Best Pho I've tried in USA. Spring rolls are fresh and are better than most of the spring rolls.

We visited during the noon hour on a recent Saturday. This place is located towards the rear of a vast strip mall within a mile of I-75. We were seated and checked on by 2 different servers. One of them later apparently went on his own lunch break. Overall, service was uneven and it was sometimes hard to get the server's attention. They forgot my wife's coffee but it also did not show up on the bill. My advice would be to confirm your initial order with them. The food was good. I had a Thai yellow curry which I requested 'hot'. It was not very spicy, but I guess the scale varies per restaurant. Otherwise, it was tasty. My wife liked her pho as well. Lunch was very reasonable. Portions were certainly adequate but did not yield leftovers. The decor was classy, and they also have 2 large-screen TVs running long travel videos of Vietnam in what appeared to be 4K. I'm not sure if this was a one time thing or not considering this place has such a high rating but my family went here and hated it. I got the pho dac biet and besides having almost no meat, the broth was so lackluster. Literally the lacroix of broths. My mom got the bun bu hue and the noodles in it came all broken up into inch long pieces. Like what use are chopsticks if you can't grab noodles with them?? She had to use a spoon as if it was spagettios or something. When she told the waiter, they said there was nothing they could do and walked away. Absolutely horrible food and horrible service. This is our go to spot for good pho . We hit this spot up weekly during the cold months & they always make it perfect. I enjoy the N5 filet mignon pho bowl with a side of their crispy honey wings. A bit disappointed with the current menu. I had bookmarked this Vietnamese restaurant because one of my favorite dishes is Bun Bo Hue. In Chicago where I just moved from, it was readily available. After looking at numerous local menus, I was excited to see that 575 Bistro offered this noodle soup. When I arrived with my mom, I didn't see it on the menu. And when I asked about it, the server said that they no longer offer it because not many people ordered it. That day they also didn't have anything grilled because their grill was broken. So it was perhaps my misfortune to decide to check it out on that particular day, but it didn't leave many options for me. The only choice I had was pho. It was good. Nothing particularly outstanding but it was authentic. I also ordered a Vietnamese iced coffee. That was good enough for me to want to give this place 4 stars. The server was also great. She was helpful and tried to give me options since she sensed my disappointment over the noodles and grill. I would come back if I'm in the area just to try some grilled dishes. read more

Finally tried this place after passing by for months. We are pho nuts so we knew we had to see about it. We started with the grilled pork belly, which was sliced way too thin so it got really dried out in the cooking. We both got pho as our entrees. i got the filet mignon and brisket. He got brisket, meatball, filet mignon, & short rib- "The Epic Pho". All the meats were tender, but most chucks were very large so it was hard to eat. The portion was big (both medium & large are very big) and noodle amount just right (we like a lot of noodles). I am interested to return to try the Thai and Low Country Boil parts of the menu. Wow. What an amazing place. This is probably one of the best Pho places I've ever been to. The atmosphere is very modern and classy. The music is 90's- early 2000 techno/house music and I was enjoying every song played. The basil shrimp roll was jam pack with flavor. This is my go to appetizer and this did not let me down. This roll is stuffed with lightly vinegar strips of carrot, cucumber, noodles and basil. It's so fresh and fulling I could only eat one. I order the Steak Pho as my entree. Just YUM! The noodles were a little soft for my liking but overall, it was delicious. The only downside I would say is, I prefer reusable utensils ( Chopsticks and Pho spoon) but If that's my only complaint, we're doing pretty good. Boy, has this restaurant gone downhill. It used to be good but those days seem to be past. We ordered delivery via Yelp. We ordered wings, grilled pork belly and two grilled pork loin rice dishes. The wings were pretty flavorless, even though they were lying in sauce. They were also overcooked. The grilled pork belly tasted like charcoal, charred terribly and with "char dust", black dust-like particles perhaps from an unclean grill, all over them. They were tough and chewy and frankly disgusting. The rice dishes we ordered? They decided to send us vermicelli dishes instead. NOT what we ordered. The dishes were okay (barely, as the pork pieces were dry and overcooked, making them look and taste like little strips of leather) but not what we wanted. Pretty good place. Not the best, but pretty good. I'm no expert on Vietnamese food. My friends say the pho is excellent. I had some curry; it tasted fine. Not spectacular, but not bad. The service was good. Our waiter checked on us frequently and took care of our needs, though he himself didn't have much of a personality (no smiling, for example). I came here on a weeknight and there was a decent crowd there. There were also those who came for their to-go orders as well. I was seated at a booth and served immediately. The service was great and the food came fast once ordered. The atmosphere is modern and nice, everything was clean. My food was just okay. My goi cuon had too many veggies and not enough noodles. That ratio was just off. As for my pho, I got the large filet mignon and it was indeed large. The bowl was full of noodles and meat, that was not as rare as I would normally prefer. My wife and I have been searching every nearby Vietnamese place to find a place comparable to the one we left in Huntsville, and we finally found it! The broth is good the way it comes out, but they provide all the sauces you need to jazz it up however you like. We've been with groups of eight and two, and the service is great regardless of party size. If you're avoiding the carbs, the shaken beef is great, and the seafood looks great too. The Thai tea is only okay, but with such great pho I'm not taking any stars off for that! read more

Filet mignon pho was very flavorful...maybe other reviews are ordering chicken pho and expecting more flavor? My 6 yr old had baby bowl (kids size which was same size bowl as my medium adult size). She liked it. My 20 month old doesnt like anything anywhere but for people looking for options, our waiter suggested honey chicken with sauce on side. Barely breaded at all which was wonderful. (I hate it when food is made of of mostly breading.) My husband asked them to make a chicken in red curry sauce which he said was really well made and flavorful. Good food. Dirty restaurant. We've always takeout from here and been pleased. Good food and portions without a high price tag. We ate in the restaurant for the first time recently. Our cloth napkins looked as if they hadn't been washed. The booth we were sitting in had splatters of stuff alllll over it. All were good although our server said that they couldn't make any Vietnamese dishes like pho spicier--only the Thai dishes could be made spicier. Portions were large. Great little place to get some pho. Soup is very flavorful. Good ratio of meat to noodles. I went with the "epic pho." Definitely a good large bowl of pho. The restaurant itself is very clean. Service can be a little sporadic, but if you are going here for a quiet, slow meal it is a great place to eat. Would definitely recommend this place if you're in the area. It was one of those days when I had a huge craving for a good bowl of pho. I live in Marietta so I haven't found a place in the area that serves a memorable one. My sister kept raving about this place, so I took her advice and gave them a try. I ordered the Vietnamese salad with chicken and a bowl of filet migon pho. The salad: good, crunchy and refreshing! 4/5 Filet mignon pho: lack of depth and flavor, tender pieces of shaved filet mignon 3/5 Service was quick and attentive. Overall, I'll probably return only if I'm extremely desperate for their pho. Otherwise, I'll continue to be on the hunt for good bowl of soup. 5 stars for atmosphere and food quality (our group all had pho; no complaints!); however, stars have to be deducted for the most disappointing customer service. We were seated and ignored for awhile; flagged down a server who looked blankly at us from the kitchen and went back to what he was doing. Eventually a different server came over and took our drink, appetizer AND entree orders all at the same time, which meant we'd been sitting there without drinks, and were then served our spring rolls at the same time as our entrees. For being neglected for the start to our meal, the servers became more attentive when they seemed anxious for us to leave, trying to sweep in for bowls and plates and offer to-go boxes before everybody was finished. I loved the interior of the restaurant and the pho was scrumptious; however, I can't say that I'd want to go back based on the disappointing service. read more

Horrible service, the wait staff here are very RACIST and very unattractive. As a part Asian women, I was very disappointed. This was my 3rd attempt to eat here, and it was the absolute worst. Fruit Flies fleeing around, a 83 B HEALTH SCORE that I discovered once leaving, mediocre overpriced food. The male I assume manager had both myself and my boyfriend wait aimlessly at the front before sitting us in the back. The waitress on our side waited on everyone before deciding to come over to our table. She asked if we needed more menus, when clearly we had QR Codes at our table and looked at the menu for 10mins. The water was half full with little to no ice. The pho had little to no green onions or cilantro, Luke warm broth and I believe it was a small bowl not medium which we ordered. The drive to Buford Hwy, Duluth, Doraville and even the Jonesboro is worth it! I have been eating pho in Atlanta metro areas since ye high. So disappointing bc I live near and work near the Kennesaw/ Marietta area. Pho usually ranges from a mere $8-$9 our bill was $31 for two medium pho's regular, a order of egg roll, and simply water. The fancy chandelier and cheap ball room theme was all cover up for a cheap, unclean viet restaurant. The mood was hurry up, leave and eat. They catered to their white demographic. I was introduced to this place by my daughter & boyfriend who always gets one of several tasty dishes. I have been back multiple times. So this is now my most favorite restaurant in all of Georgia. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was amazing. Every dish had astounding flavor without overpowering anything else I was trying. The coconut clams were out of this world and the Pho was the best I've ever had. I can't wait to go back so I can try every combination they have. Their menu is varied enough that there is something for everybody . When it's hot outside I definitely suggest getting the fresh signature salad. I plan on recommending this restaurant to everyone read more

The creamy crab rolls were excellent and I'll order them again for sure. The chicken pho is my favorite and tastes just like the authentic pho my college roommate used to make 20+ years ago. The chicken is tasty and the ingredients are fresh. It came with a lemon but I used a lime and think it's much better with a lime. We just left. I have to say the food quality was terrible. The "brisket" in the Panang was mostly fat and sooo little meat at all. The potatoes were off. Really off! I could not tell what it was when I was chewing it. Ugh. The staff was disconnected. No refills or offers of coffee or tea at close of meal. The egg rolls were off. I just feel robbed for the big night out with the girls and I left kinda grossed out and hungry. I just can't recommend and I so wanted to like it. It was all deliberate as far as quality. I live an hour away from Kennesaw, but I'm Vietnamese and need my Vietnamese fixing at least once a week so we decided to do the drive and check this place out. Yummmmm. The inside is well decorated, clean, and spacious. We were greeted right away and the waiter was very friendly. For the appetizer, we went with the coconut milk clams. Oh my heavens. The sauce was to die for. It's a generous serving; enough to satisfy my husband and me. It comes with 4 toasted slices of bread so you can dip it in the sauce after you've devoured all of the clams (see picture). For entrees, I got the rare steak Pho while the husband got tofu. Both were delicious (see pictures). Again, the portions were perfect and the flavor profile did not disappoint. Prices are reasonable and service is great. We. Will. Be. Coming. Back. Just tried to eat there. 3 tables being used so it was slow. 2 waiters. Stood in front of the restaurant for a while because the sign reads "wait to be seated." I figured whoever seats people might be in the restroom because I stood there forever without anyone helping me. Waiters kept walking by and looking at me but never bothered to actually seat me or even let me know they were going to seat me. I left because it was ridiculous. I really love their food but I won't be back. I've been reading other reviews with similar experiences recently and I. can tell you it's spot on. We come here regularly and today my husband and I were treated poorly by our waiter. We asked for extra cilantro and lime and he brought very little and no lime. We asked him for more he said there is a charge. Then kept arguing with us! We asked another employee if there is a charge for extra cilantro she no and she went checked he told her yes because cilantro is more expensive now. My napkin was dirty and had hair on it and the employees were all laughing and loud in the back. The place is more upscale and such kind of employees ruin it. The waiter was the fat short guy. He also had a bad attitude rather than delivering the new in a nice way. Will never be going back there anymore. Please treat your customers with respect as we are not eating for free. We got our pho to go and I kept my expectations low as it's ideal to get pho piping hot in a big bowl with all the sriracha and hoisin easily accessible. I was delightfully surprised at how rich the broth tasted. I typically like to add a lot of hoisin and sriracha sauce but this bowl of pho did not need it one bit. Because the to go bowl was a limited size I had to keep it simple and I was not disappointed. Highly recommend the pho. I would love to return to try other items in the restaurant. read more
