Had some issues with my headlights, they gave my car a look and fixed it for next to nothing.

    Valvoline Instant Oil Change

This is a very busy oil change place. It's a little rough if it's cold outside, but they seem to be…read morevery efficient. There are long lines in each of the 3 bays. However, someone comes out and checks in with everyone before they get into the service area. I actually appreciated the customer service and the customer care. Had a really great conversation about my vehicle with the person who was taking care of me. They didn't try to sell me on any additional products.Which made me very happy. And it's a lot better than sitting at the dealership, waiting. At Valvoline you're in and you're out and on your way. I used to come to this one a long time ago. When they were jiffy, lube, and then oil can henry's, van Valvoline with my previous automobiles. My current vehicle, i've been taking to the dealership since I bought it brand new. But I decided to save about a significant amount of money coming here. I literally got this oil change for half the price that I would have had the dealership.

I was just here yesterday (5/23/26) for an oil change. The first young man that spoke to me , while…read moreI was waiting in line, asked about my headlights and I let him know my drivers side low beam was out and that I've had three people already try to change it, but it can't be done without removing the bumper. I haven't had enough time off work to take it into shop yet to have it done, but I do already have the new headlight. He gave it a quick overview then agreed with me. He couldn't replace it without removing the bumper. After my oil change one of the other young men insisted that he could change my headlight by going from the underneath, through the front tire area. I agreed to let him try, he was confident that he could do it, even though both myself, and the other young man told him it couldn't. He insisted so I let him try. He proved the panel above my tire but still couldn't get to the headlight to replace it. When he put the panel back on he told me that he couldn't get all the screws back in because they were corroded and rusty, but that enough of the screws were in that it'd be ok as is. I foolishly believed him. I only live less than a mile from this Bremerton location and had no issues getting home. However This morning as I got on the freeway I heard the sound of rubbing on my drivers side tire and what sounded like something scraping the ground. I was about to pull over when a loud snap was heard and pieces of the panel came flying off. Luckily there were no other cars beside me as it was early, about 7:20am. The remaining pieces of the panel were rubbing my tire and I finished pulling over immediately. Luckily a police officer arrived within ten minutes and they helped me remove the rest of the panel. I am thankfully safe and there is no further damage to my car. However, I won't be letting anyone from this company try to do anything other than change my oil from here on out. For reference, I'm just a girl, and I haven't had this car (2009 Chevy Malibu) very long. He also didn't give me a reference sticker for when my next oil change is due. Overall I'd say this wasn't a great visit. All my other visits over the past several years have been great but this left a very sour memory. I know he meant well. But he wasn't thorough in the least.

Quoted me nearly $1400 to fix the issue with my car confirming that the work would fix the car…read more When I went to pick it up, they informed me that the issue I brought the car in for was completely unchanged, car still wasn't running, but the bill was now $1900 for all the unnecessary work they did. Wouldn't give me back my car long enough to get the unnecessary new parts removed. Three illegal things in the state of WA - doing unnecessary work, lying to the customer about the problem and needed work, and increasing the estimate by over 10% (more like 30%) without confirming with the customer. Ended up having to deal with their corporate office who eventually sorted it out for us, but if we hadn't been persistent enough to fight them on it, they'd have just taken 130% of the estimate while having done absolutely nothing to address the problem. We agreed to pay them for their unnecessary labour, so we're out $400 plus the cost of the tows there and back and we're right back at square one. These guys are predators.

Monday morning I went in and (in a pretty foul mood) asked them how they were going to set it straight as I'd already paid. They said they would work with me. A few hours later they called, said the problem was fixed (needed an alternator), come and get your van. Imagine my surprise when they said "no charge". My van is running fine... Thank you Bucky's!

Stopped by here for a new car battery replacement. We had been to couple of auto shops already…read more Most of the auto shops sell battery but they won't help you install them. Unlike Midas, I used to go to Midas for my oil change, different location of course. I don't have much to say about the mechanics because I'm not a car person. I do know that there customer service is great. Especially the lady that took care of us when we were there. She's friendly and humble. Not to mention that they have free WiFi and coffee that's always a plus. DON'T forget to check in. Yelp's and Midas partner up. They will offer you a 10% off for non promotional service coupon if you check in! Overall, the mechanic are fast and done there jobs right. I should consider bringing my car back to this location to get my oil change done next time!

It seemed to me like they overbooked and then tried to act like I forgot. Then, he says it will be twice as long as he said on phone. I also asked about a referral coupon and he ended up not honoring a part he said he would as I specifically asked if promo on site would be included. "We don't double dip"... that's fine but that's not what you said. 3 completely different things and I'm supposed to trust you with my car? He had an obvious tough guy look when I called out the inconsistencies. Waited around for two hours for nothing but I'm okay with that given the lack of professionalism.
