We stayed at Nowalk, just 1 block to the Boardwalk and 2 blocks to the bay. Quiet and safe area, close to everything within walking distance of restaurant, bars and stores. The condo was so clean, bright and comfortable, beautifully decorated. The communication with Marcia was excellent and timely, very friendly and accommodating. She is the best!!! We loved our stay. Would highly recommend. I'll give 100 stars if I could. Marcia, thank you so much for everything you did for us. We can't wait to find another time to return.

Unit is rundown - our door wouldn't close, stove is tilted so can't cook on it, lightbulbs out, you name it. Reached out after our stay and they told us they were wary about renting to the people above us (so they knew they were an issue) but did anyway and gave us no money back. We spent 4k+ on this place for the week and then had to spend the same on 3 hotel rooms for the week. Completely unacceptable and will never recommend.

My daughter and her 4 friends stayed at Ron's condo unit in OC MD for Senior Week. This is the…read morecondos on 5th street. My dealings with Ron were fine prior to check in day, however once we met in person that changed. First of all the place is very small. The only bathroom in the condo locked from the outside not the inside which I found to be very strange. The place appeared to be very dirty and outdated. He told the girls he would be doing a "mid-week inspection" to check up on things as this is his policy. They get a call from one of the neighbors at 8pm mid week saying Ron is at the place waiting to do the inspection. The girls had to leave their dinner and rush back only to be interrogated as to why there were two extra friends with them. The agreement allowed guests until 10pm at night so they were doing nothing wrong. He threatened that they may not get their damage deposit back since they placed tape on the ceiling to hold a piece of streamer for their friends birthday that day. Needless to say the girls did an excellent job keeping the place tidy and even made sure to run the vacuum every night before bed. The end of the week comes and he shows up at 9:45am for check-out. He insisted only one of the girls could come up to do the walk through with him. When my daughter refused to enter alone and her friend came with her he commented,"what part of only one of you don't you understand." She did not feel comfortable being in the place alone with him. At all three of their encounters with Ron he was very unprofessional and a bit demeaning. I witnessed this at check-in as I helped the girls unload. He was rude and harsh demanding they all line up in front of him so he could review the rules. I will not be renting from this owner in the future and I would advise anyone with girls to be cautious.

We had to verbally tell him the car wouldn't fit there after he sized up the spot. Then we go on a tour of the most terrifying dollhouse (only thing missing was the porcelain dolls) that I aptly renamed the projects. The "decor" could use some updating. But, it works to sleep in & like other reviews mention it is close to the boardwalk. We didn't even stay the night! 9/13 we returned to shower. 2 of us took showers only to find that the water didn't get hot. Imagine trying to shower with a full face of makeup & Aunty Mary (menstrual). Yes, that was me in the downstairs bathroom for 45 minutes (the water NEVER got hot!). Another person was upstairs taking a shower and relayed a message to ME that the water was not hot also. That's 2 of 6 women. So, the 2 of us are enjoying sitting on the porch and the male owner (who lives above the rental office) walks by and asks how everything was so far. So, I informed him that the water doesn't get hot, he tells me you have to wait. I advised him of how long I was in there for & ...the man begins to argue with me that the water is fine. Then he insists on checking. He is then informed that there are 4 women in there in different phases of undress. I also, informed him that our neighbors ~5+ Harley riding younger white men said their water wasn't getting hot either (we coexisted well). So, I said go in theirs and check. He didn't. The second of the 2 of us said to check the water heater. He did & w/ NO APOLOGY! He comes back and says he had to reset it by unplugging and replugging. Please note that this is an AirBNB! Not included ANYTHING like the traditional hotel soap, conditioner/shampoo, wash rag/towels, etc. But, the icing on the cake! No TP (toilet paper) SURPRISE! We of course went to Walmart & Dollar Tree for the essentials. Other notable mentions are: The small ass refrigerator w/ black electrical tape inside, the plentiful crunchy antique motif, the typical rusty shower rod, beige/yellowish 3 piece bathroom located directly next to the kitchen (GROSS!) I'm sure there's much more that I have repressed, but overall $700 for the memories was worth it. I WOULD NEVER give that family any business. P.s I didn't pick the place, my friend did & of course I didn't research/review before agreeing. I'll NEVER do that again either. It's your choice.
