Great customer service from all! 1st time there. Basic oil change, but added the brake fluid change. I have an old car with a computer that does not like changes. So when they did the fluid change, all my alerts went off. The whole team worked together to try to help (very impressive) and the head honcho got involved his day off (also impressive). They really try to own the issue and resolve it! They needed equipment that the neighbor autoshop had, so they safely moved my car over there and got it taken care of. Wow. Took my F-150 in for an oil change. I was so impressed I drove my motorhome over and had it's oil changed as well. This team is fun to watch. The communication between employees is absolute professionalism at it's best. They removed my air filters, brought them over for me to look at and said in their opinion it didn't need changing yet. I've had my oil changed here a number of times but today came in after a fellow driver told me my brake lights were out. At first I thought about changing them myself, but when I wasn't sure which bulbs were the brakes vs tail vs blinker and didn't have a lot of time to learn, I though I'd better trust a professional. I'm so glad I did. I pulled up and was greeted by friendly team members who said they'd be happy to help. They were short staffed so I was told "it'll be a little while", but no more than 5 minutes later Andrew was asking me to pop the trunk so he could confirm which lights to change. I was in and out quickly, and they wouldn't even let me pay. Speedy, kind, quality service like that has me certain to go back again and again. read more

Sent in a quote for 2 services with my vehicles info and mileage and the total for transmission and brake fluid would be 220$ total. Sent the quote to the bremerton location jiffy lube and then they told me it would be 350$ total which is ridiculous I said no I'll do one service then and it STILL totaled 200$ for the one service. I get maybe it costs more if there's more fluid needed but the quote should've had all that taken into consideration and the oils needed are dot 3 (cheap and basic) for brake fluid and low mileage transmission basic oil. I came back to finish the other brake fluid service a week later sent my quote and it was still 50$ over the quote total sent in, and they left my vehicle car doors open as they did the service while I waited indoors so my battery completely died by the time I paid and went back to my car. They jumped it to start so I could leave and recharge my battery they killed and every since 2 weeks later my car has died 3x after a few days due to my battery not fully charging anymore so they messed up in all aspects my services and my vehicles battery charging capabilities. I have had it tested and battery is good, so they knocked something out of place and screwed me over in all ways. Will never go back or recommend, DONT GO HERE EVER. Also it wasn't busy (first red flag) I was the ONLY car that 5 people all stood around and worked on and they used as a teaching moment like all staff was new or something. YIKES. read more

I had completed a review just after I had my oil change on 9/13/23. All seemed well at that time. About two weeks after my oil change, however, my wife noticed significant oil drainage on the garage floor. I verified it was oil. I then looked under the car and noticed it was coming out near the oil filter. I reached up and turned the filter in the tight direction and it moved a lot, at least a half turn. I then checked the oil level and found it about a quart above the full mark on my dipstic. After discussion with a mechanic friend, I bought a new filter and replaced the old one installed by jiffy lube. This brought the high oil level down to within spec and I made sure I tightened it hand tight plus a half turn. No leakage since my repair. I suspect a combination of too much oil added and a loose filter resulted in the leakage. read more

Say what you will about these type of places, but every time I visit one, I am always impressed with the genuine kindness of their staff. True gentlemen and women just trying to make an honest living, and understand your time and money is valuable. They give you quite a few options of upgrading service. However, I never feel pressured nor do I feel it is unwarranted. They only suggest it if they feel the car is missing something or has something that needs to be replaced. I trust that what their telling me is honest and true. I can leave there with confidence my car will continue to run well with their help in keeping it at its highest level of performance. My dogs were allowed to come as well, which was an added plus. I was running errands and it felt convenient to stop by on my way home. My doggies and I had a great time hanging out in front of the store as the sun set. Such a lovely evening it seemed a shame to stay confined to the lobby. However, if you do find yourself waiting there they have coffee and water they provide, a TV to watch, and super comfy chairs! Always a plus when the wait maybe be at the end of a very long day. All my visits are recorded on their computer, so it's easy to see what I had done last time so I don't have to remember. And all the jiffy lubes are connected together, so it doesn't matter which branch you visit, they've got you covered. I like coming here because it's fast (depending on what your having done and who's in front of you.) I never feel like I'm in one for an excessive amount of time. Waiting is an art though, and if you are expecting 10-15 min turn around then you might need to take it easy and set your gears towards relaxation because that is not quite how fast they go. I think wait times were somewhere between 30 min to 1 hour. Enough time to read a book, watch part of a show, or even take a nap. I like their purple flags out front. Especially when the sun is going down. The flags capture and reflect the light. It quite delightful just to take in a sunset without being in any rush to leave. Jiffy Lube service is great because I feel as if they're the experts and my car is getting a mini check up. They test a bunch of stuff for free so you are in tip top shape returning to the road. Personally, the items I got done to today gave me a peace of mind because I will be taking a long road trip with my vehicle and I need to feel it's ready for our journey! read more

I went to Jiffy Lube on Kitsap Way to get my oil changed. Everyone was super efficient and helpful! Andrew was the Lead Employee. He managed to remove I believe tree sap from my windshield! He used a razor blade and Windex. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND! Very nice employees all of them! Andrew also turned off the oil change message since I just got that done! I love coming to this location for my car care needs. I recently pulled in for an oil change and got top notch service that day from Darin. I really won't go anywhere else. When the oil change was done Darin took the sheet and went through EVERYTHING with me on what was checked on my car and what was done. He really went out of his way and made me feel like I really mattered as a customer. I love how I can pull in in between oil changes and get free top offs. As a single senior woman I really rely on them for maintenance on my car. I also appreciate the fact that I get a discount as a veteran. If you value your vehicle then dont go to the jiffy lube off of kitsap way. My husband took his chevy truck to get his oil changed. Luckily we are less than 2 or 3 miles from the buisness because they drained the oil and said it was good to go. Yes you heard me correctly NO ONE replaced the oil until the manager had to drive to our home to put it in. He called them and was argued with about the fact that he had driven it AFTER they said we are done you can go lmao. They all insisted they checked the dipstick and it was full. Heres the deal JIFFY LUBE OFF OF KITSAP WAT in order to see the new amount if any your job is to know what to do like wipe the dirty oil from the dipstick and then see oil levels you checked it 4 times and of course it registered full use your BRAIN wipe the stick or find a job that you actually know how to do get a clue read more

I have been coming to Jiffy Lube in Bremerton for a couple of years now. I think their customer service is excellent. I had an oil change last month Apr 2023, and I noticed that it took a longer period of time than usual. The technician went over the invoice with me, like they always do before leaving, and said that I have a stripped oil plug. Why do I have a stripped oil plug?? She said that a temporary plug was placed and will need to be replaced eventually. I took my car to an auto repair shop and paid $822.15 to replace the oil pan and put new oil in it, plus parts and labor. The mechanic I talked to said that the oil plug threads that goes into the pan was completely stripped and was more than likely that the technician was careless and over tightened and was putting in a bigger size plug to compensate everytime. He also said not to go back to Jiffy Lube anymore and he had customers with the same problem. A warning to current and future customers, do not go to this place. The technician who went over my invoice should have done the right thing and talked to her manager to explain why out of the blue I suddenly have a stripped oil plug. Its too bad because I really enjoyed my visits here, but in the end, it was a very costly experience for me. read more

First of all, don't let these prior reviews scare you. They're from year+ ago. I'm not sure when, but Geoff took over and apparently did a 180 with the shop. (Check the google reviews!) I came in at 9am and was out by 9:45. As soon as I drove up a technician was at my door to as me what all I needed help with, led me to the lobby and started checking out my car. Geoff came up within minutes and talked to me about everything with my car (let's be serious, I was like what?), and provided sensible information, not just stuff to get money from me. The team here obviously works extremely well together and enjoy each other's company! I honestly would give them a chance because you'd be tremendously proud. This is by far my favorite jiffy lube hands down!! Every employee there had helped me in so many ways Wednesday I came in with my car smoking. Not sure what the problem was they kindly assured me that if they couldn't fix it they would help me figure out the problem. From the time I walked in they showed me the cleaned and organized waiting room with coloring pages and crayons for my little one. Being military I look for reliable shops for my car and if you are looking for an amazing place to go this is it. Update: Just got off the phone with the regional manager. Really seems to care about his customers and the quality work his employees seem to offer. He assured me this isn't how his jiffy lubes operate and promised to make things right again. Can't go wrong with a Manger who goes out his way to make his customers satisfy. What the heck I'll give them another shot. The worst jiffy lube I have ever been to. I been here twice, the first time these idiots broke the oil filter trying to take it off. They tried to blame the Silverdale location for there mishap. The Silverdale location replaced it with no problem. I stop here again trying to get a simple oil change in an impala and they told me the wait was 15 minutes. I been here for 30 minutes and they just lifted up my hood. Don't bother coming to this location. If you go to the Silverdale location much better and faster service. Plus they don't try to pitch stuff to you so they can fix there income. read more
