My sister bought a car from KP & SONS and the owner suggested this location to instal the car starter, As they were highly recommended I decided to bring her car in for installation. I called and scheduled a appt for a Sunday. Unfortunately I was unable to drop of the car the day of the scheduled time. So I went in on a Monday late afternoon they gladly took the car without an appt and to my surprise the car was done and ready early morning the next day. Got 5 windows tinted on my coupe , I was leaving for New York for 3 days , I left my car with them before I left and was able to pick up 3 days later at 11PM ! These guys know what they're doing and they do it very well, I've had my window tints for almost a year now and they still look brand new read more

My window tint started peeling up after 3 weeks. I tried to get it repaired by them and I was given the run around. I was eventually told by an employee that his boss was not going to refund me because it was almost a month??? Absolutely horrible.... place smelled of weed and was run like a kids lemonade stand. I had a remote car starter installed. It was a horrible experience. The car would sporadically not turn on, even with the key after the installation. I brought it the dealership and they said they wires had been changed all around under the dashboard from the installation of the remote starter. I brought it back to Rayco to be fixed. They said they did nothing wrong and the dealerships always say that because they want you to go to the dealer for the installations. The car worked for a week before the issue of the car not starting began again. They again insisted that it was not related to the remote started. I have been dealing with this since December. I finally had to take it to the dealership so the remote starter could be removed and the wires all replaced. It cost me over $1,000.00 to undo the work they had done. read more

Made a deposit over the phone for an installation. Cancelled that appointment, when I decided I wasnt keeping the car. After several calls where I was told I could have a refund, but needed to come into the store to process my card, I did so, only to be refused. On the estimate printed up for me today, there is a disclosure about refunds being non-refundable. This was never stated over the phone. I had never been inside their building before, and was unaware of the deposit policy when I made my deposit. I said as much to the man at the counter. When I asked to speak to the owner, he told me that he was the owner, but refused to tell me his name. So now, credit card dispute, complaint to Rayco corporate, and Better Business Bureau. Beware any business with this company. If they lie and haggle over $50, imagine the struggle if they make a mistake on an installation. read more

I came in to get my windows tinted. I thought the quality was excellent and prices were reasonable. They stand behind their work and offer a lifetime warranty. It took 3 hrs to complete which is expected for a total of 5 windows. I would definitely recommend their services but gave 4 stars because the customer service wasn't great and had room for improvement. read more

I had a remote starter done with this company through groupon. I have had nothing but issues with the remote start and my car ever since. The staff was very unprofessional and the person that did the install stuck of marijuana and could barely speak english. Now every time I start my car, which sometimes takes multiple tries, I have lights blinking on the dashboard. After bringing the car back twice I decided to bring it to another shop and have it fixed for another $200. I can't believe this place is even in business. I will now being seeing them in court! read more

I got an inexpensive JVC single DIN unit and with an adapter kit they installed it in my double DIN dashboard. They even installed a very stock looking cubby underneath it. Brilliant, this car has nowhere to put stuff. Unfortunately because of the angle of my dashboard I couldn't read the display on the radio. I called them the next day and asked them if there was some kind of sunshade I could put over the radio because I thought the display was just being washed out by the sun. They called me back quickly and told me to come back and they put a different Alpine unit in it with a different kind of display. No hassle, no extra charge, another every clean install without a single bullet connector or pice of cut wire on the floor. These guys also dba as Sound Sensations. Will totally use them again if I have need.

Over $6000.00 in repairs, a $1000.00 deductible out of my pocket, but Fuller refuses to replace a part damaged on their site that appears to have been caused by a round metal object. Thankfully, I had taken detailed photos before drop off and then upon my attempted pick up to demonstrate the new damage. (Two photos before, two photos at "pick up." 14 steps on my part interact with this business; Go somewhere else where you will be valued as a customer. FULLER- Unfair business practices and I am a very unhappy consumer. Stay away from this Fuller-centric experience.

I had windows tinted here on a brand new 3 week old BMW. They scratched the paint, and 3 of the 5 windows tinted needed to be redone. They refused to take responsibility for the paint damage and told me they agreed the 3 windows needed replacement because of poor installation quality. When I told them I wanted a refund instead of fixing the paint or tint, they told me "the customer isn't always right around here" and that I will only get a refund after they rip the tints off the windows. The would not refund me or pay the $600 to correct the paint damage that they caused. read more

I have brought my last 5 cars to Luis down at Rayco for window tint and I have been nothing but completely satisfied every time. I had one small issue with a window peel in a corner at a car show a couple days after install and it wasn't anyones fault but Luis fixed it right away as soon as I returned. After discussing some options and pricing and seeing how much of a mess the place was I was not comfortable getting my car done here. after reading the reviews I called the place 1st thing in the morning and Louis asked me when could I come in. "How about now?" I said at which he replied -So come on in, then. got my windows tinted for a great price and some sort of sorcery (GlassParency) at my windshield to keep dirt/snow/insects away for a cleaner and therefore safer driving. was out of there in like 40 minutes or less. I recently had my front two windows and the top of the windshield tinted to match the rear of my cab on my tundra. I also had a remote starter installed. They did a great job. I dropped the truck off in the morning and picked it up after work. Would definitely recommend the remote starter with winter coming fast. read more

Bought a remote starter in Dec 2017. A month or so ago we started having problems where it would sometimes work and other times wouldn't They had me bring in the car and both remotes.
