Replaced it, probably did a factory reset and turned around and said I needed a new hard drive. I was mad because the main reason I tried to get the laptop fixed was to regain access to my files. They lost them all I gave them permission to replace the hard drive. Picked up the computer and it wouldn't charge. When I took it back, they said I needed a new port. They replaced the port and then came back and said, it wasn't the port, it was probably the battery (one that they claim to have replaced). They swapped the battery and when that did not work, they said I needed a new motherboard. Like, really! I asked them to keep their battery, harddrive and port and give me my $330 that i had already paid for the battery and harddrive back. And i made it clear i wasn't going to pay for the port or let them replace the motherboard. I wasn't ready to give them another chance to screw up. They refused to give me any money back claiming that time to return the battery had expired. I asked them to look at the history. I never used that computer at all after the repaired it. I just turned it on and when i noticed that the battery was drained and it wouldn't charge, i turned it off. I have never sued anyone in my life but i am going to sue them. It took 15 minutes for them to fix my phone. I left with a malfunctioning iPhone button and a swapped out metro card. I took the train to get the 8th ave with an unlimited. Stupidly, I left my labeled unlimited metro in my phone case when I handed it to the man to have it fixed. When I left to take the train, I didn't realize I had my metro card swapped out. I only had noticed when I arrived at the train station and was unable to swipe in. I ended up returning to the store and the man continued to deny swapping out my metro card, thus on top of paying $60 to have my iPhone6s screen replaced, I had to add money to a brand new metro card that was switched out with my unlimited metro card. When I left the store my iPhone button was also glitchy. It would occasionally work and not work, it was random. However, the owner said it's fine. (The screen is a third party, not Apple certified screen that was made cheaply, but it basically looked the same. After a week or so, I had to begin using the AssistiveTouch because my iPhone button worked rarely and randomly. I basically paid 60$ for a screen that isn't cracked, but a button that doesn't work and to get my unlimited metro card swapped out for a new one that had nothing in it. I ended up getting a new phone after the button quit, but I feel like my first iPhone was the best iPhone even after an upgrade. That's just my own bad experience. Tldr;They know what they're doing, but you're getting what you paid for, a non Apple certified usable 3rd seller screen/ product. Also don't leave anything but your phone with them. Response to comment from owner (I PMed this as well): I was NOT there for the 15 minutes, I stepped out to run an errand while my phone screen was being replace, and I did NOT return to the store a week after because it wasn't worth going back for a button when I could just purchase a new phone. It was just upsetting that my metro card was stolen thus, I felt this review was necessary. I also did mention that this was MY experience and that the technicians were capable of doing their job. In addition, when I confronted a technician/worker, nobody mentioned that there was a camera, they simply stated "no". Never got a response back.

When he replaced my cracked screen the home button was loose (it was never like that before) AND the screen STILL didn't work properly and was glitchy. In addition, the phone screen cracked the next day. Literally the next day. I am an extremely busy person and didn't have time reach out to them until a month after. I called & they said they'd replace the screen but I'd have to pay for it. I don't feel comfortable paying for something that wasn't even done right to begin with. Even if it did have physical damage it was still glitchy and not working properly before the crack happened. Of course there's no way to prove that... Anyway, I definitely will not be back, nor will I recommend them to anyone. Additionally, my friend had her laptop fixed and they did a good job fixing it--however the communication and clarity was subpar and resulted in a delay in the time her laptop was fixed.
