pod off of the Beaverton Central Max Station. The menu is fairly simple, advertising basic tuna or salmon nigiri, inari and standard rolls like eel avocado, rainbow, and tuna. They also do four different types of sushi burritos with some minor customization options. I opted for the Plan B sushi burrito, which is a choice of either tuna or salmon, rolled up with avocado, cucumber, krab salad and your choice of wasabi peas, fried onions or spicy Doritos I think it was. I went with the salmon and fried onion choice, asking for it without the spicy mayo. The creation was pretty good, although a little harder to eat since the seaweed didn't wrap all the around this beast. Prepare to get messy. I left quite full and satisfied that the quality of the fish was decent enough to come back. The rice was okay, nothing compared to the gold standard of Syun Izakaya, but I did at least get a hint of vinegar. I'd try this place again.

Love it here, have tried many of their rolls & burritos and they're always fresh & flavorful. Personally love the plan C with Teriyaki chicken

New hot items!! Great items to eat with sushi!

I love that they have added some hot fried items to the menu! Delicious! These items are great to eat with some sushi.

Partially eaten Crunchy Shrimp Tempura Roll and California Roll. It's good!

Solid sushi food cart I think they are owned by sushi Hana too. The rice is just really tasty.

Crunchy Vegetable Roll and Avocado Snack Pack Roll

I get the Crunchy Veggie Roll and it is SO good!!! They are pretty fast and the quality is great, especially for the price. I haven't tried any of the fish, but I highly recommend this place if you're looking for some yummy vegetarian sushi.

    Dragon Roll! Yum.

This is a solid little sushi cart. We usually only get the veggie rolls, but the prices are good and the people working here are great.

This is not the sleepy, by-the-numbers sushi of yesteryear. This is a restaurant that understands the power of a grand gesture --whether through flavor or pure, unadulterated spectacle. One begins with the Agedashi Tofu and Mochi, a dish that redefines a classic. The tofu is a pillow of silk within a shatteringly crisp shell, but the revelation is the kirimochi rice cake, offering a chewy, toothsome counterpoint that elevates the familiar into the essential. It is a smart, textural prelude to the culinary fireworks to come. Those fireworks arrive with the Wow! Roll. A roll of spicy tuna and shrimp tempura is anointed with salmon and avocado, but the true drama is the "encircled flames" that arrive tableside. It is theater, yes, but it is also flavor; the faint whisper of smoke adds a compelling depth that lingers long after the fire has died. For those seeking the avant-garde, the Mushroom Karaage is a triumph-king oyster mushrooms, deep-fried to a golden, savory crisp, proving that the vegetable kingdom can rival the sea for umami-rich satisfaction. The artistry extends to the rolls. The Mango Blossom is a study in bright, tropical contrast, a burst of sunshine with every bite. The East Coast roll is a more restrained, but no less successful, composition of pristine seafood. And for those who prefer their sweetness in liquid form, the cocktail list provides ample accompaniment. A testament to the kitchen's skill is the rice--each grain distinct, delicately seasoned, never gummy, a perfect anchor for the opulent fish. This is sushi as a full-throated symphony, from the quiet prelude of the mochi to the pyrotechnic crescendo of the Wow! Roll. NOA Sushi is not merely a restaurant; it is a destination.

They do have a large menu besides sushi so I've been branching out into their other items. This time I tried the miso ramen, and the broth was flavorful, not too salty, and it felt complete without needing to order extra add-ins. Better than some dedicated ramen shops I've been to. They might still get busy on weekends, but we went on a weeknight, it was pretty quiet and the food came out quickly.
