I had a similar experience as everyone else discussing the tips. My massage was rushed and not what I asked for. I specifically said foot and chair massage and was prompted to write "B" next to combination on the sign-in sheet. I very specifically reiterated that I wanted a chair massage and was told ok. We proceed to the foot massage where he was rushed and distracted. Then we went to the back where the Swedish massages happen. What? I thought I was getting a chair massage, but since communication in English is incredibly difficult I just went with it. Once we were done he pointed at the tip sign. The sign is prominently displayed on the counter so pointing it out is just tasteless. I paid with a card and tipped $5. Not generous, I know, but I was not happy with my service. He then proceed to comment on it not being enough. Again, incredibly classless and incredibly disrespectful. I will not be returning. Later after being moved to the table, I felt something, thought no couldn't be. Moved my arm out of the way when he moved to the other side it was back again. I have never written a review for Yelp but after my horrible experience here I felt like I had to warn people away from this place. I was drawn in because of the cheap prices and convenience of not needing an appointment. I want for the 40 minute swedish/ deep tissue massage. No one who worked there spoke English so asking questions was out of the question. I was took into a hardly closed off section of the parlor and was asked to strip. My masseuse was a no d del aged Asian man with a raspy cough. I ha trouble getting myself to relax due to all the noise that was going on around me. People talking and other customers backs being slapped. Then the pain kicked in. On a scale of 1-5 you were suppose to rank how intense you wanted the massage and since I had a lot of knots I put down 3 even questioning if I wanted it higher. Once the massage was rolling I could not unclench my jaw due to the pressure of him leaning his entire body weigh on me. And I'm not a sucker for pain either. But beside the unrelaxing environment and the painful massage itself the worst part would have had to be his actual caressing of me once he shed my blanket completely. I have had many professional massages and most tend to stay away from certain areas and even when, they don't they leave a sheet as a barrier. This man did not. I was in the full nude with his caressing my backside constantly getting too close to my lady bits. And anytime he needed someplace to distribute his weight to keep his balance, my butt cheek it was. And the bonus to all this was that many times he would stand with my elbow in between his legs and I could feel every i much of his man parts! I was so ready to get out of there that by the time I was ready to pay my masseuse was pissed I didn't have cash on hand to tip him. I mean, he should have been the one paying me for d feeling me up as much as he did! He called his manager over so we could try charging it to my card. We managed to do this but all in all I think he ended up charging me double. So I left what started off as a good day with an achy jaw, back still in pain (if not more), and me being slightly traumatised for life. There was also an individual who was extremely rude and forced me to take my shoes off even though I was not getting a foot massage. I requested 3 on the intensity scale and yelled ouch! the whole time and all the guy did was laugh, smack me and kept digging into areas not normal in massage and twisting me into a pretzel. I had a massage at his location yesterday and it was totally worth it. I went in for a table massage, 40min at 19.00 bucks, not bad! A few tips however... when visiting these establishments make sure you are choosing your "pressure" based on gender not numerical value. I have had a "4" by a woman and a "4" by a man and they are two distinct power levels. Also, keep a stop watch handy and make sure you take notes of your times as they will try to time short you a bit. Typically when two people go in for massages they can't start them at the same time unless they are not very busy. So if they place you on hold and your partner goes in before you make a note of the difference as they will try to get both of you out at the same time even if its time shorting you about 5 min. If you do notice they are practicing this tactic its okay to call them out. Overall, I love my massages at this location, very polite, professional and soothing. read more

I have been visiting this place for the past 5 years as a regular customer (once every couple of weeks). After yesterday, I will not return. There are two women who work here. I had the one with a grumpy disposition yesterday. BEWARE of her! I selected a 60 minute massage. She took her time getting the massage started and then ended it with 13 minutes left. I figured she was mistaken and thought I had signed up for a 40 minute massage, no big deal. Except she charged me for an hour. When I showed her that I clearly had a full 10 minutes left, she still demanded I pay for the hour. She acted like she didn't understand, but I kept showing her the time she wrote down and the clock. The discrepancy was clear as day. I think she was pretending to not understand and just kept repeating "60 minute, $31". After I paid her, she had the nerve to ask for her cash tip. I gave her $3 as a courtesy and she then proceeded to sneer at me and angrily speak in Chinese about it to her co-worker. She didn't deserve a tip at all. I feel like a fool for leaving one. The waiting chairs are filthy. The massages are typically good, however if you get a foot massage, the time your feet are in the water are included in the 40 minute massage...basically they put your feet in there, do what they need to do and come back and massage you for about 20-25 minutes. The 40 minute massages are cut short too by anywhere between 7-15 minutes. They also include them preparing the bed in the time of the massage. They leave to help customers during your 40 minutes and you lose time there too. I also don't like that the bed sheet or the towel they cover you with are not cleaned after each person. I think they should also spray the face area after each person and wash their hands to elbows after each person, I mean really you are massaging their feet, head, face, skin and clothes...and who knows what every person is caring around with them? If I found a better, cleaner place at the same price, I'd go there. read more

So I went there yesterday giving this place a 3rd shot. My husband bought 5 gift cards for Christmas. I last had a deep tissue massage that was excruciatingly painful, I had to see my chiro a few days later. Yesterday I believe I was molested. I was touched inappropriately down my butt crack and near my vagina. But the worst part was that he was rubbing me with a third hand! A very hard third hand. He would do it and the other workers would giggle. At one point I could feel the skin of his penis on my arm. I DID NOT know how to react so I just laid there in complete shock. He only rubbed my left side with it being that he would be exposed to customers who walk in if he did it on my right side. There was only one other person in there with their face down as well. I couldn't sleep last night realizing how violated I had been. So unless you enjoy that sort of thing I would strongly suggest not going there. I am considering calling the police.... read more

I'm really disappointed with the Relaxing Station. I've been going there on and off for about a year..(occasionally). I am writing this review because I went last week for a full body massage. The masseuse was very inappropriate with me near the end. I felt his complete man-parts for a couple of minutes. I do not know how he did it, but he managed to force my hand to feel them while he massaged! I was just about to lift my head from the table and to confront him when others walked in the room and he stopped. This happened to me one other time I went, and it made me so uncomfortable I never went again, until friends convinced me to go and said it had just been that one masseuse. I do not know his name, and do not want to condemn the whole business, but will be calling and finding out who it was to complain. I know now there are at least two males who have done this. I just would like to warn any young females that this might be an issue here. It is disappointing and scary! I did feel very uncomfortable, and after reading through the reviews, I see this has happened to another female. This SHOULD NOT happen during a massage!!! read more
