Never, ever bring your car here for rustproofing. Or interior cleaning. Or exterior cleaning. The bosses behind the desks upstairs have no idea what is going on with the workers down below in the work bays. I brought my vehicle there for 8 years, and they broke something on my car every single time. Broken parts were simply left in the back, no one at the desk even knew about it, never mentioned it to me. Interior smells like a dirty puddle because they are too lazy to change the dirty water in the steam vacuum? They will tell you to drive with the windows down (even though it's raining out). They install plugs to spray oil inside rust-prone areas? They will never remove the plugs to spray anything inside and then the vehicle will ROT to death in several months. Pay for diamond gloss exterior except they half-ass it. I wasted thousands of dollars with this company and now my vehicle is all rotted can't even get an inspection sticker now. Go with Fluid Film instead for rustproofing because it actually works unlike this method which traps moisture and actually causes rust and rot. Go to an independent shop for detailing, they might actually clean your car and not break parts off and try to hide it. Ziebart is complete garbage and i don't recommend them for anyone. I have had a 2019 BLACK ford expedition for 4 years. When I first bought I came here to do ceramic coating (it was kind of a new thing). Have gone back every year for the rejuvenator to keep the warranty. Since I am a car nut I've been kind of disappointed in the ceramic since it's advertised to be self correcting and I definitely wasn't experiencing that on my car. Every year I'd mention - this year I was shocked that they told me at drop off that they were redoing the ceramic because I've been unhappy. They had it for a few days and since it was supposed to rain all weekend they kept it for me inside nice and clean. I got it today - I'm beyond impressed. Paint looks brand new! Feels so smooth - I'm so happy! Grateful for a company that stands by their product and hooked me up! It looks so good I don't know how I'm going to drive it normally. Great experience with Andrew and Paul! Brandon took care of my vehicle with both the Ziebart coating as well as the Rhino lining for my van ramp. They took all my concerns into account with the ramp and the fact that my son needed to drive his 400 lb power chair up the ramp without slipping. I got my car detailed last Saturday. This is the second time I've gone to Ziebart for interior detailing and I have to say I'm still not impressed. I would of given 4 stars if they didn't damage the side cushion of my driver's seat and actually cleaned my dashboard, sun visors, and outer sunglasses compartment. Just over all the interior roof area did not seemed touched. I was also hoping they would be able to remove some dirt stains with their seat shampoo and cleaning but the stains are still there. read more

My wife and I purchased a brand new black Kia Telluride SE which had less than 200 miles on it. I met the owner in Shrewsbury and he seemed knowledgeable and seemed like he cared about qaulity so after speaking with him I was comfortable with hiring him to install a Ziebart clear protective film to the front of our new car. I dropped off the car right when he opened and he had the car all day. His brother called me later in the day about an hour before they were to close and told me I could pick up the car but that they were unable to install the film. When I came, his brother handed me the keys and told me they couldn't install the clear film because it was too difficult and they were not happy with the job so they removed the film they tried to install. I should have inspected it there but I didn't and when I got home my wife was very angry because they had scratched up the front with what looks like razor blade marks in the paint. My wife was soooo ticked off because we have never owned a vehicle this nice before and we finally were able to purchase something nice and it makes it not even 200 miles and these hacks used a razor blade to cut the film against the paint and scored deep scratches into the paint of a $51,000 vehicle. So I had to spend 2 hours that night using polishing compound to get as much of the scratches out as I could but some were so deep that they cannot be buffed out. You can look at the pictures of the scratches that I couldn't get out below. For anyone that is looking for this type of service, I highly recommend that you take your business elsewhere because they use razor blades against your paint to cut the film in place and that is not good for your paint. I honestly wanted to like this business as I'm very pro small business but this to me is unacceptable. I tried to call them and they never returned my call and now I know why the owner had his brother hand me the keys near the end of the day right before they closed. read more

I just had my Mercedes detailed inside and out, it looks fantastic! All the dirt and coffee spills vanished from the inside of my car. It looks brand new. I took my wife's car here to get full undercoating. The next day I went to rotate her tires and change the oil and noticed they had missed many areas. The rear a rear by the bumper mounts had never been touched. The rear wheel arches had not been touched. The control arms and transmission mount had not been touched. There were various other places which had overspray but had not been touched. I had to drive 70 miles round trip back to get it down again. Management acknowledged the horrible job even asking the employee who did it if they had been sleeping. When I asked about a partial refund due to my extra cost and time I was told the owner would contact me. It ha been 2 weeks and no contact. I spent $1500 here in the course of 2 weeks. Do not go here, they do not care about the customer or your vehicle. These pics are after I paid $750 for a full rust protection package. read more

I work at a luxury dealership that has always detailed my car. I never trust most other places to do a good enough job because I'm the type of person who notices EVERYTHING, that small piece of dust way deep in the cracks of my car... I will notice it. I was in a rush and needed a detailing place close by because I couldn't stand the mess my dogs made. I must say I was impressed. Before paying my bill I wanted to see if I could find anything at all that could be missed... they got it all. My car is perfect. Was referred to ziebart bye Toyota Millberry for window tint removal. It was easy when I came by I set up an appointment for Monday and they had the car done in less than an hour with great work and no scratches on the window and no damage to any interior. The staff was great and friendly and quick service I would definitely recommend this place and I will be coming back to get my windows tinted To the legal standards and not the California standard. Had my windows tinted here.... Side windows came out good... rear window... bubbly. the guy said that would go away.... but I knew it would not and guess what.... never did. Brought my car here to have the tint removed that was applied by the dealer when I lived out in the southwest. First off an appointment means nothing to them, I was told my appointment was at 9am, when I got there I was informed that just means I drop my car off at 9am like everyone and they'll have it done by 3pm, so it's not actually the appointment. Then the window tint removal, saying it was bad is an understatement. I paid almost $150 for a supposedly special steam no chemical process that wouldn't damage my read window defroster. Long story short, my rear window defroster no longer worked, my passengers door window would stick going down and there was bits of tint glue all over the interior. Also my car reeked of citrus solvent, I had to drive with the window down for almost an hour to air it out. So in the end, I had to clean the rest of glue off my passengers door window so it would work normally again, I had to clean all their debris out of my car and the manager totally denies they could have damaged my rear window defroster (that I had used that morning driving there), so I got stuck will the trouble and expense of having my rear window replaced so my defroster would work again. Ziebart doesn't do the work they promise, when they say they will and when you ask them to stand behind their work they don't and you get left holding the bag and in the case of my car the added extra of a $293 bill to replace my hatch window. read more

BUYER BEWARE. I HIGHLY recommend taking your car elsewhere for a remote starter. I bought a gift card for my mom to have a remote starter installed into her Toyota Highlander. Price was reasonable but I wish I paid more elsewhere. Turns out they broke the locking mechanism in her car and her car will randomly lock when she tries to unlock it. We took it back at a later date to have it serviced, but they didn't do a thing and when we went to pick it up...the battery was dead. So they bring out jumper cables and I offered to do it myself (they declined, said they will take care of it) and they didn't even care enough to check the polarity. They reversed the polarity on the battery and I had to have the car towed to my dealership. Go somewhere else for a car starter. Do not waste your time and money to deal with the hassle of Zeibart. Look at the other negative reviews, there is a pattern of carelessness. read more

One of the guy jumped out of garage pulled out part ofthe bumper, broke all the plastic clips and when he realized that he can not put it back called for the manager who informed me that they are not longer installing hitch on German vehicle " too complicated". They had my car all day and around closing time they took my car in and did the shoddiest detail job I have ever seen in my life. Waiting all day wouldn't have been so bad if they had done a great job. I am going to have to pay someone else to get my car clean, as it goes some parts of my car are actually dirtier. Because of the haze on my windows oncoming headlights blind me. I have referred people to this place because they used to take pride in their work. I also noticed they raised prices on several of their services, the exterior polishing service used to coast only $175.00 is more than double. I would have give ZERO stars if I could have. First off the first time I brought it in I made an appointment to have a tint and interior cleaning. They had the call all day and was only able to do the tint. So when I brought it back the following week for the interior they damaged my leather. And the tint began to scratch shortly after it was installed and month later still had bubbles in it. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because the customer service is very good there and they try to mend any issues you have with them. It's just a headache when you pay 400 dollars or so on getting your car done. You expect a better job. read more

I had my windows tinted and they did a very horrible job. Spoke to the owner, Ryan, and said to bring it in and they'll take a look. After I brought it in and they looked at it, they said they would call me back and let me know. After no call back, I finally called and Ryan said it's the best they can do and if I wanted they would strip off the tint but not re do it with new tint. Such BS that they "lifetime guarantee" their work but don't stand behind it. read more

I would NOT recommend ANYONE to go to this place. So I got my remote starter for my car there and they charged me 400 ok no big deal, well I traded in my car and initially when I got the start they said that they would remove and install it for half the price or less. Well that was a lie when I contacted them about getting it removed and re installed they wanted to charge me 435 how are you going to charge me MORE to install it when I don't even have to buy the starter. I call this total BS. I ALSO got my my car "detailed" there about 2.5 yrs ago and it was NOT detailed. The cup holders were dirty ton my door there was still dirt were you grab to open it it wasn't properly vacuumed the best thing they did was wash the outside of it. I wouldn't want. My kids destroy the inside of my car on a daily basis and so there are cheerios in places I can't get to and stains I can't account for. Last December 2018, I brought wife's 2011 black BMW 328i xdrive to Ziebart in Shrewsbury for an exterior wash, clay bar, 2 step buff & polish and Diamond Coat protection. Black cars are so hard to keep the finish looking great, especially when you daily drive 20k miles per year and go through harsh New England winters. Come spring every year, I'm usually sad to see how much of a toll it really takes on our cars. I was told the Diamond Gloss barrier protects for 18 months. Honestly, I was a little skeptical and was just happy to see how great the car looked after the detail. I figured, I'll believe it when I see how it looks in the spring. Other than a few touchless car washes over the winter, the car was looking dirty and neglected so I finally got around to doing a hand wash and dry a couple days ago. All I can say is WOW, I cannot believe how great the finish looks! I wish I could say the same for my other vehicles and won't hesitate to have Ziebart in Shrewsbury get them looking great again. Had tint done on my Mercedes last year. Had to take it in multiple times as they did not finish in the allotted time given. Instead of putting my car first the next day as they should have, I had to make a whole other appointment. After it was done, one of the windows was peeling really bad at the top. I am having it fixed again, as I write this. I would not recommend this company and have really found my experience frustrating and unprofessional. I brought my truck in to have them spray the bed with rhino liner 7 years ago and they did a great job. It was a work truck and was heavily used for over 5 years. No chips, no dents and looked great when we traded it in. I would highly recommend the rhino liner. I brought my new car in to have a remote starter put in recently and they did a great job with that as well. My only complaint is that they consistently try to sell me detailing and other services that I don't need or want. Overall they are timely and professional. read more

I would not recommend. I was disappointed given the amount of money it cost to detail inside and outside of my car. I brought items to attention of shop and they took care of them, but 1 day later and I still find areas of sloppiness. They had sent out a worker that said he was not the head detailer as if not his fault. Also blamed a lot of the smears (windshield and interior camera panel) on the grunginess of their work clothes. I don't know if they were over-booked that day. I dropped off my car the night before and they had plenty of time to do a thorough job. Or, maybe they have summer help not concerned about their work. I would have given them 5 stars for the detailing. However, they applied wax to the INSIDE of my windshield which resulted in it freezing into a thick coat of ice whenever it was cold outside. I had to scrape it off with a plastic scraper, and Windex the crap out of it in order to remove it. read more
