Service now sucks, no one speaks English, and I felt so uncomfortable with a man with long hear whispering in Chinese throughout my whole Swedish massage (in the room). His hands were not placed appropriately and with one missing for part of the massage. So horrible! Not to mention dripping was more revealing than profesional, lastly he said to tip him cash only. I used to love this place. A little rough but seemed OK. The last couple times I went I was seriously injured. Same guy, Mao. This guy probably was a torture agent in his previous career. The first time he messed me up he rubbed a tendon in my left foot so long and hard that my entire foot swelled up to the point I could not walk without pain pills and Motrin. It took several weeks to resolve. The next time he worked on my left shoulder and the left side of my neck. I'm still suffering from the impingement syndrome he caused and possibly a pinched nerve he caused in my neck from applying extreme and prolonged pressure on one point on the left side of my neck. Do not go here these people have no remorse for when they mess up not even a simple apology. I went in and the guy massaging me was rubbing on my spine and kept rubbing on the spine even after he could feel it and I'm very swollen the next day. I have been getting deep pressure massage for many years but he didn't take enough time to warm up as they should and when I went in to give my feedback and give my complaint the guy who actually spoke English was very rude. All he did was say well you have to know this and this about massage and I said I already know all of this and I do massage myself and I said I would like at least an apology and he gave no apology he kept rubbing away on the person he was giving his service to. I never write reviews but I just had the worst experience. I asked for a medium level full body massage. The man who gave me the massage pushed so hard I was arching my back in pain. It felt like he was pushing my trachea into the massage table. Then while he was massaging my lower back and legs he was sitting down next to me on the table using one arm in a lazy fashion. For the past several years I've frequented the 555 and have found a few preferred masseuses. I have lower back issues and need someone who is aware of that. Today I went in for a massage. Signed in and requested my masseuse. A couple of ladies came in after and signed in requesting the same masseuse for a later time. The company didn't notice this or address the issue. When it was my turn they asked me to change my length of massage to accommodate the later appt. I explained that that isn't typical business practice and should give priority to me since I arrived and scheduled earlier. They wouldn't. I left. So disappointing. read more

Just so everyone knows, they use the same towels over and over again. I was if utterly disgusted when I saw them refold the towels and place them back on the chairs. I've gotten many massages before and the gentleman who did my massage about used all his strength to the point I was uncomfortable the whole time. Not only the discomfort but he was laughing, smacking, and talking to his colleagues 75% of the time. I had never been to this place before but was told by a patient that is was good and reasonably priced. For the entire hour I had elbows pressing into my back. At one point I was having a hard time breathing he was pressing so hard. My back is tight, but whatever he was doing was not helping but making it feel worse. Not only that, he was eating while he was doing the massage and he would throw my arms around I thought my hand was near his privates. Before I left feeling disgusted, I was asked in an upset tone why I didn't give the man a tip. Overall I felt a little violated and grossed out. I definitely won't be going back. read more

My fiancé and I each got a combination massage. The foot portion was wonderful! Then we did the table portion and I couldn't believe how loud all the staff was. One of the employees phones alarm went off and no one turned it off or acknowledged it until I had to say something. It was unreal! It's decent but I prefer the AAA Relaxing Station on 1st street. If you're going for just a relaxing massage, I guess this will do. I go because I have an extraordinary amount of tension in my neck and left shoulder and need the knots worked out. The men therapists here are good and have strong hands but the women are horrible for the deep tissue massages. They also like to goop on tons of massage oil which I'm not overly fond of and sometimes don't get it off very good so you have to take a shower as soon as you get home. There used to be a male therapist named Shu that worked there and if he still does, he's excellent. Other than that, I'm not so impressed. read more

I got a 60 minute deep tissue here. The place was clean and pretty quiet, but the massage itself left me more frazzled than when I went in. The pressure was good- nice and deep. The massage therapist's technique was what turned this into a less than stellar experience. It was more rough and fast than smooth and slow. I think it was probably just an issue with the massage person and not the establishment itself. The other bummer was that the sheet that they gave me to cover myself with had bleach stains on it. This is my go to place for a massage. Today was the best one yet. I got a "foot" massage but that includes face, neck, shoulders, and arms all while relaxing back in a comfortable chair. I like that they cover your eyes with a cloth as they work on your legs. Jack did a fabulous job. read more

I had a horrible experience last month. I was there for a 40 minute foot massage. It was more like torture. I asked for a '3' which I am assuming is moderate pressure. The guy doing the massage seemed to be working at a '5' The most painful massage I have ever experienced. Then he proceeded to use his long fingernails to "scratch" the inside of my toes. Huh?? DO NOT GO HERE PLEASE!!!!!!! I am sickened and distrusted and honestly feel so violated after my visit on 7/10/17. When we first walked I thought the place looked ok, I was recommend by my good friend because of their low prices so I figured I would give it a try. I got a full body massage for 40 minutes (19$). Started off ok but I kept feeling something brush up against my arms and hands during the massage, and kept thinking to my self, there's no way that can be what I think it is, by sure enough it was ( HIS JUNK!!). He also was breathing heavily out his mouth and snickering to his friend in another language and I felt quite disturbed by his. Where's the Relaxation? The woman who greeted us was nice but she spoke zero English and every time I asked a question she would point at the sign in sheet. I kept asking her if we could get a private room since everyone was just laying on tables out in the open to which she still didn't understand. Finally I had to walk to the back myself and look, I then pointed at the private areas and said I wanted an hour massage here and that me and my friend want WOMEN she said okay. Then one of the men goes to an open table and is pointing for me to sit down I said no I asked for the private room and a woman. He storms off shouting another guy comes to me with the prices and is telling me full body here! And oil massage only is here and it's $39 dollars!! Pointing at the private room. If you like burping in your ear, a terrible massage, and a loud unprofessional staff conversing during your massage, you have found the right place. Just walked out and that was by far the worst massage I have ever had. I did a combo massage foot/full body. Started with the foot and he basically threw lotion on my face and smacked it around and played with my face fat. Move onto the feet and it was basically giving my calves a hand job followed by pushing his knuckles into my feet, all while burping every 3 minutes and smacking his lips and whispering stuff. Now that's some talent. Repeat that for 30 minutes and you get the point. Next the full body was basically me telling him 3 times to go easier (I had only selected a 3 for intensity) and him digging his elbows into my back and spine and him continuously burping and smacking his lips. And he went a bit overload on rubbing the butt, to the point it was extremely uncomfortable. Couldn't wait for the massage to be over. Never going back there again. Oh and then in the end he reminds me I must tip him using cash. I would give 0 stars if that was an option. read more

This place is HORRIBLE...let me tell you about their behavior and experience. I signed up for a 40 min foot massage. They start the time from the moment you sign in. This includes the 5 minutes it takes to get the water to soak your feet in, and the 5 minutes it takes to get towels, awesome, already were down to 30 minutes. After being lathered with so much lotion to the point where I could scrape it off myself and place it in a cup, my "massage" consistent of constant back and forth rubbing, not a massage. When my feet came out from soaking in the water my legs were slammed down on the foot rest like the massager was mad at me. At the end of this I went to pay cash. My total, 21$. I gave 40 dollars with 19 dollars in change. I left a 3 dollar tip (pretty generous for a crappy massage) the guy pointed to the total on the paper and said it 21 dollar. I said yes, I gave you 40 dollars and left a 3 dollar tip. He said, " it mandatory 20% tip". Umm excuse me no, there is no mandatory 20% tip. You did a crappy job, your lucky I gave you 3$, and that's because I'm a kind person. He then threw his hands up on the air and shooed me out of the building.......I went to go grab the water bottle placed on the counter following the massage and he LITERALLY RIPPED IT OUT OF MY HANDS!! I had been coming to this place since it opened. Actually I used to go to there Shaw and villa place, then they opened this one so it was convinenent for me to go here. It's so sad how this place turned from reasonable prices & good service to inappropriate touching by the males and rude customer service. Heck forget the customer service but the inappropriate touching was the last straw. I will never come here again and I will never recommend this place. First off, I received a gift card to this place for my birthday. I'm pregnant and my in-laws thought I could use some pampering. My mother-in-law goes her, and she has high standards so I figured this place would be good. She said I could chose the chair or table option, but I was taken straight back to the table to lay on my stomach. No one speaks English here, not even a little bit. The lady that massaged me was extremely rough, and I told her to ease up but didn't. She massaged my ass for about 30 of the 40 minutes. Then at the end, I gave them my gift card and really wanted to get out of there. She pointed to the sign on their register that says "Tips are appreciated". I didn't want to tip her, she was terrible. I had $1 so I gave that to her. She looked at me with disgust, and I said, "I'm sorry I don't carry cash." She made the hand gesture to swipe my card for the tip. I said, "no, that won't be happening" and left. I thought about coming back, but this was my first ever massage and really ruined the experience for me. read more
