This was one of the closest place for lunch after a visit to Air and Space museum (besides the food trucks). I arrived around 12 and the line was somewhat long...but not as long as what I saw later. I had their kalbi rice bowl and ny daughter had a customized noodle. My picky eater enjoyed her meal and that's unusual. For me, the broth was a little too plain. I guess if you pick different sauce and toppings, it might have been better. My kalbi bowl was good...though I did not think the meat was kalbi. A great lunch to keep my energy up on a museum day full of walking! We needed something substantial but also wouldn't weigh us down (and nearby) and this was just perfect. If you want to eat healthy, this is the place to go. I was craving vegetables and couldn't be happier with the varieties there. I customized the bowl to include purple rice, teriyaki chicken, kale, broccoli and mushrooms. It was really good and filling. Of the four dishes I tried, one had a cubed beef as a protein - horrible, meat was tough, chewy, with lots of gristle. The chicken noodle dishes were not offensive, but nothing I would ever return for as I'd much rather just go to a ramen shop. The one bowl that was OK had a black rice base and some sort of shaved beef. This one had potential with some customizations.
