I've been a resident at 550 Harbor, and unfortunately, the quality of this property has noticeably declined over time. What was once a place I felt comfortable in has become increasingly frustrating and disappointing. One of the biggest concerns is security. Recently, new security personnel were hired, yet they are often seen on their phones instead of actively monitoring the property. As residents, we are paying for this service, especially with the recent increase in fees, and it's unacceptable to feel like that investment isn't being taken seriously. Management has also implemented various guidelines and policies, but they don't seem to be enforced. It often feels like these rules exist just for appearance rather than actually improving the community or holding anyone accountable. Additionally, there is a lack of proactive leadership from management. Concerns about safety and overall resident well-being don't seem to be prioritized, which only adds to the frustration. Residents deserve to feel heard and supported, especially when bringing up legitimate issues. Overall, 550 Harbor has been trending in the wrong direction. With rising costs, there should be a higher standard of service, accountability, and care for the people who live here. read more

550 Harborfront is beautiful, very clean and has great amenities. There are so many places to just lounge around and enjoy the views. Absolutely love looking at the water, the cruise, boats, and hearing all the day/ night activities going on there. With constant online searching I was able to come across 550 Harborfront and let me tell you, I looked NO further. The building is so lovely on the outside and inside. I love my unit and the view from my windows/ patio-balcony are mesmerizing. Theres so much tranquility here. Aside from that, everyone there is very amicable and respectful. Josh has awesome vibes, he was the one that assisted me with the tour. I remember calling on a Sunday totally last minute, so overwhelmed with downtown traffic jam, I thought Josh wouldn't be able to wait for me and assist. He ended up giving me the complete tour and I fell in love instantly with 550 Harborfront. I applied that same day and eventually got my keys. From the moment I spoke to Josh on the phone and until now he's been extremely helpful, kind, and patient. He's always quick to respond to any calls or emails. This is a review for the service that we got while applying for an apartment at 550 Harborfront. We ended up moving closer to our place of business, but we thought the service demanded a good shout out. Josh was really great at taking care of us. He showed us a few different places with different layouts. All were great! He was patient and friendly. Even through the application process, which is fairly daunting for two people who haven't looked for a place to live in many years, he was attentive. He made sure we had all the documents we needed. The entire property is fantastic and in a really great neighborhood! My wife and I had an amazing experience with 550 Harborfront staff especially Cathy Kim. She showed us a couple great floor plans, showed us around and explained the amenities and where they were and every other details we needed to know before making a selection. Later, she went out of her way following up on a little software glitch that wouldn't let me sign our lease and had the software group resolve the issue so quickly. -This apartment building is way too loud. -You can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors do. -People sell drugs in the alley behind the building. I'm afraid to walk my dog at night and really wanted a safe place to live. So disappointed! -Staff is always too busy to address any of your concerns and just seem annoyed with everything in life. They will pressure you at move in to leave them a 5 star review and mention them by name. If the building was so great, you would not have to ask people to do this for you. SMH -Can't afford to pay a lease break fee so I will have to deal with this until the end of my lease term. read more

so if you want a mix of luxury and project living this is the place for you but me personally once my lease is up I'm getting out of here they portray a fancy luxury lifestyle but in all reality there are homeless people all around the building especially in the parking lot that harras people for change and break in cars to top it off half the people here are paying the 3,000$ plus and the other half are here are on section 8 I don't recommend moving here half the people are polite the other half extremely disrespectful especially towards women other than that the place is great just lacks security and other stuff read more

Even after moving in, he has consistently been able to answer all of our questions and has truly helped make this transition seamless!
