This family owned business donuts and sandwiches is located in a very small strip mall which is very easy to find and what a gem. It's hard to find a family owned donut business that take a lot of pride and producing some of the most amazing donuts and breakfast sandwiches in the area . The lady that waited on me was such a nice person very good heart and extremely welcoming . They make their donuts fresh each day and they're such a huge selection and these are the good donuts the cake donuts . The cinnamon swirl donuts are probably some of the best I've ever had in my 61 years on this earth . I did not have the time to try some of their breakfast sandwiches, but they are all homemade and very very fresh made to order. I do highly recommend stopping in here if you need a dozen donuts, you will not be disappointed . read more

Made a quick stop by this place while I was in the anaheim area, and this was truly my first time having donuts in AGES. Service was amazing- the man behind the counter who served us was very sweet. Donuts were solid - no complaints, especially for an afternoon batch. Prices were reasonable (considering closeness to disney). Definitely worth a visit read more

So sorry but needs to be said, Real quick I called ahead to make sure they were open... should be end of story. No. Man on the phone said yes and they have fresh donuts. I get there take a looks around and it's dead but people inside are I guess some friends of the owner Jaír hanging out talking smack. Place is a lot smaller then expected; also looking at the donut glass, mostly empty. I take a good look at the menu and just end up picking to donuts and some donut bites. Let me tell you, super dry and felt old. I should have gone to the gas station next door and probably would have had a better donut. I wasn't expecting this, place actually felt like I wasn't supposed to be there. Wish I could've had a good donut. I love to support mom and pop shops , but this was just not it. I hope someone's else finds a better experience then me. read more

This place is everything I miss about living in SoCal! Family run, authentic and fair pricing. The facade may not be fancy, but the service is incredible, the food is awesome! Authentic breakfast burritos, fluffy and large donuts, extremely fair pricing! Great foot traffic so you can tell people enjoy the food and return. We will definitely be coming back to this spot whenever we venture to Disneyland since it's so close. I hope they remain in business for a very long time! read more

Saw this donut shop while getting gas and thought I'd stop and get some sweets for the road. They have a good selection of donuts. There were even abnormally large cinnamon rolls and bear claws that looked tempting as well. I got 5 items, including one of the huge cinnamons rolls and a water bottle for $9. Not too bad. They tasted like your regular basic donuts. I wasn't wowed, but I also wasn't disappointed. I'd come back again though since hit my sweet tooth, so no complaints here. Huge donuts for an incredibly reasonable price, plus their breakfast burrito was so good and packed with egg and your choice of protein (highly suggest chorizo). Also there's everything you could need in a pinch: water, energy drinks, an advil for the rest of your day. This will probably be the most affordable and tastiest breakfast you'll have in Anaheim. The workers are also incredibly sweet and helpful! read more

I got a donut and a croissant sandwich. I ate my donut first, & could tell right away the donut was days old. I asked them for an egg and cheese croissant. They grabbed a croissant off the shelf and put it in the microwave for like 3 minutes. I leave and come to find they gave me a ham egg and cheese. It was very apparent the sandwich was old as well, and super hard due to being over microwaved. They seem to not care about service as I was not greeted nor listened to, and they are serving old food. I have been to several donut shops around OC (Anaheim/Fullerton/Santa Ana) and this is the worst so far. I don't understand the 4.3 stars read more

This is the place to go after a long day at Disney. The morning atmosphere is giving mom and pop classic donut shop. Had myself a regular glazed with a Nesquik chocolate milk. My partner had a chocolate sprinkled with a coffee. Nice pitstop before we hit the road. Service was good too. read more

Sadly Probably the worst donut I have ever had. The were not light and fluffy like a donut should be. These donuts were the heaviest most dense donuts I have ever had. It was very disappointing. The flavor of the glaze was good but that's were the good ended. The donut was too heavy to be considered a donut. It was more like a heavy bread. read more

Giving it a 3 star just because the girl told me it was her first day but I asked for a ice vanilla coffee and man it was horrible. The service and the ladies working behind the counter were really nice. So she felt bad because she didn't know anything. So since it was her first day it's forgiven but hoping the next time I come here it isn't this bad for something so basic. read more

This is a nice local donut shop I found around the corner. These are some of the best donuts that I've eaten. The staff was very friendly. The interior is small, with only about 4 small tables. It reminds me of a little corner shop in NYC. Along with their donuts, they serve made-to-order breakfast sandwiches and burritos. I had the chipotle burrito with ham, scrambled eggs and cheese. If you're visiting Disney and staying at one of the neighboring resorts, it's only a short walk away. read more

We've stopped here several times before a Disney day. It's convenient since it's close to the hotel and you can get donuts, smoothies and bottles beverages. The donuts look delicious and have a nice airy dough BUT they have absolutely no flavor - at least all the ones I have tried. Disappointing since they look so nice but the taste just doesn't match it. I probably will stop coming here. read more

These are really great donuts. Extremely fresh. Loved the apple fritter may go down as one of the best Ive had in a while. As someone else mentioned the burritos are microwaved but get the chorizo one. Its def good with a nice green salsa. Probably only a 3 star for the burrito. read more

I stopped by before heading to work to pick up some croissant sandwiches. I was greeted by the folks immediately and could tell there were a lot of regulars. I picked up 8 croissants (1/2 ham and cheese and 1/2 jalapeno ham & cheese) and asked the man to cut it in half (they are huge!). I also picked up 2 dozen donut holes for our security guard. They take credit card which is a plus. The croissants were DELICIOUS! I warmed them up for 20 seconds. Everyone raved about them and I will definitely bring it again to share :) read more

I was so happy with the service and the breakfast ranchero burrito! My kids loved the donuts too! They have a lot of regular customers and they greeted each person and served them almost instantly. Great place to try to avoid the Disney breakfast prices. read more

Great service and the prices are more than reasonable. I had their chocolate donut and it was very good! My daughter enjoyed the donut holes and wife really liked their ham, cheese, and egg bagel sandwich. Very big, so be prepared! We were lucky to be right next door to the place (less than a 5 minute walk from Comfort Inn). read more

Some people have ruined donuts. Huh? I thought you gave a 5 star rating. Hear me out. This is the case of old skool classic versus "fig reduction with a balsamic rosemary glaze donut". Or that donut with sprinkles and marshmallows and carmel sauce stuffed with cream. This is, I just want a damn, good, plain donut. Sometimes you just want a basic raised glazed donut. We were in town for Disneyland. We left talking about these donuts. We are ruined. Nothing compares to you Señor Ruben. Nothing. Your other baked goods are quite tasty. I'm taking the streets home from work with a massive donut craving. I drive by a couple places but can't make it over on time. I whip out the old Yelp app to find me a decent donut shop closer to home. That's when I found Donuts & Sandwiches. LOCATION: I pulled up on a Wednesday around 6:30pm. It's dark out and I'm by myself and this donut shop is wedged between some industrial shops I believe. These shops bring in a crowd of older men so I'm not going to lie I'm feeling a little creeped out because I'm a girl walking up to a small donut shop in a dark area. The inside of the shop is a little run down but look past all of that and towards the donuts! SERVICE: The man behind the counter has a bit of an accent -- understandable though. He's kind, helpful, and patient. I asked for a half dozen and he ended up giving me a free sugar donut after ordering my 6 donuts. Very sweet man! DONUTS: The best part about this shop are definitely the eclectic supply of donuts. There are donuts with fruity pebbles, chocolate covered chocolate donuts with all sorts of sprinkles and more! I loved their variety and that is the reason why I would come back!! It's not this donut shops fault on what crowd they attract. The location could be better but the parking isn't too tough. It's right next to an Arco so there is some light and it's right off of the freeway. Most of all, the man behind the counter was so kind. Try this place out!! read more

Location is a little shady but this place has awesome donuts! Service was very friendly and we ended up with way more donuts than we needed, but they were all so tasty! Also had fresh squeezed orange juice which seemed appropriate and tasty as well. Can't recall how much we paid for 4 donuts, a smoothie and OJ but it was not much and definitely a great breakfast while on vacation. My boyfriend and I wanted donuts other than from Dunkin or from a chain restaurant and this place was next to our hotel. We were not disappointed at all, this place was amazing! The donuts were fresh and very good. We even went back to get more donuts before we left California. The prices were low but the quality was great! The two men were very nice as well. On a family trip to Anaheim, I stopped by this great place for breakfast. For 3 breakfast burritos and 6 donuts, it was $16.50. The breakfast burritos here are HELLA good. Freshly made and dense. Be sure to get the salsa! Likewise, the donuts were all great and had a wonderful chew to them. (The blueberry cake was my favorite. Do yourself a favor and come here to fuel up for breakfast. read more

Place is small but looks good like good old donut shop Ordered ham and cheese croissant warmed up after being pushed twice by 2 other customers trying to cut In line. Food was barely even warmed up, ham still cold tasted like it was a couple of days old didn't even finish my food. Oh and there WASNT any cheese In my ham and "cheese", croissant ! Donuts looked good should have tried that instead with the cereal on them. read more

The establishment is new with a lot of seating. The display for the pastries was good, big, and clean. I had never been to this place before and asked the person taking my order what was a popular drink and got a response of "the lattes" no specific one but that. I asked which matcha was good or popular and she just said "all of them." I'm not picky but it's an honest question for being a first timer. I ended up getting two different drinks but didn't really want to stay there any longer than I had to because of the unwelcoming feeling. Don't know if it was the uniform or not. The drinks were good but the matcha was all milk, hardly and matcha flavor. I wanted hot but came cool. I didn't want to request it to be heated up just incase they wanted to do something to my drink. Don't know if I would go here again. I've been to another location and did not have this experience. So try it out yourself. The other location I went to was different, maybe cause I went through the drive-thru and my uniform wasn't seen until later.

I've been getting a little stir crazy at home and finally making the trek here was so worth it-- I felt more motivated than ever to get work done with a tasty treat. I'm not sure if it's because CSUF just started this week, or because I came on a Friday morning, but it was really spacious and open with tons of outlets (almost at each table). Not sure how other days are, but I'd love to bring my study group friends here in the future, since it's so hard to find places with enough space for study groups! Not to mention the clean bathroom haha and good wifi haha The staff here is also incredibly sweet and friendly, making it a comfortable and good experience. Because it was my first time, I asked the barista about her recommendation, and she also asked my general preferences to cater to my taste, and I ended up with a seasonal Birthday Cake Americano at half sweetness (since I don't have much of a sweet tooth). It was perfect for me! I don't usually get Americanos and have a sensitive stomach rn, but it was delicious and kind on my stomach lol. I also got a ham and cheese croissant, and maybe it could've been heated up a little more, but I did wait a bit to eat it, so it was no big deal. The other barista was also so sweet in answering my many questions haha The only struggle as others have mentioned is the parking - I ended up parking at the retail parking nearby, which had plenty of spots but can get pretty pricey, and it sounds like you can park in the areas others have mentioned still (like The Hub I guess has "New Here" parking spots or the employee parking spots?), so I'll need to look more next time. But there's quite a bit around the area within walking distance, you can easily make a day out of it too. Also since it is at the first floor of an apartment in a college town, there will be students going in and out, so just be prepared for that haha -- reminded me of dorm days, and I'm glad students have a spot like this :) Overall, the yummy coffee, amazing vibe and beautiful ambiance, especially as a study spot, alongside the kind and comfortable service has been just what I've been looking for in a coffee shop around here, and I'm excited to return! But fear not, you can go into the structure, park in one of the "employee only" spots, and just tell them which spot and you're golden (wish I knew that before I came and parked across the street). Also, another reason why this place is great is that it's not full at all. Might be because of the parking situation, but the place is near empty which makes it have a nice luxury vibe. Their Vanilla Thesis drink at 50% sweet is soooo good. It's a great blend of coffee and tastes great. You can totally taste the vanilla. Their ham and cheese croissant is also great.

Those tend to come out grainy, aggressively dark green, and honestly a little artificial-tasting to me. Little Ox is smoother and cleaner. You taste the tea, not a powder. The Genji matcha latte was my favorite. It's been sold out indefinitely, which I'm still a little sad about. These days I reach for the Okumidori matcha latte instead. My husband and my brother both usually order the brown sugar hojicha. Always with the salted cream top. We haven't found better versions of these anywhere else. It's also a great spot to work or study. Comfortable enough to settle in for a few hours. They carry nice merch too -- matcha sets, and recently Genji matcha tins if you want to make it at home. Highly recommend, especially if you've been disappointed by the trendier places.
