Was so bummed with my experience here. The lady doing my nails was very rude and kept pressuring me to get a different service than what I wanted and acted disappointed when I just asked for what I wanted. Been to this place many times for a pedicure, and its been great loved the girl Iv had. But as for my manicure... I understand bad days. I showed a photo of the color I wanted for nails, which was a beautiful twilight sky ombre, and I specifically asked the girl if she can do the color and she told me yes. She also gave me almond shaped nails not round like I had wanted. As she was giving me a full set of acrylic nails, she went to get the colors and picked out purple and pink and blue. But only painted my nails ombre purple on all 5 nails it wasn't the color I wanted or close to the photo color. Didn't ask me if the color was ok until after spraying all 5 nails. I then told her no its not the same color, she then sprayed on blue over the purple and pink and it didn't look at all like it. The owner walked over asking what was wrong. And I told her the color wasn't correct. And she then told me it won't be the exact same. (Why say you can do something if you can't in the begining or get the colors first before painting all 5 nails). I then told her go ahead and just use the blue you already have out and take off the purple. The nail tech then gave me attitude didn't take off all purple residue and left my nails looking messy. I paid $55 for nails I did not like nor want. I then called the next day becuase I wasn't happy getting birthday nails in something didn't like. The owner told me on the phone that I can come in and they can fix it. I went in the day after the call, and waited 15 minutes for someone to come and help me. The guy got loud, and told me he could re shape my nails to round but if I wanted color or to to change my nails id have to pay exrta. On the phone when they said that they would fix my nails I thought I wouldnt but be charged extra for it. The guy didn't know how to do ombre, but he said he could "try it on me" I continued to tell the owner there was residue purple on my blue nails but she refused to believe me, and told me I was in the wrong. She had this huge argument with 3 other people hovering over In the nail salon and in front customers. I told her I wanted my money back so I could take my business else where to get nails done the way I wanted them to be. She told me I was in the wrong again and I cant get my money back that its not the techs fault but mine since I had the tech change my nails "multiple times" when it was 2 times because again "it wasn't correct" Spent $55 on nails that were not right or done the way I wanted. And left me looking messy. If I'm paying $65 for an ombre set they better look beautiful. $55 to change the whole color is alot for something I didn't want and not be happy with. I know now I shouldn't have walked away with what I got. I should have made her re do all my nails and start fresh. I then went to another salon that was amazing, and the lady who took off my set of nails said the last tech who did my nails left so much purple under the blue and had to take off so much glue stuck under my nails. It took her 3 hrs to finish my nails all becase she had to take off the purple residue and glue.... this place didn't treat me as a customer but as a money pit they could just use as a number. I wouldn't recommend this place because of the attitudes and lack of compassion for their customers, and professionalism. Do not be fooled by the advertisement on ombre nails they can 90% get right or not. Would not recommend! read more

I've given this place a few tries and this last time will be my very last. All my services were extremely rushed. It's almost as if they are timed just so they can get the next customer in the chair. They spend very little time with cuticle clean up, they only put one coat of polish on my pedicure with a mediocre massage, for my basic manicures and gel manicure they sloppily file the nails and apply the gel polish terribly. I had to go home and file my nails after. Needless to say I won't be going back as they lack professionalism and pride in their work! read more

I just got my toes done and I paid 75 dollars for a BASIC pedicure and I got gel polish, it has been less than a week and the entire big toe polish has just disappeared. The service was lacking, the people treated my friend unkindly because he didn't want to purchase a fancier pedicure and she cut his service short. I went to this salon because it was suggested by a friend. I needed a pedicure, specifically for my heels. It was relaxing, but after I left, I looked at my heels. They look awful. I really feel this could've been better, especially for $75. read more

great atmosphere and quality of pedicure was really good. I am picky about the cuticles on my feet and he did great. massage was 10/10

I have been to this salon a handful of times and until recently my only complaint was the Dunkin next door regularly forgets bacon on the avocado toast or something lol. Until my two most recent visits. Especially with the last one, I had long nails with plastic tip extensions (which had been applied elsewhere but the previous acrylic fill was done here) and a design including builder gel which I requested to have all of the product soaked off so that I could go back to relatively short natural nails with a simple french tip with some dots as a design. I was not only charged $10 for an improper removal (dremel until my natural nails completely bent and tore like paper, despite my request for a soak off, which by the way was met with "soak off? no" once sitting at the table) but then $10 for the french tip and $10 for the dots .. I don't mind to pay for nail art, but it feels like nickel and diming, especially considering one nail broke within 2 hours of the service! Today, two days later, I have another broken nail. So from my perspective, the sign saying customers have the right to refuse the drill is not accurate. And I said so in my email to the owner, who I have not heard back from since my initial email the same day as the service. I don't live in the area was just visiting someone, so now I not only paid $70 to have my natural nails destroyed but now have to pay probably the same or more at a salon on the west coast to remove the product and completely cut them back and still layer on more product to protect them while they grow out. Very frustrating as this is not the quality I expect or am used to from this salon. read more

Service: Simple pedicure, no polish Quaility: Poor overall in all categories, the worst was when he started to get. kitchen grater to scrub my feet, I told him NOT to use that and looked like I had asked for the moon. He ended up using a small sponge with an exfoliant type cream. I had told him I had chemo related neuropathy and had nerve damage in feet and legs but I doubt he had a clue what I was talking about. Cleanliness: For a fairly new salon the floors were dirty with noticeable black stuck on goo in areas, plain dirt, does not look like had been cleaned other than a possible cursory dust mop pass the day or two before; the baseboards were really dirty; noticed air dryers at stations were dirty, luckily they did use a plastic bag to cover foot bowl; and noted they did not wash foot basin any after use, observed after other custom left, which leads me to believe they don't clean them after each use. Vibe: noted very little interaction with customers, spoke no English, talked a bit among themselves but not to customers except to ask if they wanted to add services. read more

I had an Acrylic overlay done. The Acrylic started falling off my nails 2 weeks after I got it done. I'm really disappointed. The guy was in such a hurry to get done he didn't do a good job filling them either or filing them, probably due to him not really watching what he was doing, too busy talking to other employees. I tried telling him to watch what he was doing several times but it didn't work. All he could say was that he knew what he was doing. He did do 3 fingers right tho, so I give him credit for that. i have not had my nails done in a long while. I was greeted promptly and requested a gel manicure. The tech appeared to be nervous and shy. He did a fair job with manicure, but managed to Nick my cuticles three times. I did enjoy the hand and arm massage at the end of the manicure. He failed to neaten and smooth the rough edges upon the completion of manicure. I noticed this as I was grocery shopping. I returned to shop and they promptly neatened up the edges. He also noted nicked cuticle and put antiseptic on same. The nail salon had a very quiet, peaceful atmosphere. Soft music played in the back ground. read more
