HORRIBLE. For a place STILL dining in during the shutdown, you would think cleanliness would be a primary factor.... WRONG. There was close to what looked like 10 employees working in the kitchen/register combined + 1 bartender outside and you can't have ONE employee bus tables and sanitize tables and chairs??!?! My husband and I found a table in the crowd of people which was filthy and we bussed ourselves... waited in a LONG line to order 4 tacos, 1 TJ hot dog, rice and beans along with chips and guacamole and then waited 45 minutes for the the rude cashier to come find us and tell us that they're out of Hot Dogs.... 45 minutes to tell us a hot dog is out?!!! Seriously!!?? She then suggested a seafood tostada which apparently is the same price as the hot dog (my husband doesn't like seafood) and my husband declined. He then asked the cashier about other options on the menu and she sort of shrugged her shoulders and looked at us as if we were being slow in our decision. I could tell my husband was confused and rushed so he just asked for his money back. As she walked back to our table she was on her phone, handed us our money STILL staring at her phone and walked out the back door. Maybe on break? Fast forward ANOTHER 30-40 minutes STILL no food. At this point I tell my husband to go check and he came back about 8 minutes later telling me "let's go, they forgot our order." I'm currently a bartender who has been forced out of work due to this shutdown, and you would think an establishment to continue to operate in these times would take the necessary precautions to stay sanitary! & honestly, with so many cooks in the kitchen, there is no reason a FAST FOOD restaurant should take over 1 hour to make 4 tacos.... Horrible experience over all. I would not recommend this place to anyone & I will not be coming back to such a filthy and unprofessional establishment. read more

Great Instagram campaign followed by some lackluster food. Every cook in the kitchen had their mask down and not covering their nose or even mouth in some cases. Dine in was packed even during lockdown. Would also be lovely if they hired cashiers that didn't hate their job / the customers. The salsas and consume were watered down. I tried the food truck a couple years ago and it was good. However my husband recently went and we ordered the birria ramen and 2 birria tacos and 2 tacos de Al pastor. First the birria ramen was super salty and had no birria in it. For $11 I would expect some meat in there not just consume and noodles. My husbands tacos were also bland and had hardly any flavor. I had the shrimp taco and it was quite tasty. Great seasoning and the chipotle mayo paired nicely. The adobada taco was very good too. The tortillas were a bit too crunchy for my taste and the price was more than I would usually pay for tacos. Overall not a bad place to eat. read more

After reading the reviews we still came and gave this place a try. I got the surf and turf burrito. It wasn't bad had some good flavor nothing to "Wow" about, but I think they are more known for their tacos. So my friends got the tacos they were pretty tasty the kinda of tacos you want after a night of drinking and you have a case of the "Drunkies" it was super busy when we got there, but the wait went fast and we got out orders fast. The only down side to this place that I could see is that it is kinda dirty, but they clean as fast as they can when they get the rush of people they are all hands on deck and still struggling to keep up, so maybe more staff would help them or faster staff and some of the staff could use some custom service training. Our experience was BEYOND AWFUL. We normally go to their food trucks, and lovelovelove their food. But at their new restaurant location was chaotic. The wait time was an HOUR LONG...we even heard the people coming in after us had a TWO HOUR wait time...we were dumb enough to wait an hour(we ended up waiting an hour and a half). We finally got our food and they were OUT OF SALSA. The only kind they had left was the chipotle salsa, which I don't like. We asked the cashier if the quesa tacos had the red sauce on it before ordering, and she said "yes, they dip the tortillas in red sauce". Our tacos were not...they were just fried tortilla grease bombs. We waited SO LONG and nobody who worked there knew what they were doing, so we just gave up and left. We got a drink while we waited, and the glass mug it was in was chipped and broken..so we didn't even drink that. Total was $45, an average of $3 per item. When you look at the advertising, it looks like the consome comes with the quesa tacos, you have to buy it separately. My quesa taco was okay. It tasted like the red taco because it hardly had cheese. However, my husband's barbacoa quesa taco was delicious and cheesy. The tacos were good, not enough meat. They had good salsas. However, I asked for a jalapeno and they told me they didn't have any. How do you run a Mexican restaurant without jalapenos??! They served the food to you in a plastic to go bag. When we got it, the consome containers (soup) were thrown in the bag, upside down. If I would have taken it home and not realized it, the consome could have spilled all over my food. Overall, good food, fast service, social media worthy signs, but order to go if you don't want to be hot and sticky and make sure that your things aren't all thrown together. Not a Worth the Hype... went on a Saturday and it was a grungy dive bar type of feel. It's the same as going to eat at a food truck with a few tables setup. Food wasn't anything special and can buy it pretty much anywhere in the valley. It took 50 minutes to receive my order, not a problem they were kinda busy, but when my order was wrong the lady wanted to argue about it . She still put the wrong order in the bag and when I asked if I could get the correct items I was told it would take 30 to 40 minutes. For 2 tacos? I asked for a refund and all of a sudden a cook says he can make it for me right away.I also ordered shrimp ceviche with octopus but what I received was just bits of shrimp , not made in lime juice , thrown into a to go container . By the way these tacos were nothing special I would have been better off getting a refund and going to Jack in the Box for their tacos. First time I tried them, I thought the food was decent, I tried the red taco. And the quesataco, however their service is super slow. I figured it was because they were busy. My last visit was horrible. After waiting 30 minutes for our meal we went to politely ask why it was taking so long. Turns out they never gave the slip to the cooks to prepare the food. I purchased a drink from the bartender and paid. When I went to check what the holdup was with the food the bartender walked to my my table and tried to charge my bf for my drink again.
