They have not. As I walked into their store, there was one salesclerk and a customer. I browsed around the store for a few minutes and the clerk never acknowledged my presence. She continued speaking with the customer, which I realized was someone she new personally as they were talking about a wedding and someone wanted a new floor that they both new. I hired Dustin to refinish existing hardwood (3 rooms) and also to install new hardwood (1 room). The gentleman who came to our home was polite and professional but we were only looking for a quick cleaning before a party on Saturday because the carpets are coming out soon. We had a coupon for 3 rooms 450sqft at 99.00. I was then quoted a price of 220.00 for a deep cleaning and then scotch guarding on top of that which would be more. When I said we only wanted the special he called his boss and said they had a reputation to uphold and it would take him many passes with the steamer to get the rugs even decent and he would only do the deep cleaning because that would provide the level of cleanliness they could put their name on. I once again explained the carpets were coming out to be replaced with hardwoods and the level of service he offered was not needed but he insisted so I told him we were done then and he could go. Needless to say we will rent a rug doctor and I would not recommend these guys to anyone due to their obvious bait and switch tactics.
