This is one of the best sake menus I have seen in the area, including domestic production, and also offers Japanese beers and a very delicious cocktail list featuring sake-forward offerings. Sake served generously with the cedar box tradition. Specials are available daily and warm food from the menu seems to be prepared next door at Ripplewood (same ownership). Handrolls were bright and fresh using clearly high quality, fresh ingredients. We also enjoyed a Branzino collar.
