Oh no! I love this bagel shop. Today was maybe an off day? I went in at 9:48am and was able to go home by 10:23am. It took a long time. I ordered a bagel extra toasted like usual and a carrot orange fresh juice. I decided to take a bite in my car since I had waited sooo long and...they forgot the cream cheese. There was nothing on it. It was also kind of burnt. The carrot orange fresh juice was orange but barely tasted like carrots. Something was off.
