First and foremost, the place is absolutely beautiful. You can tell a lot of thought was put into designing and decorating the place. They even have a bar, how cool! So if you feeling a little wild you can definitely order a mimosa instead of water. I know I did. I got a full set acrylic set with Ken and he went above and beyond. Finding a new nail salon is always nerve wrecking for me. I Have come in twice now.. both with Natalie first and then with Kyle (Natalie was not available when I was able to go in again) BOTH have done an outstanding job! Feels like they were trained in the same way. Both extremely professional and know their craft. Friendly and hospitable. Nancy did my pedicure and there was no disappointment there either. Even offered refreshment. Place is clean, organized and welcoming. Prices on point and super easy to schedule on their website. I was excited to try Gel-X nails for the first time here! Saw them on instagram and the pictures looked great. The technician was quick and careful, even removing and redoing a nail because he noticed something was off. As nice as the place looks when you first walk in, the equipment and station was not as nice and clean as expected. It has been 4 days and 3 nails have already come off. The first nail came off 1 day after having my nails done. I went back and he redid it for free which was appreciated. Stopped in for a pre cruise Pedicure. A young man named Jimmy and his, I think his sister gave my wife and I pedicures. They were excellent and very attentive. Very engaging and delightful. First time going & I book an appointment online the night before my appointment. I was greeted with a kind smile when I walked in from a young man & he checked me in immediately. He politely asked if I could have a seat & look at the books of colors to pick from. I didn't have a specific person requested so I was taken care of by Kyle. Kyle did absolutely great on my nails!! Nice, clean salon. Was able to get appointment same day. Manicure (only shaping and cuticle removal, no lotion or hand massage) costs $25. Tipped $5. Only noticed that I had a wonky-shaped nail and 2 nails that were not properly covered with top coat after I had left the area. The next day, noticed that all nails suffered from top coat shrinkage (it's a product issue that can be prevented by wrapping the nail with top coat). The day after that, the nail polish was starting to pull away from the edges of all of my nails. This is a nail prep and top coat issue. I know how to give myself a manicure, but I work quite hard and prefer to have my nails done while I relax. I don't like to do gel nails because my nails are very sensitive; they tend to get very dry and brittle with gel nails. YMMV. Probably won't return. read more

This place is very nice the service was perfect I even left with a smile and satisfied with my service. But sadly my nails only looked good and will not last. I got my nails done Feb 14th. On Feb 16th 2 days after I got my nails done one came off, when I saw that only into two days of getting my nails done. I didn't really let that bother me too much I had nail glue so I glued it back on. Then it up started to become a thing each they one would come off just like that I don't force them off I don't hit my nails they just snap off at this point I feel like I'm wearing press ons for how much these are coming off. Unfortunately in under 24 hours the gel on my toes had chipped (what?! - also, was not doing anything crazy & mostly had socks on) and in under a week the dip on 2 of my fingernails had cracked off. My first time going here today, I got a basic foot pedicure the polishing was okay not the best but I was supposed to get a lotion treatment after the polishing and drying but I didn't the person told me to sit under the dryer but didn't communicate with me how long and I was waiting for a staff member but no one came. I have been here about three times and my first two times were great. This past time I was not very happy, Kayla that did my nails was very rude and definitely did not do a good job. I asked for French tips and on longer nails they French was very short, she just seemed to want to get my service over with. I also got a pedicure and needed to get acrylic on one of my toes, she had the toenail so long it was so sharp and I asked her to shorten it and she seemed bothered by that.
