I have a dairy allergy, and I really appreciate how knowledgeable the staff is about the ingredients in their food. It makes me feel safe and comfortable eating here, which is huge. The dining room isn't very large, but there's plenty of seating to enjoy your meal. It's truly a small mom-and-pop spot. We had the kung pao chicken and appreciated how the veggies were cooked. They still had some crisp to them... I hate soggy overcooked veggies. Then had the shrimp and snow peas. This serving was a good size.. too much for me to eat, so my husband had to help! This was not what I expected. I thought this place was really a hibachi place but when I got there to pick up my food, it was not nothing nowhere near hibachi. The steak was very hard mixed with a bunch of vegetables that was very watery. The rice taste very old never again. read more

I wanted to try somewhere new and quick and didn't feel like Panda , so I found this on Google . The reviews seemed pretty good and not far from me . I was looking to get a combo plate , but she said they only sell full portions . I got an order of the General Tso's Chicken and Fried Rice . I wanted to try the Kung Pao Chicken too , but oh well . The order came pretty quick and I got it to go . The place looked clean and they had a couple customers sitting at the dining room . The General Tso's was just ok , nothing to brag about . I did like that they put a couple pieces of pineapple in theirs , some places don't . The peppers were fresh and crispy . The Fried Rice was a let down . It was dark like it had a lot of flavoring , but it was just plain tasting and didn't taste very fresh . It was sticky and a little dried out like it had been out for a while . Had a good first experience with this place for takeout: a party platter of chicken chow mein. Food was ready on-time, ready at the counter when I walked in. It was piping hot, was well-packaged, looked appealing and tasted delicious. It was also a good sized portion probably priced right, for about $40. As others have mentioned, it's a no-frills takeout joint; don't go here for the ambiance. But it was good customer service/communication from the restaurant and I like supporting local eateries over chains. Overall: A solid find and I would order here again! read more

I had always ordered delivery from here. And wow, just delicious. I would get the shrimp and steak hibachi with extra sauce. I kill the plate each time. So much so, I forget to take pics. One day, I decided to take my family to their physical location off Decatur. I was a little surprised. Definitely different then what I was expecting. The food was delicious, but the shop was dated. I was skeptical about trying this restaurant due to the signage out front. I am glad I tried, and the food was delicious. I got the Imperial combination, and it came with steak, chicken, shrimp hibachi, a large container of rice, a salad with ginger dressing, and soup for $18. The establishment has signage around stating that their menu prices have changed due to inflation which was nice to see that they let you know before you order that the prices are not reflective of the current cost. This place has very poor customer service skills the lady taking the orders got really irate started yelling in the establishment because I asked if they were washing their hands she started really cutting up in there and refunding my money without me even asking to get a refund she started yelling and shouting being really disrespectful they were in there scratching in their heads and had a problem with washing her hands so I end up getting my money back and going somewhere else the floors was dirty the door where you enter in was really nasty like they hadn't cleaned it in quite a while read more

Hibachi without the Benihana prices!! We thought it was too good to be true, but it wasn't. Stopped in for lunch at noon on a Thursday and the place was busy but we didn't wait long for our meals to be prepared using fresh ingredients. I ordered the #31 which was NY Steak and Shrimp. The meal was served with salad, soup and excellent fried rice and fresh cut vegetables. We watched as they prepared our meal, fast and fresh. They offer a bunch of Hibachi options as well as things like, beef and Broccoli, orange chicken or kung pao chicken! We will definitely be back. Service was super friendly! Well this is another establishment that seemed to pop up out of nowhere. The bright lettering of the restaurant drew me in. The interior looked clean and fairly new. The menu had your standard chinese fare. I ordered a chicken dish and a soup to go. To my surprise the food was ready LIGHTNING quick. They seemed to take the time to pack the items with care and with utensils and soy sauce. The soup was very good, however the chicken dish was not. Almost perfect - but needs a little improvement on all their items. Fried rice should come with vegetables, and the salads should have at least carrots included. It's just a couple leaves of iceberg lettuce and some ginger dressing. It's a little weird that they even include a salad that bare. That being said, the yum yum sauce is BOMB and the rice has a subtle oyster sauce flavor to it that I like. I find the food tasty for something fast, you just don't get very many extras included with what you pay for. Their soup is alright - plain, basic. Basic is what makes the difference between just okay and coming here every week. The flavors have such good potential, but they need to step it up a notch on the seasonings and veggies added. read more

Me and my wife,happened to discover" Habachi Express" yesterday and had a craving for good chiense food! The restaurant is very comfortable and low-key in a strip mall and has a very big menu of Japense and Chiense dishes! We ordered the Singapore noodles and General Tsao chicken, which were superbly cooked! the dishes were full of great flavors and were a generous portation. can't wait to go back and try different dishes! read more

I stopped by Express Habachi for a lunch special. I went with the steak and chicken combo that's served with mixed vegetables and fried rice. I was told 10 mins but they got it out in more like 3 mins so the service is quick and polite. For the price I paid I am very happy with the meal and portion. I would recommend Express Habachi for a quick bite to eat if you got more important things going on than cooking. read more

This is a Chinese food restaurant and the food no what I expected is the worst restaurant that I Tried The people so unkind and over that they don't respect the prices in the menu. I understand the COVID 19 situation but higher your prices in the menu and go with that. Is horrible that you be over charged for something and if you ask why I am overcharged the owner Begin yelling instead of in good manners explain to you. You won't get served without a mask here and that's okay by me! I came here on a whim because my boyfriend made a dish that didn't quite make me full. I ordered the Hibachi chicken for dinner and it was ready in 10 mins. I ordered, went to Smiths real quick, walked right back and my food was packed and ready to go. The chicken was a bit overcooked. Vegetables were perfect and I loved the variety of veggies that they used. The sauce that was in the dish was really good to me and not too salty. Fried rice was ok. I may ask if I can substitute for steamed white rice next time. The sauce and veggies alone with steamed white rice would make a nice meal to me. The salad was a bit plain, just lettuce with dressing, not bad but nothing too special. Soup was simple but tasty and there was a kick of heat to it. Overall it was good but not spectacular. But one time ain't enough for me to stay away. They have lots of other dishes to try and I may drop in before work for their lunch specials... Open till 3pm is their lunch special. So sorry this was not a good experience for me . I was hoping to have a new place to eat in the shopping plaza that I visit frequently . Interior decor - basic and un-inspired. That's ok, I eat at plenty places that need a makeover so no big deal. Customer service -not terrible but you couldn't call it friendly by any means . No smiles no welcome when you enter , no thank you for coming when you leave . Now to the disappointing food . I ordered the hibachi chicken combo which comes with fried rice , a soup and a salad . The salad is a plain piece of ice berg lettuce that is it . The salad dressing they gave me was watered down like they added water to get more out of the bottle of dressing they bought . The "soup" was really just a broth with nothing in it except a huge amount of salt . It was actually too salty to eat so after a few spoonfuls I left it. The fried rice is barely edible . No flavor at all. There is no egg in the rice . Let me repeat, there is no egg in the fried rice . Please look up any recipe for fried rice and try to find one that has no egg . It would've definitely helped give this rice some flavor because it had none . Ok the hibachi chicken and vegetables had flavor and was good . If I had the chicken with veggies alone over plain rice I might've had an enjoyable meal . The presentation for the food is terrible . I go to a sit down meal and I get ugly plain styrofoam containers ? Not a good look for dining in and really emphasis the un appealing taste by giving it an un appealing look. We first ordered a few weeks ago and my husband was upset he only had 1 piece of shrimp in his NY steak and shrimp combo plate, so he made a review. Then I ordered again yesterday for our dinner and they definitely changed it up! It was all in plates before but we got them in separate containers now and it was amazing! Steak and shrimp was nicely cooked and even though we ordered more yum yum sauce on the side they gave us a lot! My husband thinks his review got to them and if it did we are grateful! Thank you for listening to your customers concerns and making it worth it this time! From the first plate view of everything just in one plate and then to having separated them and showing that you guys put more time in it was really nice! Service experience leaves a touch to be desired but who cares when the food is this amazing. The ambiance is not important, this is hibachi TO GO. Coincidentally, Karen was there again, and once again she made us feel so welcome and appreciated. Then, last weekend, I came back with another group of friends, and Karen continued the same exceptional level of hospitality. She even surprised us with an appetizer and Momofuku's famous Blondie dessert, which was absolutely delicious! During our most recent visit, the service was slower than expected, and the pours on the white wine seemed quite small considering they were $21 per glass. The food were made to order and taste very good, well above some expensive restaurants I have been to. I enjoyed the hibachi food a lot, but never really cared for a show. The flavor is off the charts, but not overly spicy and their white Mac and cheese is also delicious. After the first time I had them I had to go back again and again. I think I've gone five times in 7 weeks, so far, and The Palms is a bit of a drive for me. I get the same thing every time and it does not disappoint. The food was excellent--fresh, flavorful, and truly reminded me of home. The pricing was very reasonable, and the service was outstanding. The staff was warm, welcoming, and provided genuine hospitality throughout our visit. I especially appreciated the convenience of the self-service kiosks, which made ordering and payment quick and easy. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience. I'm so glad 604loha has come to Las Vegas--it's a fantastic addition, and we will definitely be back. We are originally from Hawaii and always welcome the aloha spirit shared. Everyone was incredibly friendly, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
