Chicken and dressing with mac n cheese and greens
    Salina X.

Came for lunch one day. It was not busy however service was slow. I got the chicken and dressing with mac n cheese and greens. Everything was just ok. It was a lot of food but lacked flavor.

Visited 615 District (former Shoney's on Church St) and unfortunately was not impressed. Went with the Chicken and Dressing dinner with two sides and bread. The Chicken & Dressing was a bit salty and the flavor just average. The potato w/brown gravy (who serves brown gravy with chicken and dressing???) was not very good and the sweet potatoes were way to sweet. Just not that great of a meal but the service was solid.

Found 615 district on my travels, had the food, thoughts of my Grand-mother came to mind. Their location was open and flowed well, great attitudes(customer service) did I say the food was good. Their menue has great selections and prices are reasonable. Enjoy this eating spot. Wyatt

I tried this place over the weekend for a coworker's retirement party. The waitress was amazing. She made sure everyone have everything they needed and was able to handle a party of about 15 pretty much by herself. The restaurant is pretty spacious and can handle big parties so that's a plus. The food came out and really good. I'm very iffy on restaurants soul food but they impressed me enough that I put in a to go order. My only downfall is that I don't live in Murfreesboro. But if I did or when I'm out that way I will be stopping by.

Yummy yummy food. Not sure if our waitress' name is Shanice, or it's the cashier's name in our receipt but our waitress was super helpful. This resto is lucky to have a waitress that knows what she's doing. Yummy desserts. Peach cobbler and their funnel cake fries with ice cream is the best. Nice bar.

Came here late at night, definitely catered towards a younger crowd. Had a DJ there playing some music a little too loud, but that could've been a one off thing I'm not sure. We came here for $2 chicken tacos on Tuesday and the tacos weren't bad at all! Nothing special really but satisfied my late night craving. Their fried catfish is fantastic however their queso dip is definitely not. I mean this in the most realistic way possible, the dip tasted like vomit. Like that taste you have in your mouth right after you throw up, yeah, that's it. Probably won't be coming back unless it's for some catfish!

I could tell they have the catfish batter recipe correct by the smell, but it was another story when I tasted the fish. The aftertaste was better than the initial taste. If you like salty catfish, this is your place. Maybe I got a bad batch, but there was more salt than flavoring. I tried the salad next. You would think that fresh ingredients would equal a good salad. I was wrong. Maybe I got a bad batch, but it did not taste good. Maybe because the salad had a seasoning on top. I don't know, but I love salad but I could not finish this salad. I love the fact they made their own dressing in house.

The food is delivered to your table. While waiting, I noticed that the old building has a faint mold smell that would have set my wife's allergies off. I was alone on a lunch break. I ordered their Greatest American Hero burger with Cajun fries. The fries were crispy and perfectly cooked. They were great. The burger was perfectly cooked and had enough lettuce that the fresh crunch came through. Joanie's Magic Sauce was served on the side. It was good with the burger but not the fries. This was my first trip here and I can recommend it. The burger was better than average. I'd give it a 7.8 out of 10. Other than the moldy smell, I can recommend it. The condiments are in small packets on a wall, which I didn't care for, but not the end of the world.

They did NOT disappoint!! I am officially hooked! From the moment we walked in, I could see and feel the sheer energy coming from the crowd and the ambiance: it already felt like great food and great people. It was packed to the brim for Wine Wednesday! They had one table available for two! Our server, Sarah, was outstanding!! She was sweeter than pie and extremely attentive! She always made sure we had exactly what we wanted when we wanted it. She advised sharing a bottle of wine since we wanted the same one, and since it was half price most wines. The young manager on duty delivered and uncorked the bottle, and she was just as sweet as Sarah! Her name escapes me, but I will find out the next time I go. The Spanish Tempranillo we tried was divine! It was perfectly balanced without being too dry or too tannic or too sweet. It was so smooth and thoroughly enjoyable to drink! For food, we started with the goat cheese bruschetta. It was perfection - rich in flavor and well balanced in the distribution of each component! From there, we tried the special of Steak Tips Au Pauvre - with a peppercorn wine sauce. We chose brussels sprouts as our side, and it also came with a side salad. We weren't too hungry, so we split it. Sarah even had the kitchen split both the salad and the main dish in half for us! The salad was so fresh (with ripe grape tomatoes!!) and the ranch dressing was classic and delightful. The wine sauce was everything I wanted it to be: rich, complex, thick, and buttery. It reminded me of the beautiful sauces you find on a steak or chicken dish at a sidewalk cafe in Paris. The dessert menu looked amazing, but we didn't have any room left. All I can say is you MUST try this place!!! If you can find Sarah, even better!
