I had the salmon lover's roll, which is like a rainbow roll but topped with only salmon. The salmon was fresh tasting and tender, and the rice and krab was solid. Not amazing but satisfying enough for me when craving sushi. Came with the cheap kind of wasabi and plenty of ginger with soy sauce packets. read more

I'll admit I'm late to the whole sushi burrito scene. And while this is not my first sushi burrito, it was by far the best and the best think I've put in my mouth this week! I ordered the "Plan A". It has crunch, savory, spicy and sweet crab! It's the perfect portable hand food! Definitely get the wasabi and shaved sushi ginger! A small side note. I really appreciate it when food carts have pagers. This way I can go get my beer and a seat while the food is being prepared. I'm sure they have to mark up the food to cover the cost - but listen up all other food carts - please, please, please do it, it is worth it! Idea Sushi is a component of the BG Food Cartel pod off of the Beaverton Central Max Station. The menu is fairly simple, advertising basic tuna or salmon nigiri, inari and standard rolls like eel avocado, rainbow, and tuna. They also do four different types of sushi burritos with some minor customization options. I opted for the Plan B sushi burrito, which is a choice of either tuna or salmon, rolled up with avocado, cucumber, krab salad and your choice of wasabi peas, fried onions or spicy Doritos I think it was. I went with the salmon and fried onion choice, asking for it without the spicy mayo. The creation was pretty good, although a little harder to eat since the seaweed didn't wrap all the around this beast. Prepare to get messy. I left quite full and satisfied that the quality of the fish was decent enough to come back. The rice was okay, nothing compared to the gold standard of Syun Izakaya, but I did at least get a hint of vinegar. I'd try this place again. read more

I get the Crunchy Veggie Roll and it is SO good!!! They are pretty fast and the quality is great, especially for the price. I haven't tried any of the fish, but I highly recommend this place if you're looking for some yummy vegetarian sushi. read more

Good service, inexpensive $12 filling lunch (1 roll, and 4 nigiri). I went on a Saturday and had no line so I got to have a bit of a chat with the proprietor while he worked. He's a friendly guy. Delicious. Stopped by for a bite today and had a delicious fresh tasting spicy roll with salmon as my choice and it was phenomenal. Tasted wonderful and fresh and was rolled beautifully. I'm glad I got my food considering Yelp said they were closed but postmates said they were open. The rolls were large which is good because they were a little more expensive per roll. However the ratio of filing was way off. Barely any fish. I got the eel , spicy tuna and shrimp tempura. I expect not so much shrimp with the tempura but not the other two. Watched an employee or maybe even the owner of this food cart let a small dog into the food cart. I find it quite disgusting as the food they are serving is raw, I absolutely do not recommend them because of this. I didn't see quite well but I believe the dog may have had a service dog harness on, obviously a fake service dog as it was barking at people walking by. read more

Never had a sushi burrito before and I loved it! Great quality ingredients and a pretty decent price for how filling out was. It came with a side of teriyaki sauce that was just ok, but the burrito definitely didn't need it and was delicious on its own. The crispy onions are a cool idea. read more

Very good sushi, especially from a food cart. I've only ever ordered the sushi off of Postmates, never gone in person. Reason I gave it 4/5 is that I've ordered twice now without cucumber and they still put cucumber inside. Plus the menu on Postmates, it's just rolls while there's three options of Nigiri. Girlfriend tried to eat here, but has Celiac's. After asking 3 times about soy sauce or other things that have wheat in them, she waited 15 minutes and they gave her a roll covered in soy sauce (wasn't super busy!). After waiting for 10 minutes to talk to them, she got a refund but was told "next time let me know when you have an allergy". Not recommended for anyone with allergies or dietary restrictions, they just don't listen. read more

I attempted to order sushi for lunch via Grub hub. After my card was charged $16.97 I get a phone call that states that this restaurant is unfortunately closed and so my order is cancelled. My card will be refunded in 3-5 businesses days! If you are going to be closed during your normal business hours you might want to let the websites who are advertising your restaurant. I am never going to order food from this place again and Grubhub loses my business also. I don't get lunch now thanks a lot! read more
