Always enjoy checking out local food in Vegas for years. Best part being ninth island always new one opening up someplace in Vegas. 604Loha Grill is one of the newer ones. It located in The Palms casino in the food court. So definitely not ur tradition sit down restaurant atmosphere. If going event at The Palms casino option eat before. It closes early 10pm. I ended up going with garlic chicken for first visit and side spam musubi. The garlic chicken was good. It has nice flavor and u get decent portion. Mac salad was ok. They have lot of traditional stuff like poke action and more. I try next visit. Overall good local food garlic chicken action had better at other local spots. Spam musubi was good. They pack the rice. Service five stars. U can tell from Hawaii and got aloha spirit! If looking for quick option or planning watch movie at Brendan Theater in The Palms casino. Or quick take out 604Loha Grill is winnah.

Poke Nachos ($19.00), apparently packaged to-go by default

With all the restaurant closures at Palms, this is a much-needed injection of life. 604loha Grill is a new spot in the back of the food court at Palms serving, you guessed it, Hawaiian food. Despite the two prominent self-order kiosks up front, the front employee there was happy to take order, and you have to go through her to pay through the Serrano Vista (Palms players card). And thankfully for Vegas locals, they do accept the dining credit. I went with the Poke Nachos ($19.00). They serve theirs on tortilla chips, rather than the more common wonton chips, but this choice actually works since the crunch is there and the chips don't soften for a while. The overall portion is plentiful, and the ahi was fresh, tender, and portioned generously enough to have roughly one cube per chip. I went with the shoyu option rather than spicy, and the combination of wasabi mayo and Thai chili sauces was delightful while not really affecting my relatively sensitive palate. There isn't much to write about for the atmosphere. It's a food court, so while you're at a nondescript table in the communal dining area, you'll either be staring at the movie theater gate, the casino, or the restaurant stalls. The beverage selection was packaged only and seemed a bit understocked at the time, so I went elsewhere for a drink. 604loha Grill has at least one delicious option for food, and I'm very happy to have found a delicious alternative to the boring cheaper Palms restaurants to redeem my promotional dining credit. I'll definitely consider diving into both the Hawaiian and cheaper fast food-like items in the future.

We've been here every Sunday and the customer service keeps on getting better and better. I just want to emphasize that. Good local customer service Brianne brings means a lot. She is what Aloha means. Much Mahaloz!

First time purchasing their saimin. The noodles were off, some hard and some softer but not quite cooked enough. There was a funky taste to it, not your normal saimin you get in Hawaii. They first made my order wrong after waiting 20 minutes and then made another one "quickly". I made a complaint to the cashier and purchased a spam musubi. He didn't offer anything, just said "I'll make sure it doesn't happen again". I go here weekly and this is the kind of treatment I get? No free musubi, no refund on the saimin that I trashed...nothing. Essentially paid $13.25 for my musubi!

This place is located in the Palms food court and I guess island time is a real thing here. The girl running the cash register was slow slow slow. As orders came out the cook would place the open food container in the window, leaving the box open so the cashier could add any other items that might come with your meal. Orders were piling up in the window as the cashier had a long convo with her co workers. As my food came up I stood in front waiting for the cashier to wake up! She saw me standing in front of her but had another conversation, then stood at the register pretending she didn't see me. After about 3 minutes of my food sitting there, the cashier grabbed some sauce and utensils and handed my food to me. Maybe she was tired of pretending I wasn't there anymore? I ordered the chicken katsu and the chicken was fatty, almost as if it was not fried sufficiently enough. The chicken seemed low quality overall. I ate about 10% of my meal and tossed the rest. Food was no good- service was worse. This occurred on Thursday February 12th. They also do not accept cash so you need to use a card to pay. Very poor experience overall. Next time I'll stick to McDonalds or Panda Express in the same food court.

plate with chicken and noodles chicken so salty, spam burnt , the noodles salty too

The food was way too salty. I ordered the bento and I think there was too much sauce on the spam & hotdog. The cashier was nice.

The portion is very reasonable. Especially being a food court inside of a casino. The price is also very reasonable.

Dining area is small but there's adequate seating for a table, by the window, and along the wall. Menu offers a great selection of chicken, shrimp, steaks, salmon, ahi, pork, as well as Hawaiian plates, island favorites, fried noodles, and poke. I ordered my go-to for Dynamite Chicken Katsu (mini, $13.52), its crispy breaded chicken, meat is tender and moist, has amazing wasabi aioli and spicy sauce drizzle, very savory and wonderfully delicious! Served with tasty crab potato salad and kimchi. Also had Fried Noodles (mini, $7.28), the egg noodles are delicious, topped with chopped scallions and kamaboko (Japanese fish cake), it's really good! Spam Musubi ($4.16) is tasty! It does need sauce and there are condiments like soy sauce and hot sauce available on the table. For a lovely treat, they make the best Japanese Milk Pudding, it's delightful and not too sweet! I ordered a regular ($5.20) and tried Ube flavor ($5.20), both are yummy! Ube flavor is so good! The milk pudding has a delicate, silky, bouncy texture, and comes with a sweet Japanese syrup. The milk pudding on its own is so YUM! The syrup itself is very sweet, so only pour a little bit. They also have fun cookies on display locally sourced from The Cookie Bar. I tried Crème Brûlée Cookie ($4.50), it's a huge sugar cookie with a beautiful crisp glaze and is very sweet. MacDaddy Cookie ($4.50) is excellent, it has white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts, this one taste great! Service from Koltyn and Zadus is very kind, welcoming, polite, and friendly!

Things were still getting together but I have faith they will get back to their normal flow. Food was tasty as always. Had the beef ribs and the kalua pig today. The Kalua pig was a very tasty version. One of the better ones I've had in town for my taste. Not too smoky, felt like it was roasted for a long time. The meat was still intact but tender. Ribs were as they always are. The only thing today, was that the boxes didn't feel as full as they normally do. Only got 4 ribs today and they weren't all that meaty. The pig dish wasn't full to the brim either. Also, prices have gone up from the menu, so seeing higher prices (totally understandable) and less food was a little disappointing. Service was friendly for the most part, but be ready for longer waits. Maybe it was because of the move, but it was a 15-20 min wait today. The ribs are still the best in town, I'm hoping the small portion was just a one off.

No having to navigate through the casino. This was our first time at Ai Pono Café, but it is officially on our dining-out rotation. Our food was tasty and fresh. I went with the Spicy Ahi Bowl. The rice was sticky and the tuna was not over seasoned...fresh and flavorful. Our table shared the Spicy Poke Nachos. So good. The wonton chips were light and crispy. His cousin couldn't stop raving about the food, so we decided to check it out for dinner last night. We ordered the Crackhead Chicken and Da "OG" Beef to share, and I also got a Spam musubi I had been craving. The musubi was HUGE and really hit the spot. We also ordered a side of Crackhead Chicken without the spice for our 1 year old, and she LOVED it. Normally she throws her food, but this time she actually ate it and kept making the cutest "yummy" faces the whole time. The moment I took my first bite of chicken, my reaction said it all. The flavor was INCREDIBLE! It had a perfect balance of sweetness from the coconut and a nice kick from the spices. Everything worked so well together, and the chicken itself was unbelievably moist and juicy. I also loved that the meat was served over the rice, allowing for all the juices to soak in. The rice was soft, flavorful, and just as satisfying. The macaroni salad was hands down my favorite compared to any Hawaiian BBQ spot I've tried. I also had a few bites of the beef, which had an amazing flavor and just the right amount of char to elevate it even more. The only thing that didn't stand out to me was the coleslaw, but we found out later that you can substitute for extra macaroni salad for an additional 50 cents. We will definitely do that next time! Overall, we had a fantastic experience and will absolutely be back whenever we are in the area. One quick note for parents: there are no high chairs available, and we even searched the entire food court. Since it's inside a casino, it's understandable, but just something to keep in mind.
