Kevin and his crew have always serviced our vehicles with honesty and integrity, and I can usually get an appointment within 1-2 days. I saw someone else post that they had to wait 20 minutes for someone to help them. Yes, it's loud, they're busy, and sometimes you just have to walk in and say "hello, I'm here to get my car." They'll come right out, I assure you. The location is key for me as it's only about a 20 minute walk to my home so I can drop it off and walk.

I advised at that time I would remove the fender liners so they could do a thorough job. They said that was fine. I dropped my vehicle off as scheduled & went to lunch. I rec'd a call from them stating they could not do the undercoating due to the fender liners being removed. I called them back & they agreed to do a partial application for half the price & I would return once the liners were reinstalled to finish the job. I had an uneasy feeling about this place, so when I returned home, I removed the plugs from the holes & could see they had barely sprayed any product inside the doors or rocker panels. They didn't do the tailgate at all! I called P&B to discuss this sloppy job & in order to resolve the issue, they agreed to finish the remainder of the job for no additional cost to me. When I called back to make the appointment, the manager who was going to do the work was never there & never returned any of my calls. I had to call corporate to get this resolved. I ended up getting my money back. I took my vehicle to a different business in Madison who did a complete/thorough job for less then what P&B was charging. I will not take my vehicle back to this business. Shabby work & disappointing customer service.

This isn't an unusual type of thing historically but I feel it's something that isn't practiced as often as it should be. I was not buying their wares, but they took the time to refer me to another vendor.
