Happened upon this place while shopping in Kennesaw. Ramen sounded good and so did Pho so a combo was serendipitous. Got the pork pho ramen. Outrageous flavor. A true combo of Raman and pho. Clearer broth than tonkatsu with a hint of basil and cilantro. But more like a ramen with egg, pork, bamboo shoots and two wonderful dumplings. Lovely portion and addictive while your slurped and ate. I highly suggest a trip here to check out a unique noodle soup bowl experience. Very good service and a nice place inside. Had lunch today with a group of women at this amazing Vietnamese bistro. we had an assortment of meals, including fresh signature salad, rice Vietnamese dish with pickle cantors, daikon, cucumber, with fish vinaigrette sauce, one served with grilled pork, the other grilled chicken, yellow curry with shrimp and one with beef, pad Thai with shrimp, beef stuffed grape leaves and grilled shrimp. I come here often but I just walked out and I wanted to make sure they knew why I gave them one star. I waited over 40 minutes for a to go order. Then I asked for Vietnamese coffee light ice but it was full of ice and I let her know I wanted less ice but for some reason she gave me what she wanted to give me. Then gave me the another cup and I was ok with that until I saw the amount was given. Maybe I'm irritated because I needed the coffee but I spent $5 for an half cup. Lol the spot down the street don't have the same issues. On top of that they charged additional for large and I didn't ask for it, then additional fees because I'm ordering to go. Pretty good! Many good options for phó, ramen, Thai food. We were greeted pretty quickly and sat in a booth. We ordered three appetizers to start-- we were starving lol: Veggie egg rolls Shrimp spring rolls Coconut fried shrimp (think they called it something different there). All were very good! Some of the best spring rolls I've had-- they had purple cabbage in them and lots of flavor, unlike some I've had places. The peanut sauce was also really good! We ordered one steak and meatball phó -- was good! And one vegetable phó (not on the menu, but they said they could accommodate, which was nice.) I'm used to getting vegetable phó at traditional Vietnamese places. And it will have a ton of veggies, like broccoli, lots of bokchoy, baby corn, circle carrots, onions, etc. This one wasn't traditional, and had different veggies: broccoli, bell peppers, zucchini, spinach or kale maybe, I believe.... still good but different. Delicious once I added in all the fixings served with it, the hot sauce, and hoisin sauce- yum! We enjoyed watching some of the shows they had playing of Vietnam. The booth was big and comfortable, just pretty dirty on the fabric backing- but I'm sure they'd have to replace it to fix it. Lol They're going for a more upscale look w all the crystal chandeliers hanging, a tad nicer furniture than the very casual Vietnamese places-- yet this place is still a casual feel as well w a hint of fancy lol. A good mix. They have some fusion food/ some upscale foodie hints to their dishes, which is nice. We've eaten here twice before, and the Thai food was good too! I came here for pho and it was awesome!! I always get a little weary about fusion/bistro restaurants because you never know if it's too much of a fusion and dishes get lost or if they are amazing, but I decided to try it out because I really wanted pho and there wasn't another place close by. The reviews are excellent on yelp so it's worth a shot! They have an array of foods and a huge menu plastered on the wall. They even have seafood boils where you can choose between lemon pepper or garlic (not just everything is Vietnamese or Asian flavored). They even have fries and hush puppies for a side dish if you so choose. I got the pho tai and the broth was delicious. It was fragrant and beefy, not watered down. It didn't even need much dressing up at all but I always add a little spice to mine for a kick. Service was fast and great. Drinks stayed refilled and our checks came out quickly. I'd definitely come back here to eat and try something else ! Also ordered the fried egg rolls and those didn't disappoint either! Super flavorful and had meat inside and not too much extra nonsense filling. Place was very clean and decorative on the inside. I expected something less classy considering they had chandeliers but it was pretty. My only complaint is the pricing is a tad too high for what I'm used to for a bowl of pho. When I arrived the inside was clean and fairly quite ambiance- would definitely like to eat in at some point and the people seemed friendly and it's the brief interaction. The food was great- I didn't even get a picture of my basil rolls bc they were gone so quickly. The pork and shrimp were both good on my vermicelli, I was only slightly disappointed for the fact that there were no bean sprouts. This restaurant is located in a busy shopping center in Kennesaw. I have passed by it a few times, but with all of the options in the shopping center, I hadn't found an opportunity to give it a try yet until now. Upon walking in, there's a sign that says to wait to be seated. However, with no host/ess at the front, and a giant wall separating the entrance from the tables, it was definitely a strange set up. We waited for a while, and finally had to peak around the corner to grab someone's attention. I'm betting this has probably happened on numerous occasions, and it's a problem they definitely need to address. 575 Bistro is a Vietnamese restaurant. But on a side wall inside the restaurant, it has nothing but seafood options shown. So it was initially a bit of a head scratcher, and we may or may not have quickly grabbed a menu while we were waiting to be seated just to make sure we were in the right place. We discovered that they are in fact a Vietnamese restaurant that also happens to served seafood, including crawfish, lobster tails, shrimp, etc. I'm not entirely sure how the two go together, and I've never seen a restaurant combine the two food types before. So I am a little curious in going back to try the seafood at some point. We ended up ordering traditional Vietnamese food. We started off with grilled shrimp spring rolls. I'll give it to them, they made one of the better spring rolls I've had in a while. I believe I read that there is apple slices in it, which gives it a nice crunch. The peanut sauce was also very good, and I noticed they left the peanuts in larger portions compared to other places that chop it up very finely. The grilled shrimp vermicelli I ordered was very good. The portion size was large, they combined several flavors together, and there was plenty of whatever sauce goes in to it. I was very pleased with my meal. My wife, on the other hand, ordered the pho. I noticed on the menu that they don't have the combinations that combine many different meats like other restaurants. Also, my wife asked the waitress taking our order for an extra bowl to share with me. They didn't bring one when they delivered the food, so we asked the waiter for the same thing and he acknowledged that he would bring one. But after he left the table, we never saw from him again. And no one came around to check up on us throughout our meal. So there was never a chance to ask again. This is the primary reason for the 3 star review and not higher. They could easily be a 4 star restaurant if not for the poor service on this night. Overall, the food was good. The ambiance is nice. It's located in a convenient location in Kennesaw, and parking is easy to find when it's not overcrowded. But I had to dock them one star for the service. read more

We came in before dinner hour started. Clean, pretty overhead lights and nice set up. We were the only people there beside the wait staff. Wait staff was not super friendly and honestly gave off the vibe of hurry up, order and leave. We picked this restaurant because the Yelp reviews were decent and I had really been craving some Pho since I left Savannah. I mean cold weather and Pho go together. Right?? So I must be spoiled by the place back in Savannah. But this isn't the best pho I've ever had. The broth had a greasy oily taste to it with no flavoring or spices. NONE! Ordered the rare beef and my date had the all meat pho with a side order of pork loin. Every restaurant I've ever been too always brings the rare beef out separate so you can add it yourself. This was already in with the soup.... with the broth already being so greasy it made the meat taste bad. I wouldn't be surprised if it was bad broth with bad meat... my date said his pho was about the same. Bad broth with a weird after taste. Service. There was only one gentleman that seem happy to be there that refilled our drinks. Everyone else that came to the table was quite honestly rude. When we ask for a box for our pork loin. He just slammed the box down and then asked loudly if we needed help figuring out the box. Ummm.... it's a styrofoam box?? How hard is it to use. The pho was on point and very enjoyable. We had a mixture of things and it all taste very good. Our service was slow. It took us considerably longer to get in and out of a place that wasn't busy. They forgot one of our entrees, but it eventually found its way out. They place is gorgeous inside. They've really spent some money decorating the place. They really could change stand to change their music preferences though. They were blowing up the speakers with some techno music.
