I understand having policies, but I don't feel this situation was fair. I paid $75 for my nails, and they didn't even last two weeks. I asked if they could at least fix ONE nail without charging me, but they still refused. This was my first time coming here, and unfortunately, it will be my last. The girl would come back to check on me from time to time and dried my feet after it was over. She explained the final color of my foot bath and what potentially could be the cause.
