On April 1, 2026, I visited the Palms Casino. After spending some time playing, we headed to the food court and decided to try the new Hawaiian restaurant, 604loha. The food was excellent--fresh, flavorful, and truly reminded me of home. The pricing was very reasonable, and the service was outstanding. The staff was warm, welcoming, and provided genuine hospitality throughout our visit. I especially appreciated the convenience of the self-service kiosks, which made ordering and payment quick and easy. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience. I'm so glad 604loha has come to Las Vegas--it's a fantastic addition, and we will definitely be back. We are originally from Hawaii and always welcome the aloha spirit shared. I was at the Palms for some BJ and I decided to stay for sinner. I had read about newer shops in the food court area. I decided on 604Loha Grill, a Hawaiian restaurant. I ordered the Kalua pork plate. There was the pork, a scoop of rice with some furikake, and a scoop of macaroni salad. Being in the food court, your seating is at one of the many tables, somemhigh tops, and some regular ones. When you get there, you order on a screen or you can ask for help. The screen was easy and in no time I was done. They ask for your name when ordering. Within a short time, the woman working the shop called my name and I picked up my order. All are served in take out type containers. The pork was good. I wish there had been more of it. The macaroni salad needed salt which they give you along with plastic ware and a napkin. The rice was standard. It was an OK dinner. It was not as good as I can geting my neighborhood but it sufficed for my dinner. I looked up why 604--it's not the area code for Hawaii. It is the name of a restaurant group with many retaurnats in Hawaii. read more

I really wanted to like this place. The staff were very nice. Food came out fairly quickly. Fried noodles were drowning in oil. But the flavor was good. I highly recommend The teriyaki smashburger. What I should have done was get it as a deluxe. Because you will only get bread and meat and Mayo. Their teriyaki sauce is fantastic. read more

I had a rather early dinner here the other day. I thought I'd check it out after I'd heard a number of good things from folks who were both locals and visitors to the area. I saw some grand opening coverage from the restaurant on social media. I think that was what sold me. the menu is a bit limited. they don't have as many items as I expected. one thing that was pretty discouraging about the experience when I visited the restaurant was that there was a digital kiosk to place my order for my meal. it was not only confusing to use but it made a lot of different changes to what I was requesting on its own. so, I had to wait for someone to come to the register instead to help me. I expected to receive my just ordered meal in not only a timely manner but I expected a level of freshness that showed proof that my meal had been more or less made to order. my chicken wasn't real hot. it was warm at best, like it was possibly sitting under a warmer for a bit. the rice was hard on top, crispy, definitely having come out from under a warmer. I think one of the more disappointing things was that the sauces used on my chicken tasted like something right out of a bottle. it wasn't quite the Yoshida teriyaki sauce that I've sampled at costco and had from so many other teriyaki chicken fundraisers and what have you but it wasn't too from that either. I was not impressed. the price was a tad high for what it was but I had to remind myself that not only is this business new but it is in the hotel and I'm sure their overhead is tremendously high. if you are looking for an awesome Hawaiian food experience, then I'm sorry but this is not it. and btw, it was close to $35-40 for these 2 sad combos read more

Always enjoy checking out local food in Vegas for years. Best part being ninth island always new one opening up someplace in Vegas. 604Loha Grill is one of the newer ones. It located in The Palms casino in the food court. So definitely not ur tradition sit down restaurant atmosphere. If going event at The Palms casino option eat before. It closes early 10pm. I ended up going with garlic chicken for first visit and side spam musubi. The garlic chicken was good. It has nice flavor and u get decent portion. Mac salad was ok. They have lot of traditional stuff like poke action and more. I try next visit. Overall good local food garlic chicken action had better at other local spots. Spam musubi was good. They pack the rice. Service five stars. U can tell from Hawaii and got aloha spirit! If looking for quick option or planning watch movie at Brendan Theater in The Palms casino. With all the restaurant closures at Palms, this is a much-needed injection of life. 604loha Grill is a new spot in the back of the food court at Palms serving, you guessed it, Hawaiian food. Despite the two prominent self-order kiosks up front, the front employee there was happy to take order, and you have to go through her to pay through the Serrano Vista (Palms players card). And thankfully for Vegas locals, they do accept the dining credit. I went with the Poke Nachos ($19.00). They serve theirs on tortilla chips, rather than the more common wonton chips, but this choice actually works since the crunch is there and the chips don't soften for a while. The overall portion is plentiful, and the ahi was fresh, tender, and portioned generously enough to have roughly one cube per chip. I went with the shoyu option rather than spicy, and the combination of wasabi mayo and Thai chili sauces was delightful while not really affecting my relatively sensitive palate. There isn't much to write about for the atmosphere. It's a food court, so while you're at a nondescript table in the communal dining area, you'll either be staring at the movie theater gate, the casino, or the restaurant stalls. The beverage selection was packaged only and seemed a bit understocked at the time, so I went elsewhere for a drink. 604loha Grill has at least one delicious option for food, and I'm very happy to have found a delicious alternative to the boring cheaper Palms restaurants to redeem my promotional dining credit. I'll definitely consider diving into both the Hawaiian and cheaper fast food-like items in the future. read more

Kept seeing this place pop up on IG and FB. Since we were at the Palms Casino we decided to give them a try. First of all Samson who took our order, answered some questions I had about couple food items. Very personable gentleman. He gives great customer service especially after I took back the fried noodles. Sorry Samson I truly appreciate all that you did. Will not order the fried noodles again! First they're using the wrong kind of noodles and it was overcooked. They put a soy Oyster sauce mix which is nasty in my opinion. The taste seemed off not at all like fried saimin in Hawaii or other Hawaii owned places here. He offered a refund or have them remake it. I had them remake it just using soy sauce and sliced up the fishcake. Something was still off but decided to keep it and tweak it at home. Ended up ordering a hamburger steak plate. Before leaving I tasted the gravy because the gravy is what's it all about. Thank goodness the gravy tastes fine. Can't comment on the bento or spam musubi because my husband ordered it. Hopefully his bento tastes good which has the fried noodles and garlic chicken. read more

really wanted to like 604loha Grill, but unfortunately, the food was not good I ordered the 604 Bento, which comes with garlic chicken, rice, fried saimin, mac salad, furikake, hot dog, and Spam. The fried saimin was extremely overcooked and had way too much oil. The Spam was so undercooked that it almost tasted like it came straight out of the can. The overall quality was just not good. I also ordered the Classic Island Noodle Soup with saimin noodles, green onion, fish cake, and Spam. It looked nothing like the picture. There was barely any liquid in it, so I honestly don't understand why it's called a soup. My order did not have all the ingredients listed. What I mostly got was a bowl of overcooked noodles. Everything together came out to $28.18. For that price, I expected much better quality and flavor. Instead, the food tasted like it was worth maybe $10. Unfortunately, I wouldn't return based on this experience. Honestly, Panda Express or McDonald's that's right next door would have been a better choice. read more

Absolutely Amazing Ive been to this spot a few times. It's honestly the best choice in the Palms Food court. Service was great as always Samson helped me out today, all of the staff there is wonderful and a great help when you're trying to figure out what to eat. I'll for sure be back. This is located inside the Palms hotel in the food court area. Upon finding this place, we found ourselves in a line of about 6-7 people. Idk about you, but whenever I see a line, that tells me the product or service must be good (in this case:the food). We ordered their garlic chicken plate, double teriburger, fries and saimin bowl. The garlic chicken was terrible. There was no garlic "taste" to it. At. All. It was literally fried chicken dipped in soy sauce. Thank goodness the teriburger was good but not for that price. The saimin was..meh. Would I come back here? Nope. But I'd still recommend people to come and try (if they haven't yet) and have their own experience. read more

Yesterday I went over to order. There was no one in line. It was 7:55pm. The girl pretty much ignored me. I finally said hi and she looked up and said I'll be right with you. I stood there another 10 minutes. I literally watched her in slow motion, putting in toppings on top of a bowl. First time purchasing their saimin. The noodles were off, some hard and some softer but not quite cooked enough. There was a funky taste to it, not your normal saimin you get in Hawaii. They first made my order wrong after waiting 20 minutes and then made another one "quickly". I made a complaint to the cashier and purchased a spam musubi. He didn't offer anything, just said "I'll make sure it doesn't happen again". I go here weekly and this is the kind of treatment I get? They have a very friendly staff, who are helpful if you have questions about the menu. Their garlic chicken tasted amazing! The flavor is off the charts, but not overly spicy and their white Mac and cheese is also delicious. After the first time I had them I had to go back again and again. I think I've gone five times in 7 weeks, so far, and The Palms is a bit of a drive for me. I get the same thing every time and it does not disappoint. I need to try the Fish and Chips though, because that looks tempting. read more

This place is located in the Palms food court and I guess island time is a real thing here. The girl running the cash register was slow slow slow. As orders came out the cook would place the open food container in the window, leaving the box open so the cashier could add any other items that might come with your meal. Orders were piling up in the window as the cashier had a long convo with her co workers. As my food came up I stood in front waiting for the cashier to wake up! She saw me standing in front of her but had another conversation, then stood at the register pretending she didn't see me. After about 3 minutes of my food sitting there, the cashier grabbed some sauce and utensils and handed my food to me. Maybe she was tired of pretending I wasn't there anymore? I ordered the chicken katsu and the chicken was fatty, almost as if it was not fried sufficiently enough. The chicken seemed low quality overall. I ate about 10% of my meal and tossed the rest. Food was no good- service was worse. This occurred on Thursday February 12th. They also do not accept cash so you need to use a card to pay. Very poor experience overall. Next time I'll stick to McDonalds or Panda Express in the same food court. read more
