This place truly lives up to its name - 5 STAR. It was easy to make an appointment, said appointment was on time and just what I needed. The first thing I noticed was how clean the salon was. I got an eyebrow and facial threading. She was very precise and took her time. Afterwards, she used an amazing smelling face mask, which did not irritate my skin, like most of the facial masks do (only $10 and I *highly* recommend it.) If I could give 10 stars I would. During this time of Covid I hadn't had my brows done in months! With that being said I was cautious in cleanliness and this place smelt clean the minute I walked in floors were shiny and she had gloves mask and shield. I observed her working on the client ahead and she greeted me as I walked in and made convo with both of us once that client left she did a good job sanitizing her working station. I had always been a girl who got her entire face waxed until a friend convinced me to try threading. I found this place on Yelp and I am so glad I did! I was terrified but Anju was amazing! She took her time and it literally was nothing like I expected. She is super gentle and quick. She pointed out to me right away that my eyebrows were slightly different shaped and noted that she would try her best to even them out and walked me through what that would look like. This was my first time going here and I don't regret it. It was an amazing first time! My eyebrows were shaped perfectly and the woman was very sweet. She talked me through the whole process and made sure I was comfortable with what she was doing. She also gave me pointers on how to keep my eyebrows perfect. She recommended tinting for my thin brows and explained how it worked, but never pressured me into it. Her prices were very reasonable and for the quality of the work, you won't find a better deal! Terrible. I made the mistake of buying a groupon for eyebrow and lip threading at Hollywood and regret it dearly. She was extremely rough with her threading. I spent months trying to grow out a good thickness on my eyebrows and after I told her multiple times how I liked them THICK, she ripped them away. Not only were my eyebrows much thinner, they were totally uneven! When I expressed how one was thinner and shaped different than the other, she told me no, they look the same. She didn't understand any of my simple English; even basic terms that would be a part of her profession; such as, not thin and I like them thick.
