Banh Mi Beef - Bo Sandwich
    Gloria M.

Delicious Vietnamese food! I tried a beef banh mi and a beef plate with vegetables. Both were fresh and savory and not a long wait time to be prepared. The restaurant is quiet and they don't have a bar, would recommend going for lunch.

I'm going to be honest when i say this! It really wasn't good! I did get it to go by accident i forgot to ask to dine in but I shouldn't have to ask for the food to come out a certain way in order for it to be good! I got the regular Pho and Fried Dumplings! Terrible the dumplings were nasty it felt like a 3 year old made them and the pho wasn't good as well will i come back probably not but still give it a try some people air it was good! The customer service was great tho!!!

Pleasantly surprised with our experience for dinner here. This place is conveniently located near the metro stop. The restaurant had a pretty big footprint and a good number of tables. The inside looked pretty new and fresh. Service was good. We got seated immediately, there was only two other parties/tables at the time, and did not have to wait long to order and wasn't too long for food. We ordered crispy tofu, combo vermicelli and combo bahn mi. The combos came with chicken, grilled beef, and pork. I think I preferred the beef for its texture and grilled flavor. The lemongrass was not as strong. The bahn mi was good, the bread used was nice. The vermicelli dish was also good and a good portion with the noodles, bean sprouts and the pickled veggies. The crispy tofu was good but a little basic. Battered, then fried and served with a sweet chili sauce. Overall pretty good and the prices were comparable to restaurants in the dmv.

Place is cute very chill place to go. Service great, servers are attentive to cleaning up taking orders, just overall great service. Food the Singapore noodles 10/10 got it twice on separate occasions and loved it each time. Mango slushy 10/10 don't taste artificial tastes very real. The chicken spring roll was good taste better with the sauce.

I had a great delicious and fresh vermicelli bowl here. I ordered take out from my hotel near by and was not disappointed. I have several Vietnamese restaurants near my house and was thrilled to find this place in DC when I'm in town!

Great restaurant with a casual atmosphere. I spend a week in DC for business and I frequented the place a couple of times. The Pho is authentic and the Spring Rolls are also great. The place has ample seating and not too crowded when I was there. The other 'must try' item on their menu is the Thai Iced Tea, really good.

This place just opened up and they're super friendly and the portion size were amazing! I highly recommend this Vietnamese restaurant and will definitely be back in the future. They have a lot of plans for entertainment, such as karaoke and more!

    thai tea

Pho was good and portions were big. The broth was flavorful and the price was reasonable. The crispy spring rolls were crispy but were lacking in flavorful and overpriced. Thai tea was average. The restaurant was empty when we went, maybe not that popular with the locals. There's plenty of large open space seating for large groups.

    Karaoke Saturday nights !

Shoutout to our local community heroes! This venue is a perfect addition to this community! The staff is very welcoming, professional, and attentive. Our 54 Noodles Bar ambassador tonight was Jayla. She was so pleasant, cheerful, and kind to interact with and really made us feel well taken care of. The atmosphere is comfy, clean, and calming. The menu has a lot to offer. Vietnamese classics which extend past the amazing pho to include bahn mi sandwiches, rice dishes, salads, wings, seafood, tofu, smoothies, and so much more deliciousness. We had several staff members come by and introduced themselves and asked if we needed anything. We enjoyed the overhead music. It was a mix of classic pop, ballads, and timeless hits it made me want to sing along. We didn't even know that it was karaoke Saturday until we heard some happy patrons singing. The staff even hopped in for a few songs! Talk about talent! I heard a lady say that she will definitely be coming back for karaoke! We had saved our appetite to dive into the salt and pepper tofu and salt and pepper shrimp ! These both were beautiful presented atop of crispy sautéed veggies and greens. The shrimp were plump and had a crunchy golden brown coating. The tofu triangles were lightly toasted outside and a soft warm pillowy inside. The smoky flavor on the veggies was a perfect complement to the delicate tofu. Hubby ordered a savory bahn mi sandwich with a generous amount of meat and veggies. The baguette was a delicious vessel to tuck in all these goodies. My pho was everything that I love about how this healing bone broth fills me up with comfort and happiness! It was so authentic tasting and balanced. Hot broth, soft rice noodles, and fresh veggies to add to make it more nutritious, satisfying texture, and a little color. A perfect meal for a cold winter day... and any day that you want a bowl of Love! Our daughter had a bowl of beef stew with a deep rich broth with generous amount of tender stew beef, stewed veggies, and noodles. It comes with a side of fresh veggies like the pho to add as like. We savored every bite and enjoyed the other patrons enjoying the fellowship of each other, the staff, and our fun loving karaoke singers. This venue is a blessing and we hope that many people will enjoy the treasures within this treasure chest!

Summer Rolls, Crispy Chicken Spring Rolls, Beef Pho, Beef Bahn-mi and Thai Green Iced Tea.... Each and every item were spectacular!!!

Before we even walked into the restaurant, we were informed that the left entrance door had been broken for quite some time. Since we had a double baby stroller with us, getting inside was a bit of a challenge and not exactly the best first impression. Overall Ratings Atmosphere - 3/5 Service - 3/5 Food - 3/5 Parking - Street Parking Atmosphere - The restaurant feels a bit old and dated and could probably use some updating. Interestingly, while the dining room definitely shows its age, the ordering system is modern and up to date. The contrast between the two was pretty noticeable. Service - Service was just okay. This is more of a casual setup where customers place their orders at the counter and the staff bring the food out when it's ready. There wasn't really anything memorable, either good or bad, about the service experience. What We Ordered - -Spring Rolls (Good) -Pho Dac Biet (Special Beef Pho) - The flavor was good overall, but the broth was only lukewarm when it arrived. A bowl of pho really needs to be piping hot, so this took away from the experience. -Grilled Pork Rice Plate - The pork was a bit too salty for my taste and was just okay overall. Final Thoughts - This was an average dining experience. The food was decent, the service was adequate, and the atmosphere was nothing particularly special. Nothing stood out enough to make me want to go out of my way to return, but I also wouldn't discourage others from trying it if they're already in the area. There are simply other Vietnamese restaurants nearby that I would be more inclined to visit first.

Things you would think are only savory and only sweet are being combined. It took a while to process my experience here. We started with drinks. The golden prosperity was my favorite. The culantro butter was amazing. The bread was soft. The vegan butter was nothing like I've ever tasted. You would never guess it was vegan. So flavorful and creamy. Then we got the salmon crudo. This was simple but flavorful. The strawberries weren't needed though. Then we got the mochi beignets. This was so unique. Flavor bomb for sure. I liked the eel but not sure if I liked it with the mochi. Then we got the charred eggplant. This was my least favorite dish. Nothing exciting and the consistency of the eggplant could have been softer. Then we got the gnocchi and crab. This was our absolute favorite. Like wow! So flavorful and decadent. The crab was the cherry on top. Then we got the quail and tomato rice. The quail was kind of dry on its own. Needed the tomato rice. The lemongrass pork was another favorite. The char and consistency of the pork was so good. The mango added a nice contrast. Then we the dessert. I wanted to like these as they have received awards for their desserts but this was just too complex for me. First we got the pandan pannacotta. There were these pieces of seaweed that really threw off the whole dish. Then we got the green curry sponge with a fish caramel sauce. This was okay but not sure I liked this savory/sweet combo. Overall very unique, very complex very interesting meal. I recommend trying it at least once but I probably won't be back.

Ordering No. 5 (eye-round steak, flank, tendon, and tripe) alongside No. 15 (eye-round steak), I was immediately struck by the broth's appearance--remarkably clear and seemingly delicate. At first glance, I worried it might lack depth. Quite the opposite. The broth delivers impressive concentration and balance, offering clean, beef-forward flavor without heaviness. Every sip is nuanced, satisfying, and remarkably refined. The assorted meats were expertly prepared, with tender beef, silky tendon, and properly textured tripe complementing the bowl beautifully. Is it the single best pho in the country? That remains debatable. What is undeniable, however, is that Pho 75 serves an exceptionally well-executed bowl that easily ranks among the DMV's finest--and one well worth returning for.
