My steak and flank pho had chewy ligament that I could not swallow. I guess some may enjoy that but I definitely do not. The Thai dumplings were good and so was the broth in the pho. While the area it's located in is kind of sketchy, Hoang Long sits right in the middle with a somewhat small entrance. There is the typical fish tanks and there even used to be a grocery store connected to the restaurant. Food at Pho Hoang Long never disappoints, namely their pho.
