So there were quite a few mistakes that happened during our visit to the cafe. Incorrect orders, along with a few other faux pas but what I will spotlight is the owner handled it appropriately and comped the full meal. The restaurant is a little to cramped for me but if the food was amazing I can get past some of the ambiance issues - unfortunately I cannot really speak to the food with all the issues we had.

I have had fresh caught salmon on a cruise line in Alaska and this smoked salmon bagel was as good as any I have ever had!

Nice Downtown Spot! They have a breakfast and lunch menu. We stopped in for lunch in a Saturday. Its a cozy little place. Has a bar to sit at but it was hard to eat at as the rail is very wide. The server was really friendly and made us feel at home. Our food was all made fresh to order and was out quickly. Perfect place to grab a quick diner meal.

The biscuits and gravy are so yummy! The people were super friendly and suggested other places that were worth the trip.

Drinks pricing was fair most of the time. The service had its ups and downs. We enjoyed most of the bartenders; they were kind and funny. However we were turned off by one person's attitude. Seemed like she was trying to be funny but for some reason was just plain rude. We overheard one couple say they were leaving sooner than expected because of it. Everyone has a bad day so we steered clear of the bar and enjoyed the music and dancing. The atmosphere is chill and while energetic and FABULOUS! The only thing I would definitely change, if it was possible, would be to expand the space. Expand everything. Including the bathrooms. But they are doing great with what they have to work with! Overall a very fun experience! I highly recommend coming here for a fun night and mingling with amazing people.

I've now eaten at Vondra Social House three times, and it has become one of my favorite spots in…read morethe area. The upstairs seating area is especially lovely and creates a great atmosphere for a relaxed dinner or cocktails with friends. Speaking of cocktails, every one I've tried has been excellent. For appetizers, the Truffle Twists were outstanding. The swirl fries with truffle salt and rosemary crème were absolutely addictive and a must-order. The Holla-Peños were another winner--fresh jalapeños stuffed with creamy brie, goat cheese, and mozzarella, then topped with blueberry compote and a honey-thyme drizzle. It sounds unusual, but the combination really works. The Caesar salad was also very good, with crisp romaine, bacon, housemade croutons, pesto Caesar dressing, parmesan, and shallots. The only dish that missed the mark for me was the Steak & Poblano Peppers. The flavors were fine overall, but the steak had a slightly odd smell that made me hesitate, and it wasn't something I would order again. That one dish aside, I've consistently enjoyed my experiences here. Creative menu items, excellent cocktails, a beautiful upstairs dining space, and several standout dishes keep me coming back. I'll definitely return.

BLUE GOO DOUGH BALL, THEIR SPECIALTY! Went to eat with two…read morefriends tonight. As we were finishing up I asked if I could get a red, white and blue cinnamon roll. (Hubby asked to bring one home) Sure! did I want it warmed up? I told her no, that was ok, I could just warm it up when I got home. I assumed it was a dessert and not an issue; I didn't even think about it. She packed it up for me and I wouldn't have known anything was amiss had my friends not wanted to see it. I pulled it out and to our astonishment we learned it was frozen solid. I asked our server about it. She said she'd find out how I was supposed to "warm it up." She came back and told me bake it at 350 for 15 min. Hmmm. I bake and this thing looked like it needed to rise, but ok, if that is what I was supposed to.... It was not what needed to be done. Baking created a hard shell around a dough ball with blue goo on top. Nothing red or white about it, btw. Seriously, though - why not just say we don't have any made? It really put a negative spin on the whole evening which, until that point, had been great. Service was wonderful, btw. And the ambience was fantastic. Loved it! Not the goo ball, though. That I'll give a hard pass.
